I spoke to Rich and he provided an estimate which was above the budget that I had allocated for exterior painting. However, Rich spent time advising me on estimates that I received from other painting companies. He was honest and stated that he couldn't reduce his estimate, but he helped me evaluate the contract, service details and provider background. I appreciate Rich's assistance with this process and I would recommend this company based on Rich's honesty and support throughout this process. Thank you sir.

They arrived on time everyday, worked all day, met with me several times to review project status and address any concerns. Rich counseled me on color choices. They left at the end of the 3rd day with everything complete and the yard totally cleaned up. I would definitely use this painter again and would recommend the painter and his team for others.

Rich was very responsive and very customer service oriented from beginning to end. They did an outstanding job on my house, and on my patio deck. I had several cracks in my stucco and on my patio, and I cannot see any of them now due to Rich?s approach to sealing first, then applying two coats. He trenched out around my house to make sure the sealant and the paint covered my house down to the foundation. Additionally, Rich was very accommodating with me when scheduling the work to be performed. I highly recommend Rich and his crew.

Rich came out exactly when he promised and spent a lot of time with me, including discussing color options. It was pretty obvious he really cares about his customers and is very enthusiastic about his work. I had a real comfort level after spending time with him and would have absolutely no hesitation in using him as a painting contractor. I did not use him this time only because I had gotten another estimate for a little less (but in the ballpark, so to speak) from someone who could begin a few weeks sooner, and who also was going to do some needed stucco repairs. But based upon my interaction with Rich you will be in good hands if you select him for your painting needs.

Please have your color matches performed at Sherwin-Williams before giving them to Richie -- it might look different if you go to Lowes or Home Depot... My final exterior color was not in the same tone I originally matched. Make sure you discuss in detail how you want the trims/garage doors or any other areas painted before Richie starts... He will charge extra price if you request changes after he finishes painting those areas.

When I called, Rich was able to come right away for the estimate. He was honest and explained that it would be a few weeks before he could complete the work and that was fine with me. Rich and his crew were all pleasant and nice to deal with. It was great to have them around. They completed the job within a few days and they did a marvelous job. They arrived on time at 9 o’clock and never arrived too early for me. It was a great starting time. They did a very good job and they were clean. They provide a 10 year warranty on the work. I am very happy and pleased with what they did. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

Richard came and helped me pick new colors cleaned out side of house and painted they are the best they went out of their way to do the best job.

What can I say about Rich that hasn't been said before. He's awesome! Love him and his team. Rich, the owner of C.C. I. Painting Services is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. I admire and appreciate his professionalism. This is the second time we've used him in 14 years. From the time he came out to do the quote till the time he finished the job, the experience was such a pleasant one. The quality of the service provided was outstanding. You may call for other quotes, but C.C.I. Painting is the company you want doing the job! Again, we're 2 very satisfied customers. My front door looks amazing.

Rich and team did a wonderful job on our house. The previous painters (before we owned the house) had done many things incorrectly, and Rich repaired as well as well as painted. I was a little nervous about the color I picked, but Rich was very reassuring and said that we would love it after a few days. He was right! Richard rode with me to look at the house colors in my neighborhood and after 2 - 3 houses that, I really do not see many colors at all! Then we quickly decided the colors.

We called Rich on a Monday and were able to meet that Thursday at 5:00 pm after work. I was running a little late but he was there walking around the house, taking notes. Rich was very professional, offering wonderful suggestions and even gave us a paint card deck to help with finding our perfect color. I was very impressed and scheduled the service for July 29th. Just as he suggested I painted big squares of several colors on three sides of my house (shaded areas and full sunlight areas.) When I found the perfect color I called Rich and to find out he was able to paint our house on July 1. On July 1st, a crew member pressure washed our house AND our pool cage which was over and beyond what was needed. July 2-5 Rich and his crew arrived by 8:30 and stayed until 5:00 and worked through some of the worst storms we have had this summer. I am very pleased with the final product and the performance of Rich and his team. I would definitely hire them again.

Contacted by phone to an answering machine, left message, finally got a call back and was told I AM TOO FAR AWAY from where he wants to work. Funny thing is he has a map of areas that he provides to on Angie's list and I AM IN THAT MAP AREA! I guess my house isn't big enough for his time. I even told him that I was in his map area but he still said NO IT'S TOO FAR! I feel he should state HE WILL PICK AND CHOOSE THE AREA! He lost out on my business and my neighbors! I understand he has a good rating (which is the reason I contacted him) but in this case he deserves an F!

I contacted Rich from CCI in May to get an estimate on redesigning the exterior of my home. After seeing the wonderful work he did in our old neighborhood I knew he was the best man for the job. Rich came to the house on the day we had scheduled to look over the project and provide an estimate. The house was in need of scraping, cleaning, caulking, stucco repairs, sealing, primer and definitely a new paint design. Having had all new hurricane windows and sliding doors installed over the last few months there was plenty of stucco repairs that had to be dealt with. CCI uses a high grade sealer and a paint from Sherwin Williams that comes with a 25 year warranty that can withstand the heat, humidity and tropical storms of Florida, but CCI provides the top notch professional service to go with it and he backs it up and wants to know if there are ever any issues down the road. Rich went over paint styles and blending of colors from the trim, gutters, windows, doors and shutters. We ended up with a rich modern scheme; all one color from the trim at the roof line all the way down the body of the house, only the shutters and the door would be different colors to give a 40 year old home a more modern style. I loved the idea! He left me with a vision, a price quote (which stayed the same at the end), and a date to start in July. I thought I had the right color selected after visiting the SW paint store and having many sample colors painted on my house but I couldn't decide; 'cool colors' or 'warm colors'. I didn't want my house to look like every other house in the neighborhood but I also wanted to stay true to the design of the house which has an archway over the sidewalk and large wooden beams crossing over the entrance way. I called Rich the week before the job was to start and asked for help because I was unable to decide on a color. He came by the next day and we spent a lot of time going over colors that would give me the best curb appeal and also look great for years to come. After the two color choices were narrowed down for the body color of the house he suggested that I also have a sample of the lightest color and have it tinted slightly darker by 25% to give me a choice in between the two. I had large sample colors of all three all over the house and the final choice was the middle shade and the accent color for the shutters and wooden beams would be a very dark gray/black color. Talk about going above and beyond to help a client; this man deserves a purple heart and thinks outside the box. He doesn't stop at the samples in the color deck he designs. July 29th came and John and Joanie showed up early and began to prepare the house by pressure washing, caulking and sealing everything. The next day they taped off what needed to be covered and hand paint around all the windows and doors. They started the accent painting for the beams and shutters while Rich began to prime and paint the body of the house. I walked outside later in the afternoon and Joanie was painting my mailbox post to match the shutter color which was a wonderful surprise. On the third day the final work was done and the shutters were put back on the house and suddenly my home became this perfect place you just can't stop looking at. Rich had me do a mid day walk around to see if there were any concerns or questions and than at the end of the day we did a final walk around. He is all about perfection and wants to make sure his clients are happy no matter what. That evening I had neighbors walk and drive by staring at the house. A few have said "I can?t believe it?s the same house; it has an entirely new personality and the colors are absolutely beautiful and unique together". I couldn't have said it any better; it is truly beautiful and unique and absolutely perfect. Thank you Rich, John and Joanie for taking such pride in your work it truly shows on every square inch of my home.

The house is a 1800 sqft concrete block house with wood facia & soffets, lots of windows. CCI came when they said they would, worked on the project straight for about 2.5 days and did a wonderful job. They were very meticulous and left the work areas clean. Their preparation was very methodical and thorough. I would not hesitate to hire them or recommend them. Very pleasant to work with.

We received estimates from several companies although CCI was a bit higher in price we decided to go with this company for several reasons. First we have owned our home for 10 years & it was built in 1978. It was in desperate need of a good paint job, but even more so it needed to be sealed since we actually had leaks coming from cracks in the stucco. CCI was the only company to use Sealcrete which was very important. Also from my first phone call for an estimate to me getting back to him to schedule the work, several months later, I was met with complete professionalism, respect and even kindness - a rare find these days. All my calls were answered promptly and efficiently. We liked the idea of the owner, Rich, being directly involved with all aspects of the job and communicating to me directly if he would not be here. I am a stickler for details and Rich and his crew were very patient and responsive to all my questions and concerns. He was a tremendous help in picking our color too. All work was completed professionally and timely. We were very pleased with the work done by Rich and his crew and would not hesitate a minute to recommend CCI Painting Services.

I called him Friday and he was here Monday. He came out and corrected any problems or issues that the inspectors had with the house.

After researching exterior painting contractors from neighbors and friends, we sought estimates from Angie's List. We began with C.C.I. Painting Services. Rich was very responsive in returning our call and meeting with us to provide an estimate as well as a detailed explanation of the services to be performed (which was in very specific detail). He was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. While the estimate was not the lowest we obtained, it was reasonable and acceptable and we selected C.C.I. because of Rich. He provided a friendly feeling that he genuinely cared for providing us with the type of service had we chosen to paint the house ourselves. He was also very considerate of our property. He was very considerate of his crew. Unexpected rain completed the job in three and a half days vs three but Rich was onsite the entire time and oversaw every detail. The workmanship by his crew was meticulous (not sloppy) and we are extremely pleased with the final results. We have had fantastic comments from our neighbors about how much they 'love" the house. We would proudly recommend Rich and C.C.I.

Rich is a pleasure to work with. Cannot really add anything to other's comments on this board. They are all true. Got 3 estimates from painters on the list, and Rich was in the middle. Thought his overall presentation, package and approach were the best. Fully discussed all problems including needed repairs before painting and had much delay in getting repairs. Rich patiently scheduled his work as soon as repairs were done. Rich, as well as John and his wife, were nothing but pleasant and professional in everything they did from start to finish. Rich made great recommendations based on the situation and his experience, sought input frequently and addressed any concerns I had. The finished product looks great, and they were very careful about the grounds and premises in setting up, doing the work and cleaning up. Highly recommend you check with Rich before making a final decision on painting.

My wife and I recently bought our first house together in the Oldsmar area and it was definitely in need of exterior paint. The old paint job was this horrible light blue and dark blue color scheme that had turned into a faded mess over the years the previous owner had occupied the house. It was to the point that when we first moved in, all of the neighbors were asking when we would be re-painting the house! Well, when it came time to start getting quotes, we asked around the neighborhood and were told about another popular company that had done three or four other houses on our street. Even one of my co-workers used this other company. Ultimately, my wife and I decided to get a quote from the one company and then find another company to compare it with on Angie's list. The company we found on Angie's list was C.C.I. Painting Services. We chose to get a quote from C.C.I. because it seemed to have the highest amount of "A" reviews on the list. We first got a quote from the "competitor" and then from Rich with C.C.I. The competitor ended up being an "in-your-face" salesman and really left a bad impression as he walked around our house to give a quote. Fortunately, Rich was quite the opposite. Rich was respectful, punctual, pleasant, and clearly passionate about his work. As it turns out, Rich also gave us a quote that was much more reasonable than the competitor even though both companies use the same high quality paint! Rich made it very easy for my wife and I to pick him on the spot. After shaking hands and agreeing on all the terms, Rich put us on the calendar to transform our home. The date arrived for our house to get its makeover and so did Rich and the crew. They started on a Monday with pressure washing the house. Come Tuesday morning, the prep-work and painting began. The whole crew was respectful of the property and was as delicate as possible with the landscaping. They also made sure to close the fence gates every day when they were done (very important for anyone who has dogs). When I got home from work after the first day of painting, I could already tell that this was truly going to make our house look much better. Rich emphasized that if we spotted any issues during the painting, to call him personally so that he could address them right away. Wednesday was a full day of painting and we truly got a sense of what the finished product was going to look like. Needless to say, we were really excited. Thursday was the final day of work (yup, only 4 days total) and they really focused on the detail work. Before they packed up on Thursday, Rich wanted to do a mid-day "walk around" in order to make sure everything was coming together correctly. He made sure that all of my concerns were addressed and pointed out the little details that they were finishing up on. After doing the walk around, I went back to work and looked forward to what I would see when I got home Thursday evening. When I pulled down my street Thursday evening, I was amazed at how beautiful the house looked. It was no longer the neighborhood eyesore. Frankly, I was overcome with a huge sense of pride once I saw the finished product. When my wife got home, we both walked outside and just admired what looked like a brand new home. Even our neighbors were coming out to compliment the finished product. Rich and the C.C.I. crew exceeded every expectation my wife and I had...and he made it look easy (a sign that he truly loves and takes pride in what he does). The entire process was extremely easy and enjoyable thanks to Rich. I highly recommend Rich and C.C.I. Painting Services and will continue to do so to all of my friends and family.

They did an outstanding job. Rich is very professional and easy to work with. We ended up having company at the same time the painting was to be done and Rich and his team were very accommodating to make certain we were in no way inconvenienced. Everything looks fantastic. Rich was very helpful in selecting the paint color to be used. We had gotten other quotes on this job and Rich was one of the most competitive. We would definitely use them again if we needed any painting completed. We're only sorry he and his group don't do interior painting!

I love driving up to my home! I have to say that its true what they say that paint is the easiest, most economical home improvement you can make. CCI did a great job. The owner came on time to provide our estimate. The sense of confidence we had after talking to Richie was proven true before, during, and after our painting job. The painters prepped, painted, and cleaned up in exactly the amount of time proposed. The results are magnificent. Very pleased with every aspect of this company's service.

The job is now finished and we are delighted. Rich and his two helpers are thoroughly professional and expert. There was no mess for us to clean up. We were asked to walk round to inspect the finished work and comment on anything we were concerned about. There was nothing we could fault. We had an old satellite TV antenna bolted to one wall which Rich took down for us and plugged the holes. We have a fiber glass, flat bottomed, boat leaning up against one wall. Before moving it John asked me if I would like him to powerwash the bottom. We were left with the impression that nothing was too much trouble. First class work, first class people who really care about what they do.

Rich and his team did a wonderful job. I was the fussy customer with 5 paint colors and a pool deck that needed some TLC. My neighborhood dictates the paint color for the exterior and trim and Rich got it just right. To make my home more personal, I wanted my front door painted a different color and Rich made the suggestion to carry that color to the side window frame to make a statement. I also wanted the ceiling of my entry painted another color and Rich was very accommodating. I have an atrium and wanted to update that area with some color to make it like an outdoor room and even though that added another wall color and another trim color, Rich agreed. Finally, my pool deck and sidewalk needed to be painted and that proved to be a big job because the deck had not been painted in a long time and required a lot of paint. Throughout the paint choosing phase, Rich was very patient with me, and I am not one to make a quick decision about my paint colors. I agonize over the slightest color variation. Rich provided suggestions and ultimately we chose the perfect colors. It took two days to pressure wash and prep the house and to complete the painting. His helpers were friendly and efficient, and very respectful of my property and careful with my pets. When they finished, I was pleased to see that my landscaping was intact and not damaged, my property was neat and clean and my house looked like new. I had several neighbors come by compliment me on how nice my home looks and I referred them to Rich. I should mention that Rich painted my house the first time about 12 years ago and did such a good job and the paint lasted so well, that I called him again to do the work. I would not hesitate to recommend Rich and CCI to anyone. He and his crew do great work with a minimum of fuss and great results. All in all, I am thrilled with this company and hope that he will still be painting in another 12 years, when it will be time to paint again. If you need quality exterior painting at a fair price, you need to call Rich and CCI.
