"Your review is truly appreciated. You had to change your paint date a number of times to accommodate your roofer and carpenter.You were very kind in giving me plenty of notice. The colors were a challenge but we finally nailed them down as well as where they went to make the house look more modern. An older home on the water is always a bit of a problem to make look "new".We prepped it very well and used paints that did the job........and more importantly a job that will last. Thank you for appreciating the fact that I work the job with my small crew.We may have been at the higher end of the cost scale, but absolutely gave you your money's worth! We wanted the house painted as soon as possible as we just had some woodwork done, but CCI did not have an opening until January. Rich did look at the woodwork during the initial survey and said that it would not be a problem, as it was ceder, but would try to work us in earlier. A week or so after that he Rich called to say they had an opening and would December work for us, which did and CCI did the work earlier, much to our delight.

Rich and his staff at CCI did an excellent job and were very professional from start to finish. He spent a lot of time on preparation for the job, made multiple trips to our home to make sure the color matches were correct, and also made recommendations on the type of finish for the paint that was a great improvement to the appearance of our house.
He scheduled our job on dates to work with our schedule. His recommendation for a vendor to do the pressure washing for preparation was very quality and did a fine job as well. Rich and his staff were on time, completed the job early, and their cleanup was very thorough.
Our expectations were definitely met and would highly recommend Rich and CCI Painting.
"Thank you for taking the time critique our work! You have a large beautiful home on a lake that was in need of some TLC. Your home was originally painted with a flat paint. Flat paints and dark colors bleach out relatively quickly in our harsh environment. I suggested we go with a satin finish. This helps to reflect the UV rays of the sun and doesn't let the surfaces absorb as much heat.This allows the entire paint job to last a lot longer. We are completely and truly satisfied. Rich is a true craftsman and has a passion for painting. I got 5 quotes all from Angie's List providers. It was readily apparent from the first moment I met Rich that he is a professional in every sense of the word and is genuinely concerned and laser focused on making sure we were satisfied. Rich takes a lot of pride in the final work product.
Rich has all of the characteristics of what you want with someone working on your home. He did a great job of educating us on the requirements needed here in Florida to make sure you are getting a lasting and protecting paint job. He was very helpful in the process of picking out the right colors to make sure the appropriate features of the home are accentuated. Rich is very detailed, as detailed as you would be if you were painting your home! His attention to detail was impressive, not to mention his punctuality, responsiveness and sticking to his word.
Rich actually does the work and has a small crew that also provide high quality craftsmanship. I definitely did not get the sense the other providers giving me quotes were going to actually do the work.
If you are looking for a high quality job with a 10 year warranty, we would highly recommend Rich.

The work began promptly on schedule, and was completed quickly over a couple of days, including rain delays. Rich and his crew worked efficiently as a team, showing great expertise,attention to detail, and I would say obvious pride in their craft. In fact, in the final walk around with us, Rich suddenly stopped, signaled to one of his crew to to apply more paint to a spot that I couldn't even see--but they did.
The house truned out beautifully. My wife is thrilled, as am I, especially after receiving several admiring comments from neighbors and even passers-by. What more could you ask?

You and your wife were really upset about not finding a color that would go with your roof and had about eight colors up on your wall when I came by. Together we went back to the beginning of my color instructions and slowly weeded out all the colors but one. This color went with the trim color as well as the roof colors.It tied the house together as well as modernizing it. Your home definitely needed TLC which my crew and I painstakingly gave it. Rich is one of the best providers I have found on Angie's List. He gave me honest advice about my exterior painting. He and his team did a fantastic job. Rich went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job before he left.
When an issue came up several weeks after the job was completed, Rich did not hesitate to come back and take care of it.
Overall, working with Rich was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend him!
"Your home had a rust problem that we worked diligently to solve. We came up with a solution that ultimately worked and did not allow the rust to come back. You readied your home for us to paint and were readily available to answer all questions. Thank you for allowing me to paint your home!"
After a long time deciding on which painters to call for estimates, and getting estimates from three other painting companies, I chose CCI Painting with Rich. He wasn't the least expensive and I had to wait for my home to be painted for about three weeks after signing my contract... But.. I am sure that I chose wisely! After having in depth conversations with other companies in regards to preparation prior to them coming, their prepping of the building prior to be painted and of course, color selection ideas and improvements, NONE OF THE OTHER COMPANIES were able to give me any support or direction! Not that I wasn't sure of what I wanted, but just wanting their professional opinions. Rich has a keen eye and discerning taste. First off, having a great painting result comes from the property owner first making sure that the areas surrounding their property is clear of debris and plantings needing to be trimmed, Yes it is a lot of work but making sure that my painters aren't spending their time doing this and focusing on a fantastic finished product is worth it! My home was built in the mid 1980's, stucco over block and hadn't been painted in more that 15 years. The soffit is metal and the fascia is redwood. I was certain that the fascia was going to have to be replaced, but because of Rich's savvy, my homes fascia is beautiful! The suggestions I received from him as to which colors to place on my garage door, walls, insets on the front of my house turned out better than I could have imagined. I was glad that Rich liked my color choice for my beautiful front door, that I also though was going to have to be replaced but now looks fantastic! Neighbors still comment on how 'new' my home looks to them now! As far as the painting crew goes, they were very courteous, neat, careful and attentive. They were professional both in presence as in product. As the old adage says, "You get what you pay for", I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rich and his team for your next painting project!

"Together we decided on a yellow that worked well on your home. Yellow is absolutely the color that people make the most mistakes using. They usually go too "primary" and the house winds up looking like something out of a cartoon! I always tell my clients that I will not let them make a mistake with the colors they pick. I explain what dictates the colors that should be used and why,where they should go and NOT go and what makes the house look more modern looking! A lot more than what most companies bring to the table ;-) I truly love "making over" a persons home! Thank you for the report and allowing me to paint your home correctly!"

How nice it would be if all services were of the quality of C.C.I. Painting Services. This experience was the exact opposite of the last time we had our house painted. I was very pleased with the work that Rich and his team provided to my home. They were very clean, prompt, and thorough in their painting. Rich was always available to answer any questions. They completed the job in only a few days and overall, I am very pleased with the work. The house looks brand new!
The only reason I selected Price as N/A was that I didn't get any other estimates at the time but didn't feel the need to since I really liked how Rich conducted his business and his team. I would definitely recommend him for any house painting job - big or small!
