They have a plan where you can pay so much a year and it doesn't cost so much a year. Brad is really nice and likes to do things for people. Everything he's done for me has been a good job.

It was a Saturday afternoon and I panicked when I found my hot water heater making noises and draining water all over my garage and down my driveway. I called Quality Complete at 3 p.m. and at 5 p.m. they had arrived and replaced the old unit. I was amazed at the quick response and the professional attitudes -- not to mention the calming demeanor that assured me my panic was not necessary!

I have never had any problem with their service. Always courteous and good to deal with.

they were suppose to put in new elements, but put in the wrong ones. when I asked them to come back over, they didn't want to..

They were excellent, responsive and I do recommend them. They offered me alternative solutions which worked and that saved me a lot of money.

We called Quality Complete after calling other companies in the area. The initial fee to come out was $79 to check everything out on our washing machine. We spent an additional $94 upon their second visit when they came back to install the new pump that was ordered. The $94 included the cost of a new pump plus labor, which was less than an hour. Both visits combined ended up being cheaper than the other companies that we called for estimates and they probably did more work. We were concerned because our washing machine isn’t very old. We thought we purchased a good machine. He assured us that we did in fact have a good washing machine. There was just something that got stuck in the filter of the pump that caused the pump to collect more debris and eventually stop working. So, he recommended that we replace the pump. We were really impressed with them. They went above and beyond on the initial service call. He cleaned out the damaged pump and got it working so we could use it until the part came in. He was very concerned that we would be without our washing machine for a week until the part came in. The part came in as scheduled, and they were here on time, when they said they would be here, to install the new pump. Once the new pump was installed, he made sure everything was running properly before he left. Their cost estimate was right on target with what the final bill was. They knew exactly what the problem was. They have the knowledge and experience to get the job done right and they were really helpful.

I have a 5-1/2 year old Amana refrigerator that quit working while we were out of town...what a mess! The first service company I called said the compressor had failed, with a replacement cost of $500. Quality Complete suggested an upgrade relay kit to assist the compressor in starting. Greg clearly knows refrigerators, and certainly worked in our best interest. A very pleasant experience, dealing with both the office and the technician.

They do a lot of local maintenance. They have a reasonable price. They are always available to service it. Everything about them is fine, including professionalism.
