Overall it went excellent he is an easy to work with. He has two other people who work with him. I've had several compliments on the painting job, even from other painters.

From beginning to end, everything was perfection. Rich Weinberg answered his phone every time and was gracious with every question - a quality rarely seen any more. Every request was granted. The crew was top notch - their attention to detail showed pride in their work. They went out of their way to please me. The work was done to accomadate my schedule and was completed on time. The crew was professional, polite, and respectful. I highly recommend CCI Painting.

Rich and his crew arrived on time at the agreed upon start date. After a complete walk around of the areas that needed to be addressed, we let them go about their work. The entire job took about three days. They were very professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. Prior the the end of the job, Rich walked around the entire house with us to determine if there were any issues that needed to be resolved. Only minor touch ups were noted and addressed immediately.

We would highly recommend Rich and his crew-John & Joan. We've had such bad experiences in the past with work not done properly and now only choose companies based on customer reviews. Rich and his crew were so professional and take pride in their work. I love Rich's knowledge and honesty with your color selection, because he really wants you to be happy with your final choice.You'll never find anyone who'll work harder for you! Excellent work, punctual, professional - an ideal experience

CCI quoted for exterior painting prep and the actual painting of the house. Included in the prep estimate was pressure washing the back patio. I thought this meant they would pressure wash the exterior but I was very pleasantly surprised when I came home on Monday evening and the entire patio (exterior and interior) had been cleaned. Believe me, the interior was not an easy task because it had been neglected for over 2 years. But John did an astounding job and I want to thank him for such a thorough job. CCI returned on Thursday as scheduled to start painting. The start was hampered because they had to finish a lot of the carpenter's work to make the surface ready for painting. I feel that when a carpenter installs replacement boards, filling the nail/screw holes, etc. should be part of the carpenter's job. Kudos to CCI once again. They did not hesitate. They took additional time to fix this issue and made sure every area that needed attention was covered. I would not hesitate for a second to have CCI do my painting again in the future. Well done!

We're happy with the professionalism of Rich and his two person crew. They were on time, friendly, and resonsive to our questions and requests. The finished job was beautiful with no imperfections. Looks like I'll never have to paint again for a long time.

Rich (CCI PAINTING SERVICES) was incredible. RIch was our 2nd quote and my comment was 'Well, we were getting 1 or 2 more quotes and yours is actually higher, but you are much more impressive than I envisioned, so Yes'. We had great confidence with Rich's experience and wisdom and they certainly delivered. They pressured washed first and I was blown away. The speed was very quick, but the quality was amazing. Our gutters were completely white and all the green growth and rust stains were gone. I walked around the house twice, then again when my wife got home. This part was amazing --- Rich said the underlying paint wasn't too bad and could last a few more years, if we would rather wait. I've never had that happen before -- he was focused on our best interest, even if it was not good for him. We were very ready to change colors and also had put white gutters on after the original paint, so we wanted to have them painted. They were 95% done in 2 full days, then advised us to survey the house and mark any concern areas. We went around the house 3 times and really had to search for issues. I think we put 4-5 notes down for minor issues. They came back, finished and then did a second coat on the most weather exposed sides of the house. We cannot possibly say enough positive things. Price was slightly higher than other quote, but well worth every penny and more.

We are very satisfied with work done, the extra attention to possible liable and the diligence with which the work was done.

CCI Painted our home in 2009, and we knew what a fabulous job we could expect when we engaged Rich to paint our rental home. He is always on time. He comes prepared with the selected colors and painting assistants. His staff is polite and well trained. At the end of two days the house was transformed, the property was clean of all painting equipment, and it was wonderful transformation. We are happy to recommend CCI Painting because Rich, the owner/operator, is a delightful man with a great sense of humor, and a marvelous work ethic! Who could ask for more?

Rich was great to work with. He is very attentive to his clients and makes them feel reassured when choosing that right color for their home. He gave great tips in how to choose the colors for my house and gave honest feedback in regards to some of my selections. The job was scheduled two months in advance and the job was performed on time. I would definitely recommend Rich to anyone. His customer service is the best!! He knows what it takes to make the client happy.

We couldn't be more pleased! The process was completely professional starting with the estimate and carrying through to the final clean up. He was very flexible in adjusting his schedule because of some problems at our end but then started on the day agreed upon. The process started with the house being completely power washed, followed by painting the next 2 days. All painting was done neatly and exactly to our specs. Clean up was great! I would recommend Rich and CCI Painting Services without reservation. From his initial visit and quote through completion, he and his team (John and Joan) were pleasant, polite, professional, respectful, helpful, punctual, hard working, efficient, dedicated, communicative, concerned - and the list of positive adjectives goes on and on. Based on previous reviews, I anticipated Rich's work would be top quality, and I was not disappointed in the least. In fact, my expectations were exceeded. The house looks great and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They are everything anyone would or could want in a painting contractor. Outstanding workmanship at a fair price always equals an exceptional value and the satisfaction that your decision was well made, and Rich certainly delivered.

Rich, is very friendly and professional. He gives suggestions on how to select colors and helps improve the painting experience by guiding you through your choices. He is punctual and careful.

Rich and his crew did an excellent job. First understand that our home had 33 year old, unfinished cedar siding. We had always liked the natural look and had never even pressure washed it. But after 30 years, it was time for some restoration. Rich was very thorough in his initial meeting and discussion with us. He met with us twice more before applying the stain. We discussed the available products and color options. We chose a product he had not used before and he did his homework: consulted with the product manufacturer before starting the job. He did the work while we were on vacation, talk about total trust and commitment. We came home a week later and were (and still are) completely satisfied and happy with the end result. We also have to say that Rich and his crew started the job when he said he would and worked each day until it was complete. Rich met with us again after the job was complete and personally took care of the final touches. He and his crew were professional and hardworking. We could not be happier with the finished product.

Rich was very pleasant to deal with throughout the painting process. We got the quote about nine months before we were finally ready to have the work done and Rich honored his original price. Rich is very professional and spent a lot of time discussing the project with us. We were not going to be home when the project was taking place but Rich supplied us with daily photographs of the work in progress and we were very pleased with the end result. We would highly recommend CCI to anyone who wants a quality paint job for a fair price. Our house looks new again.

From the beginning when I contact Rich through Angie's List till the completion of the job everything went as stated and expected. Rich returned my calls, showed up on time, and communicated with me, something that is important to me. I express he is professional and meticulous. We are satsified and would recommend C.C.I. It is disheartening to have to write this report. I had gotten four estimates on this job; the CCI estimate was somewhere in the middle of the bids. The owner of CCI, Rich Weinberg, knew I would not be present at the time this job was conducted, but he repeatedly assured me of his expertise and experience in commercial metal buildings such as mine. I spoke with Mr. Weinberg at length before signing the contract. I was originally impressed with his presentation, however as soon as the work began I was dismayed at the lack of competency and honesty. The prep work performed on my building was completely inadequate and not what had been agreed. I had also been promised by Rich that he would be on the job, overseeing the work of his employees. Had the manager of my building not happened to come by the building on the day the prep work started, I likely would not have found out how sloppy and incomplete the work was. I had been promised the building would be thoroughly pressure washed, using scaffolding (in order to reach the height) and mildicide. Instead, Mr. Weinberg's employee was found standing on the ground with a 4' wand spraying a small stream of tap water on the lower part of this large building. I knew (and had been told by Mr. Weinberg) that pressure washing a building this size would take the entire weekend, i.e., Saturday and Sunday. However, by Saturday afternoon, only hours after the so-called prep work had begun, my manager was told the pressure washing was complete and sealing the building had begun. At this point the building was still grimy and chalky, yet a sealer was being applied and no mildicide had ever been used. In fact, the painter did not have any mildicide with him. My manager, who is knowledgable about painting and knew what I expected, started calling me to warn me of the totally unsatisfactory work. The manager knew that mildicide was supposed to be used and instructed Rich's employee to go buy clorox and start the job again, although some of the building had already been sealed. By the following Monday, I had received several phone calls from the manager (and others who worked at the building), warning me of the incredibly sloppy job that was being performed. Mr. Weinberg agreed that the prep work had NOT been as promised and apologized, blaming his employee. I was about to fire Mr. Weinberg but my manager intervened and agreed to supervise the job for me, in my absence, if Mr. Weinberg agreed to be supervised. Mr. Weinberg agreed to the supervision, and from this point forward my manager closely chaperoned every aspect of this job. My manager and his wife, who had their own business to run on a daily basis, put in 44 hours chaperoning Rich's work and that of his two employees to ensure the job was done properly. For example, much of the painting, especially on the doors, was not originally done properly and necessitated being redone. The east and north walls had not been sealed properly and Rich had to reseal these walls. Conversely and to his credit, Rich did prepare all the rusty screws as he promised by using a rust inhibitor and special primer prior to painting. In the end, the finished product was a quality job but this was only after constant supervision and re-dos, which should not have been necessary. I have spoken with Mr. Weinberg at length, who acknowledges everything I have presented here. He acknowledges that many, many aspects of the job were not originally done properly; in large part he blamed his employee for the poor work. It is also apparent that even though Mr. Weinberg told me he would be using scaffolding on the job, he had no intention of renting scaffolding until my manager insisted on it. I paid Mr. Weinberg in full as I do feel the finished product is a quality job, but the quality of the job is due to my manager's constant supervision of Mr. Weinberg and his employees. Had Mr. Weinberg not agreed to be supervised after the catastrophic prep job, I would have fired him. I have told Mr. Weinberg I could not recommend him to others. The other alarming part of this experience with an Angie's List recommendation (a supposed Super Service Award contractor) is that I have used another Angie's List painter (Integrity) and had the exact same experience, which was a great presentation and bid to get the job, followed by woefully inadequate prep work and the necessity of having to constantly supervise the job to ensure it was done correctly. I now doubt the integrity of Angie's List.

The owner of the company Rich Weinberg came out to give me an estimate in October. He gave me the date of December 12 and the job was started as scheduled. First my house was pressure washed, then the next day it was primed, sealed, and caulked where needed, and painting started. I changed my mind on the front door color and Rich was absolutely aggreable to the change. The painting was completed on the third day. My house looks beautiful. Rich was helpful with color choices, knowledgeable about all aspects of house painting, and reassuring during the entire experience. Rich and his two helpers did a very professional job in painting my house. It looks just the way I had hoped. I highly recommend this company.
