Rich and his crew are outstanding!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND C.C.I. Painting. They arrived on time, immediately went to work. They carefully prepped the house, and kept us advised throughout the entire process. They are gracious, polite and a pleasure to work with.

Everything went as expected. Very friendly, customer oriented approach. Rich is very collaborative. We had some trouble finding the right shades as the builder left wrong colors in the garage. Rich worked through that with patience and matched the colors perfectly. My home looks awesome after the painting job. Will recommend and use CCI Painting again.

Very pleased with how the paint job turned out. I asked Rich for some suggestions and was happy with the changes. Rich seems to enjoy his work. He was very professional and his two assistants did good work.

We had painted the house several times before and I was always disappointed in the final product. The house looked "ok" but it was never what I had in my mind. Rich came and walked with my husband and I around the house. We pointed out our concerns, some cracking around the baseline of the house and a crumbling window sill. The previous painter had left a lot of dark color showing through and I thought that might be hard to cover with the white and light yellow I had picked to repaint. Rich spent a lot of time with us, discussing exactly what would be done, how long it would take, the estimate and even steered me towards colors that would show our old house in the best light. He checked in by phone several times to see how we were coming along on color choices and to keep us updated on when the painting would begin. Day 1 John came to the house and power washed every nook and cranny and the next day John and his wife Joan came and repaired the cracks, the window sill and began painting. Rich had to be out of town that week and he assured us that John and Joan would do as perfect a job as he would himself. They were very pleasant to work with. Always on time, very neat and paid great attention to detail. The painting took 3 days and we added a couple of jobs-painting the carport ceiling and floor. We couldn't be more pleased. The house looks so fresh and happy. Joan was on the roof painting the peak and trim. Every part of the house and carport looks fabulous. We would definitely use CCI Painting Services again.

Rich was great to work with. He provided a clear, complete estimate - explaining the process he uses and advising us on colors and techniques that resulted in a beautiful look. For numerous reasons, we had to postpone the start of the project for some time. Rich honored his original estimate and worked with our schedule with no pressure. A repaint for our house was long overdue. It required extensive prep work but we did not hear a hint of complaint or additional cost once they got into the job. Everything was completely professional and we are happy with how great our house looks now.

Fantastic. Rich did a very thorough walk around and made several excellent suggestions regarding colors and painting techniques that really improved the curb appeal of our home. His eye for design and consultative approach was head and shoulders above any other painter I've hired in the past. His crew was also very hard working, clean, always showed up on time and the job was completed exactly as Rich said it would be and on time. It's easy to see why he has been topped ranked for so long.

They did an amazing job. The thing with him is that I had originally scheduled it for October then I had to have my surgery. He was very professional because I had to reschedule it twice. He was very patient and very understanding. The work took just three days. The first day was the stripping and the cleaning and the next two days they finished everything, cleaned up after themselves. They were a really professional crew.

It was a great experience from start to finish. When Rich came to look at my house and give me the estimate, I could tell by what he was saying that he knew what he was doing. He had great attention to detail and made some suggestions to get the best appearance. First day was the cleaning of the house, the next day was the painting. The house looks great, The lines are sharp and straight. They fixed mistakes made by the previous painters years ago. Rich even rejuvenated the handles on the front door. They were very professional and friendly. They were on time and did a great job. They cleaned up the area very well. I felt the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience. Repainting the exterior of our home had been on the "to do" list for quite some time but I kept putting it off because I was unsure of which colors to use. I wanted a change but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Working with Rich was fabulous. He took the time to work with me on what colors would look best together, suggesting several different shades that he felt would work. His advice was spot on (especially regarding for the front door color - thank you Rich!). Frankly, I don't think I would have ever chosen to put these colors together without his help and I love the results! It was a great experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend CCI Painting to anyone in the market to paint their home.

Rich promptly returned my call and very professionally declined to give me an estimate at this time as he is trying to work closer to his home base of Safety Harbor.

We could not have asked for a better job, the house looks like new. Rich did exactly what he said he would do and his attention to detail is amazing. CCI Painting Services certainly deserves another Super Service award-We have dealt with many contractors over the years and CCI is the best company we have used. It was a true pleasure to deal with Rich and his crew, they are just great!

Rich and his team where excellent! They acted professionally, with integrity, and best of all, true to their word. Highly recommended.

Rich came out and explained exactly what they would do and gave me a very fair estimate. He was booked up for about the next 6 weeks so we set the date in November. The first day was spent pressure washing the home exterior and taping up all the windows, doors and light fixtures. During their prep work, they even calked some cracks in the fascia and made minor repairs to prevent additional damage. Painting started the next day and completed in about 2.5 days. We walked around the house together and Rich made sure that we were happy with the service, which we were. The site was cleaned up and left better than it was before they started. My wife is very particular and she was very happy with the job.

Rich came out and we spoke about colors. He is very patient (he needed it with me) and kind. I asked for his idea and I gave him mine. Mine changed when I started trying colors so we spoke again and he helped me with colors. I am so in love with how it turned out! I work a ton and Rich and his crew came in and did exactly what he said they were going to do and it turned out beautifully. I couldn't be happier!!! I will definitely use CCI Painting again if needed and refer all my friends to him!! Thank you Rich!!

Rich was fantastic to work with. We picked him because of all the great reviews on Angie's list. Particularly, we were having difficulty choosing a color for the house because we did not care for the color of the roof shingles (we loved everything else about the house when we bought it though). Rich came by and spent a lot of time with us explaining what he thought would look good and what he and his crew would do. One warning though, he was booked out a few months, which we didn't mind because it gave us time to make sure we liked the colors we chose. If he was that booked I thought it was a good indicator of how good he was as well. Rich and his team did a great job. We ended up changing the color scheme but called him for his advice along the way. We valued his opinion. I would use him again and would recommend him to others.

This is the second time we have used C.C.I. Painting within the last 12 months. They (Rich, Joanie, and John) did a wonderful job both times. Very professional and very easy to work with. At the end of the job Rich asks you to walk around and let him know if there is anything you see that needs to be corrected - no matter how small. They want to make sue you are happy with the job. We highly recommend this company.

CCI did a fantastic job! Patched all irregularities, 3 coats of paint. Looks like a new house. Very detail oriented. (painted the mailbox) Always asking for feedback on how they were doing and acting on suggestions. Polite. Beautiful clean-up afterward. Pressure washed wood gate (not part of estimate). Above and beyond!

AMAZING!! Super nice owner Rich Weinberg and his team John and Joanie! They did such a fabulous job. They started pressure cleaning on Monday and had the entire house painted by Wednesday afternoon. We could of not asked for better service. I highly recommend this company!

Needed to find a painting service that would work with my elderly parents in Palm Harbor FL. Rich walked them through the procedures for the work and completed the work on time. He took time to call me explained what work needed to be completed. I would use him again.

Rich and his team were outstanding. From the first estimate to the final touch-ups they were always prompt and professional. The entire job was expected to take only 5 days. However, constant rain set in on the 4th day extending the time. They ended up having to come out on a number of additional days, sometimes for only a couple of hours to do what work could be done before the rains started yet continued to make progress. The final result was amazing. We have a brand new home that looks great. Neighbors have complimented us on how good the house looks. Rich and his team are also extremely detail oriented. No matter what items I noticed that still needed touch-up they identified them and corrected them without me even pointing them out. It is gratifying to contract with a company that truly values doing the best job possible, not just getting it done. We would recommend CCI to anyone needed painting services.

Rich provided very valuable assistance in this area and made certain that I was comfortable with the choices before moving forwarded. He insisted upon testing the colors with paint samples which I was reluctant to do in the interest of time. I am now glad I did because my original choice would have been a major disappointment. Once we arrived at the color scheme, Rich and his Team were extremely detailed about the preparation work and insuring the house was ready for painting. Once they got started, they were prompt, professional and courteous. You should look Rich up if you are in the market for a quality paint job!

Rich is the consummate professional when it comes to painting. I originally consulted with him on painting my house myself. He walked me through the process of painting, from correctly preparing the house to the finishing touches. He also made many recommendations on where to use accent colors and where not to. A few days after the consultation, I called to hire him for the job. I ended up choosing Rich because I wanted the job done right, and his level of expertise spoke for itself. Rich was very pleasant to work with. He listens to his clients needs, yet he will make suggestions based on his many years of experience. Rich and his two person crew worked quickly and efficiently while paying attention to all the little details. The job that would've taken me many weeks to get right, Rich and his crew completed in just over 3 days. I'm very happy with his work and I know that I made the right choice.

The entire job went very smoothly from start to finish. Rich's knowledge in exterior painting is vast and he took a lot of time to help with suggestions to ensure the end result would be the best it could possibly be. Rich was very understanding of my busy work schedule and was able to meet me on a weekend and take a phone call after hours to accommodate my schedule. From the first conversation with Rich to the completion of the work, the experience was 1st class. Rich and his team set the bar high and are a model for how all service providers should conduct business. Rich provided valuable consultation on our color choices and contacted us periodically before the work would commence to discuss our progress on our selections and preparations. In fact, based on Rich's input we chose a different color scheme from our original selection with which we are much more satisfied. Rich and his team were very accommodating and demonstrated superior attention to detail. We have a 14 month old child who requires quiet during his nap. Rich easily worked around our child's sleeping schedule and nonetheless finished the project on time. It is often said that the small things matter most and this was very evident in the craftsmanship and quality of their work. It was pointed out to me that the lower soffits were painted to match the body of our home but the upper soffits were painted the same color as the trim. I found this to be unique and particularly interesting so I asked Rich the reason. He explained that the continuity and optical effect created by this difference is more appealing to the eye and, in fact, unless he pointed it out I would have never noticed. Again, this reflects the superiority of CCI painting and the pride and enjoyment Rich derives from his work. I own three rental properties and my own home (he painted my home) and have used many service providers and contractors over the years.
