Rich and his staff did a great job painting the house. Very thorough and prepared. Helped with paint colors also.

Perfect is how I characterize the work completed by the owner Rich Weinberg and his two person crew. Rich listened to what we wanted, made suggestions but did not pressure us to do things his way, and after we selected colors he and his crew transformed the appearance of our house. We were very pleased with the organization and professionalism of how they worked; neat and efficient and I cannot find one drop of paint or spray mark in the wrong place. Rich is busy for a reason, he is the best we could have hoped for.

Excellent work. The painting took 2 days, which was a bit faster than the last time we had the house painted, but CCI did a much better job on the details. CCI was also very competitively prices compared to the other companies we got quote from. We wanted the house painted as soon as possible as we just had some woodwork done, but CCI did not have an opening until January. Rich did look at the woodwork during the initial survey and said that it would not be a problem, as it was ceder, but would try to work us in earlier. A week or so after that he Rich called to say they had an opening and would December work for us, which did and CCI did the work earlier, much to our delight.

Rich and his staff at CCI did an excellent job and were very professional from start to finish. He spent a lot of time on preparation for the job, made multiple trips to our home to make sure the color matches were correct, and also made recommendations on the type of finish for the paint that was a great improvement to the appearance of our house. He scheduled our job on dates to work with our schedule. His recommendation for a vendor to do the pressure washing for preparation was very quality and did a fine job as well. Rich and his staff were on time, completed the job early, and their cleanup was very thorough. Our expectations were definitely met and would highly recommend Rich and CCI Painting.

Rich spent significant amount of time understanding my painting needs and condition of external part of home, then advised for best results and explained how the overall process should occur, as was also doing some other non-painting repairs to external part of home. He then worked his schedule to allow the work to be done within a few weeks of the request. He, and his team, were very pleasant and helpful at every step of the way. Rich volunteered ideas on other repairs going on with the home, which were helpful, even though those repairs were outside the scope of his work. It was only a 3 day job, but by the end Rich made me feel like part of his circle of friends. Would not hesitate to recommend Rich to anyone looking for a painter. Wish all home maintenance companies would be as honest and dependable as CCI painting.

Rich runs a good business. They were always on time, did a great job. They know what they were doing, and they always all cleaned up - Rich always answered my questions. They were all very professional.

This company was one of three that I interviewed to do the exterior of the house. Rich was very professional in his approach to the job and indicated that If I had questions feel free to contact me. He gave me advice on how to pick colors and where to apply them to this 50 year old house that was last painted approximately 8 years ago. I had to reschedule a couple of times due to needing to get new exterior doors and he worked with me in doing those reschedules. At time of scheduled service one individual showed up to do the pressure washing of the exterior of the house and on the following two days Rich and his crew of two additional individuals showed up at time they indicated they would be present to do the work. Very professional in taping and masking windows prior to actually painting the home. When finished Rich walked the house with me taking notes of any areas that I had questions about. Good clean-up of debris prior to leaving the property.

Awesome! Rich was very helpful from the beginning to the end and then some. When he gave me his quote, he told me I could call him with any questions I had, regardless of us using his company. His quote was right on with the other one we got. We choose CCI Painting because of how helpful and willing Rich was to help us. They had a 3 month wait till they could paint, which turned out to be a good thing for us. We had some other work done on the house to give it character, and Rich was able to point us in the right direction with a company that did foam work. When it came down to picking colors, I showed Rich my color ideas...he so nicely told me to rethink them :) He showed me the color of our house in the color wheel and explained why he thought the original painters painted it the colors they did. He's got an eye for color and I'm so thankful he was honest with me. While we didn't go with the original color, we did take his advise and picked the paint based on the color of the roof and bought sample paint. He also explained how paint can affect our power bill...so we went with the lighter color. John came and pressured washed the house that Monday as scheduled...even with all the rain we had prior to them coming out, they stayed on schedule. Tuesday, the whole crew was out and they got to work. After watching them that day, I understood why they were on schedule. They worked hard and very efficient. They were here the whole week and finished in time for my daughters 1st birthday party. After they finished, I pointed out a few spots I saw. Rich told me to walk the house and let him know if there was anything else that they missed and they would be back to fix it, They have since been back and have taken care of what we discussed and a few others spots. I HIGHLY recommend CCI Painting.

Rich and his team painted our house last summer. We had some re-modeling done and they marred up the front door. We called Rich and he was at our home within a week. The front door looks beautiful again. I would highly recommend CCI Painting. They are friendly, conscientious and professional.

We are completely and truly satisfied. Rich is a true craftsman and has a passion for painting. I got 5 quotes all from Angie's List providers. It was readily apparent from the first moment I met Rich that he is a professional in every sense of the word and is genuinely concerned and laser focused on making sure we were satisfied. Rich takes a lot of pride in the final work product. Rich has all of the characteristics of what you want with someone working on your home. He did a great job of educating us on the requirements needed here in Florida to make sure you are getting a lasting and protecting paint job. He was very helpful in the process of picking out the right colors to make sure the appropriate features of the home are accentuated. Rich is very detailed, as detailed as you would be if you were painting your home! His attention to detail was impressive, not to mention his punctuality, responsiveness and sticking to his word. Rich actually does the work and has a small crew that also provide high quality craftsmanship. I definitely did not get the sense the other providers giving me quotes were going to actually do the work. If you are looking for a high quality job with a 10 year warranty, we would highly recommend Rich.

Hands down one the very best experiences we've had with ANY contractor, painting or otherwise, from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend. Rich and his crew were phenomenal, professional, friendly, prompt, and very exacting in their craft. Rich first provided us with a a no pressure, no up-selling detailed estimate after examining the property, noting exactly what would be done, pointing out particular areas of concern, and offering us a world of excellent advice. He also made suggestions for things we should do to prepare the area around the home for the best possible outcome (such as: trimming back shrubbery and moving items away from the walls, etc., that we might not have thought of). We had already consulted with two other licensed contractors (after dismissing and reporting what we discovered was an unlicensed contractor solicitation.) After meeting with Rich, having reviewed CCI"s excellent Angie's List reviews, it was an easy and instant decision to contract with them. Rich provided us with a timeline for the work and offered initial suggestions as to possible colors, and how to pick them. Despite that advice, as the time drew near for the painting to begin, we contacted Rich and admitted we were utterly overwhelmed about making our choices, When he arrived the next day to find a confusing mishmash of color paint samples splattered across the walls, he smilingly spent over an hour with us restoring sanity to the situation with his professionalism, decidedly trained eye, graphic sense and good humor. Ultimately, he succeeded in gently guiding us to an agreeable resolution which we, my wife I, were completely comfortable. The work began promptly on schedule, and was completed quickly over a couple of days, including rain delays. Rich and his crew worked efficiently as a team, showing great expertise,attention to detail, and I would say obvious pride in their craft. In fact, in the final walk around with us, Rich suddenly stopped, signaled to one of his crew to to apply more paint to a spot that I couldn't even see--but they did. The house truned out beautifully. My wife is thrilled, as am I, especially after receiving several admiring comments from neighbors and even passers-by. What more could you ask?

Rich is one of the best providers I have found on Angie's List. He gave me honest advice about my exterior painting. He and his team did a fantastic job. Rich went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job before he left. When an issue came up several weeks after the job was completed, Rich did not hesitate to come back and take care of it. Overall, working with Rich was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend him!

After a long time deciding on which painters to call for estimates, and getting estimates from three other painting companies, I chose CCI Painting with Rich. He wasn't the least expensive and I had to wait for my home to be painted for about three weeks after signing my contract... But.. I am sure that I chose wisely! After having in depth conversations with other companies in regards to preparation prior to them coming, their prepping of the building prior to be painted and of course, color selection ideas and improvements, NONE OF THE OTHER COMPANIES were able to give me any support or direction! Not that I wasn't sure of what I wanted, but just wanting their professional opinions. Rich has a keen eye and discerning taste. First off, having a great painting result comes from the property owner first making sure that the areas surrounding their property is clear of debris and plantings needing to be trimmed, Yes it is a lot of work but making sure that my painters aren't spending their time doing this and focusing on a fantastic finished product is worth it! My home was built in the mid 1980's, stucco over block and hadn't been painted in more that 15 years. The soffit is metal and the fascia is redwood. I was certain that the fascia was going to have to be replaced, but because of Rich's savvy, my homes fascia is beautiful! The suggestions I received from him as to which colors to place on my garage door, walls, insets on the front of my house turned out better than I could have imagined. I was glad that Rich liked my color choice for my beautiful front door, that I also though was going to have to be replaced but now looks fantastic! Neighbors still comment on how 'new' my home looks to them now! As far as the painting crew goes, they were very courteous, neat, careful and attentive. They were professional both in presence as in product. As the old adage says, "You get what you pay for", I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rich and his team for your next painting project!

Rich explained everything he felt needed to be done in great detail and asked lots of questions to make sure he had everything covered. We hadn't settled on the exact color yet, so left a book of swatches and a few recommendations. We liked what he'd shown us, and after we determined our color, he and his crew were back out quickly to get everything done, and they finished a lot more quickly than I expected (even painting our mailbox post, a detail I hadn't even thought of). They left us with the leftover batch of paint from the same batch in case anything ever needed touchups later, too. Great experience, and the next time someone asks, we'd recommend Rich & Co. without hesitation.

Rich is awesome. I had to get on his schedule and wait awhile but it was well worth the wait!!! My house looks terrific!!! This one is easy - do you want a conscientious business owner painting your house or some hourly laborer? Rich does the work himself along with 2 others. I highly recommend this company!!!!

From the time I called to get a quote to the point of completion of the project, everything was done superbly. Suggestions were given by the owner of dos and don'ts. A comprehensive portfolio was provided with copies of all licensing and insurance along with the quote. The owner and crew were on time every day for 4 days. Our house has lots of trim work which required hand painting and it was done beautifully. The worksite was kept neat and tidy at all times. C.C.I.'s price was in line with other quotes I received, but it was the thoroughness of the process that impressed us. These people were perfectionists! How nice it would be if all services were of the quality of C.C.I. Painting Services. This experience was the exact opposite of the last time we had our house painted. What a treat it is to know there are still companies who strive for top quality service.

They told me they could only do whole houses, which is not stated on the deal. They basically refused to do the work. I only needed a part of my house painted. I called and got a refund on this deal.

I had the opportunity to work with Rich over a month ago when he painted the exterior of my home. From the start, Rich was very responsive with answering my initial call to get an estimate on painting the entire exterior of my home. He was also very knowledgeable about the process, explained everything in detail, and assisted me with picking the right color for my home. I was very pleased with the work that Rich and his team provided to my home. They were very clean, prompt, and thorough in their painting. Rich was always available to answer any questions. They completed the job in only a few days and overall, I am very pleased with the work. The house looks brand new! The only reason I selected Price as N/A was that I didn't get any other estimates at the time but didn't feel the need to since I really liked how Rich conducted his business and his team. I would definitely recommend him for any house painting job - big or small!

Wanted to help our "kids" with having their house painted. I requested a ball-park estimate based on house size. The response was quick and professional. It was out of our range, but we appreciated the time taken to reply to our request.

Rich arrived promptly and as i had to leave, met with my husband. He was so thorough and professional my husband was ready to sign him / his company up immediately. As I had one other company i wanted to 'vet', I let Rich know so, and he was kind enough to respond with further advice (for my husband), that we should wait until 5 new windows were installed before securing ANY painter. His suggestion of a paint color helped us select one with the company we finally went with. Despite my review of the company we selected, our experience with Rich's equivalent in the company we selected was far less professional and organized and left my husband constantly wondering if (for what, in the end, was $1300 less) we'd hired the 'right' company. For the additional stress that working to bring our home painting in for a landing with that company, it might have well been worth ASKING Rich / C.C.I. if they could re-bid or come closer in $ amount so that we could have had the best of both worlds, the lower price AND the professionalism. Should we need inside painting done, we'll most assuredly seek a quote from C.C. I.
