+ 0 moreDidn't go so well. He put a sign on the lawn like I hired him..Not the case! He started calling my vendors to arrange things without my permission or a contract. We don't understand what he could possibly do for us nor do we need him.
Description of Work: Called Mr Cook on advise of tile/flooring company under the impression he is a general contractor for advise only. He is a "know it all" kinda guy who says he's a GC. I found him wrong on several areas of his inspection. Never intended to retain him, but he put a sign on our lawn!
