Daniel is a professional. He communicated with me promptly via telephone. We decided on a time to meet and discuss the price. He walked around the property and pointed out all the changes and the work that would be done, He returned the next day and did everything that he promised and more. Daniel did not only meet, but exceeded my expectations. He does excellent and meticulous work.
