Mr [Member Name Removed], I am sorry to see that you were not happy with our work last year. I wish you would have contacted us so that we would have been able to correct whatever problem you had with the work. We do guarantee our work and we give our customers a full 2 weeks call us back to give them ample time to see their windows in different lighting. I do have to wonder why, after an entire year, you have decided to give us a negative review...especially since you used us before and you were happy with the work. I gladly would have sent someone out to fix the problem, or better yet, we could have addressed it during the walk-thru. I am also wondering if you could be more specific in regards to "I was not happy with their work". What weren't you happy with? I see you gave us low grades on everything, a year later. Looking at my records, it does appear that the crew did run a little behind on an earlier house and called you to inform you they would be late. They did contact you later than they should have. We don't run late often, but when we do, it is our policy to notify the homeowner as soon as we realize we would not make it in time, and in this case, would have been about 45 mins prior to the appointment. I did send you an email apologizing for that and gave you a discount for the inconvenience. We never received a single call regarding any problems with the work, just that you were upset we were running late. You gave us a low score on price as well. You were not satisfied with the price, but it was the same exact price you paid the year before, so I am a little confused by that. You also received a Veteran Discount as well as a discount for us running late. From one Veteran to another, I really would have appreciated the opportunity to fix any issues that you had with the work, however, I was not given the opportunity to address this until now, a year later. Here is your survey from the previous year. As you can see, you were extremely pleased with our work. Your crew in 2015 actually had a Manager on site so I really would have liked to know if there were problems because he could have addressed them immediately during the walk-thru. Why hire a company that guarantees their work if you are not going to let us know when there is a problem so we can fix it and continue to do business together instead of going onto a forum a year later to give us a negative report in hopes of negatively impacting a local business? Mr [Member Name Removed], I'm sure you have seen all of our reviews here, on the Internet, and in the HSR book...I rarely get callbacks, but when we do, we come out and we make it right. This is why our customers stay with us year after year...they know we will take are of them. I wish you would have given us that opportunity.
