First off I am always sceptical of glowing reviews.And I never thought I'd write one. Rich and his crew, a total of three Arrived on time and worked diligently, despite the June heat in Florida, for four days. The quality of the job was top notch. We scheduled the work one and a half months in advance, which was his first opening, and he stayed in contact with us with a call a few days before the scheduled start day. Then started exactly when he said he would. Rich provided advice as to color choices and applications. I had reservations about spray painting as I have always had the house brushed and rolled, but Rich said he would do the job right and he did. Concerns about spraying are thin paint, overspray and paint that clogs the soffits. There were no such issues with this job. All work was done straight thru without skipping days or short work days. There were no concerns of overspray or failing to mask off area to be protected. If the estimate seems to be a little high, remember you will get what you pay for. If you pay for a cheap job...expect one. Simply put, CCI did a great job and I will not hesitate to use them again.

He did a great job. He even came back out and did touch up work before my daughter's wedding for free. Sorry, Rich, that it has taken me so long do this review. Thanks again.

nRich and his team did an excellent job painting our home over the course of three days including the first day of power washing . Once we got the color selected, (they even helped us with that) they moved through the job efficiently. It was very easy to see once they got started I had not only picked the right color but the right company to do my painting. I don't believe there was one drop of paint that was dribbled any where! Here is a list of all the "thumbs up" 1) Arrived on time and started immediately 2) Kept all of our landscaping, and furniture well protected with drop cloths 3) Kept us well informed about anything they were doing as well as asking us questions on anything they were unsure of. 4) Surprising me with painting my workshop door white when they overheard me complaining abut their ugliness 5) Being so patient with our neurotic dog's constant barking and lunging at them each time they changed windows. Rich even gave us a small gift of appreciation when all was done. Take my advice...hire CCI and your will be very happy with their work.

I am so pleased with Rich and his company. I have never had anyone spend as much time with me as he did. I called for an estimate and he spent over 3 hours with me walking around the neighborhood looking for a color to match the stones on my house. Who does that? RICH!!! He gave me an estimate right then and there and sat at the dining room table with me to discuss at length what he would do. WOW! He suggested ideas for window sills and garage door colors. I highly recommend Rich and his amazing company and will be proud if he uses me as a reference. Rich, you are awesome!!! Rich and his crew came when promised and worked long days without a break until the job was done. Rich came here on Tuesday and completed the job on Thursday afternoon.

They only came out for an estimate, but were extremely kind and knowledgeable.

We are attempting to sell our home in Dunedin and the house desperately needed a face lift. We contacted Rich after reading the reviews on Angies list. Fortunately, he had an opening, came and saw the house, gave us an estimate - went through exactly what they would do and was able to start the next week. Trusting and responsible are the two words that come to mind because I was managing this project from the other side of the state! He did exactly what he said he was going to do, was finished long before I expected and the house looks great! I would highly recommend Rich and his crew for any painting you might have.

Work started on a Monday and completed on Wednesday. Rich, and his co workers, John & Joannie did an excellent job. They worked efficiently, and professionally, when finished the house look Beautiful and work areas spotless. This is the second time I used CCI painting services. First time in 2002 I found them on my own, with local web searches, and was extremely pleased. I knew I would use them again and was not surprised to see them highly rated on Angie list, a well deserved honoree. I would highly recommend them, and use then again.

I left a message for Rich asking for an estimate on staining my deck. He called me back the next business day. He informed me that he does not provide the services that I was inquiring about. However, he took the time to give me some great advice such as the brand of stains to use and not to use. Very helpful, courteous, and professional. Rather than not giving me a call back or to leave a message saying he could not help me, he went above and beyond what I expected someone to do.

Thank you Angie's List. Through the recommendations of Angie's customers, we hired Rich, the owner of CCI Painting to paint the exterior of our home. We couldn't be happier. Rich and his crew were extremely professional and did a supberb job from beginning to end. Rich met with us and explained everything he does from the type of paint he uses, number of coats of paint and his 10-year guarantee. He than walked around the house with us to access any problems or repairs and suggested possible paint colors to compliment our roof. Because of our time restrictions, he went out of his way to accommodate us. Before starting date, he called to reconfirm the date and color selections. The job was completed in three days, from pressure washing the first day, to prep work, painting and clean up the next two days. Before Rich left, he had us walk around the house with him to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job. We highly recommend Rich and his crew and cannot thank them enough for an outstanding job.

First of all, my review procrastination has no reflection on the service or professionalism extended by Rich. I'm just a procrastinator. We called Rich in March for an appointment. He came to our home and spent a considerable amount of time with us. He was patient with our questions and detailed with his answers. I wanted to have the house painted yellow and he gave me locations of homes he had painted in the past with that color scheme. We talked at length about the color and how difficult it can be to get the right shade. I must have called him a half dozen times about the color and he was always patient and supportive. He gave us good suggestions on painting the garage side door the same color (no need to make that stand out) and painting the trim around the door frame the same color as the door (small door, let's make it look larger). We needed to have some masonry work done prior to his painting and he gave us a name of someone who could do that part. The masonry guy was great also. When we finally had the painting scheduled it was early July. Rich showed up with two other people. Yes, Rich isn't just the guy who takes the info. He's the real deal. Does the painting too. Now we all know what the weather is like in July down here. These three folks (and I can say they are no spring chickens because I'm not either) worked so hard in the sweating sun. I believe it took almost 3 days (can't remember for sure). They worked so hard through all the heat. Something I couldn't do. When they were all done, Rich and I walked around the entire house to inspect for any misses or issues. Rich is an extremely hard worker and knows his business. From the number of reviews on this site for him, I thought about not bothering since it's been almost a year. However, I felt I owed him this review, however late, because of the quality of his work. Looking to have your house painted? Don't bother going elsewhere. This is the guy you want. Period.

Why aren't there A+ ratings? Rich would have A++ if it were up to us. He was prompt, professional and actually finished the work early. The kind of communication you would hope for from every contractor. Never missed a beat. We would hire him again in a heart-beat. Whole-heartily recommend.

Don't, well there are none. We were more than satisfied with the painting done on our home.

I phoned Rich in December 2013 to provide a quote to paint the exterior of my home. He was very prompt in returning my call and arrived at the agreed upon time. Rich asked thorough questions to determine my needs. He was able to provide a detailed quote as a part of my initial consultation and let me know then that his earliest opening to complete the work was March 2014. That timing worked perfectly fine for me. Rich phoned me one week out from the scheduled work date to confirm the start time and paint choices. The team arrived promptly on the 24th to complete the power washing and painting. The team was extremely detailed with their work. If they had a question regarding how I expected a particular area to look, they asked me rather than assume they knew what I wanted. After each day?s work, they immediately cleaned up their work area. The final product is beautiful! During the job, I encountered numerous difficulties with a manufacturer who was providing new foam banding that was to be added as trim around my windows and garage doors. The trim was not delivered as scheduled so it could not be painted as scheduled. Rich and his team went far over and above to come up with a workable plan to make up for the banding manufacturer?s shortcomings. They had nothing to do with the problem but took on responsibility to make certain I was happy in the end. I cannot say enough good things about C.C.I. They are awesome!

Working with Rich and his team was an absolute pleasure! The quality of the work is outstanding. I couldn't be happier. They were professional, punctual and pleasant. The end result has far exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

When Rich came to our home to give us an estimate, we were a little nervous because it seems that we have bad luck when it comes to hiring responsible, trustworthy companies here in Florida. We have lived here 10 years now and every company we have hired we have been disappointed with. We are a bit picky, we just want what we pay for. Rich came to the house to give his estimate and we were VERY pleased with his professionalism. He seemed very interested in us and what we wanted, gave his expert advise and answered all questions we had. He spent a good two hours with us. My husband and I didn't want to get to excited because we have been burnt so many times before. We did our research and received several different quotes. We chose Rich to do our painting. Pressure washing complete now time for the paint, with fingers crossed we where hoping for the best. Well, we received more than the best! Rich was phenomenal. Rich treated our home as if it were his, every little detail was perfect. House looks amazing, absolutely love,love, love it. Thank you so much Rich for a job well done and we will definitely use you again in the future. We have already recommended you to our neighbors. CCI painted the outside of my house. Rich was very personable. As they went about their job, he made it clear to me that if there was even the smallest thing that I had any problem with to let him know. A few times at various stages he showed me what he was doing and why and asked several times if I had any questions or problems with the job. At one point I did observe one area that I had a little problem with. He saw what I was talking about and took care of it. Because Rich is so approachable and respectful of my input and concerns, it?s had to lodge any complaint but the one deficit in the operation was the person doing the power washing the day prior to painting. During the wash I pointed out a couple of places that did not get clean and when he left I had to take a brush and water to the top of a metal awning which really was quite dirty and some other areas that were not cleaned to an appropriate level. It took a couple of hours to really get the house ready. I would use them again because Rich will work to sooth every concern you may have and that is worth a lot when working with any contractor now days. If the initial cleaning (which Rich did not do) was better the company would be exceptional. I hated to give them some B?s but I had to based on just this. I wasn't sure how to apply the B's as it was only in this negative area and would have given the power wash a C.

Great Information! Rich recommended that we wait two years before having our house painted. We really appreciate his friendliness and honesty! He even suggested some house colors to consider when we do paint. What more could you ask for? We'll be calling Rich in two years! Thank You, Rich!!

I called CCI and they were very nice. They took my contact information and said they would get back to me regarding an estimate. After that, I never heard from them. It has been almost a month.

Rich (owner) came by soon after our initial call and gave our house a thorough inspection and explained what would be done, providing us with a very detailed estimate. We hired him immediately, because we had such a good impression, along with the reviews. He advised us to paint sample swatches for the two colors we were wanting to use. We did so, and decided on a main color and a trim color. The work began a few days later. Rich, John, and Joan were so professional and personable, that we considered adopting all of them into our family. They were on time, paid attention to detail, and cleaned up well. We are very satisfied with the work. In the future, when we get ready to paint the interior, we will definitely be calling them again. They are definitely Super Stars!

The owner, Rich Weinberg, came to the house to review the job requirements. He provided a very detailed estimate and offered assistance / advice on color selection. Rich is very customer oriented and easy to work with. The two people that work with Rich were friendly and punctual. The CCI team has a lot of experience and skill in painting houses. It's a good feeling knowing the owner is on-site during the job. In addition to painting the house, they also re-finished the front door. The end result was a fresh new look to my house - just what I was looking for. I highly recommend this company - you will get a high quality result.

I used Rich approximately 10 years ago to paint my home. I was pleased to find him 10 years later on the top of Angie's list, although not surprised. He really does go above and beyond to give customized service to each individual customer based on their individual needs. While I know it is always important to wait for the best of the best I was concerned that I had some exposed new stucco work and exterior cracks that required water proofing. Rich made arrangements for his team (husband and wife) to come out in advance and prep the stucco area that had been repaired and concerning cracks easing my worries which allowed me to wait until his next available appointment. The best always have a wait. It is concerning when someone can get to you too soon. After all, if you wait 10 years to paint your house you can wait a little lo longer to get the best. Rich communicated every morning to discuss the weather and let me know when they would be delayed. My 94 year old dad has told me in his day the quality of workmanship was so good that a person such as a cabinet maker would carve his name in the piece when he was done. The only thing Rich missed was painting his signature somewhere on the house when he was done. See you in 10 years Rich.

GREAT. ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS WORK. WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO DO SOME EXTRA THINGS. ALWAYS CHECKING TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED OR WAS THERE ANYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE CARED FOR THAT WE COULD HAVE OVERLOOKED. ALWAYS POLITE, ON TIME, FRIENDLY AND VERY SKILLED. MADE SURE NO PAINT WAS ON ANY WALK WAY AS THEY WERE WELL COVERED WITH CLOTH. WE COULD NOT HAVE FOUND A BETTER PAINTER AND ONE THAT TOOK HIS JOB SERIOUS. HE KEPT HIS WORD ON EVERY PART OF THE CONTRACT AND WHEN ALL WAS FINISHED HE NEVER ASKED FOR ANY MORE MONEY. HE HAS CALLED US TO FOLLOW-UP TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY KIND OF NEED THAT SHOULD BE CARED FOR. YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG IF YOU CONTACT C.C.I. PAINTING SERVICES. IF I HAD OTHER HOMES TO BE PAINTED THERE WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT IN MY MIND THAT I WOULD IMMEDIATELY CONTACT THIS COMPANY. THIS IS THE BEST!

Rich and his team of professionals were just absolutely wonderful. He provided a detailed estimate on what would be painted and in which colors and what the timeline would be from powerwashing to the finished product. He also provided excellent recommendation in what colors to use and what areas should be the trim color and what areas should be the body color. Of all the estimates I got CCI's were the most detailed and he took the most time to explain everything. We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with him and his team. Rich and his team are truly a throwback to when customers mattered. I could not be any happier with the service provided. They did an outstanding job on my house. I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!
