All work done to specifications given me. (The owner’s son prepared the bid). The installers arrived exactly on the day and time promised. They were friendly and answered any questions I had. As the picture below shows, they did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased. Ed Miller

Everything went as planned. The crew arrived on time, all work was done as we were told and they cleaned up and completed the job as we were told. The crew and Ken Knox were all very professional. If we had questions, we were able to get hold of Ken for answers. His office staff was also very helpful and professional. Good experience in all.

We contacted Knox because they were recommended by several friends who had used their services and were very satisfied. When Knox worked at our house, they did everything as contracted, were very professional and friendly and the work is great. As a matter of fact, about a month after our garage screens were installed, I damaged one, called Knox, the owner himself was here the next day and repaired what I had done-at no charge. When I asked him what the cost was, he said that it was a simple fix, and that if we had confidence to use Knox, the least he could do is a little repair like this. He was so nice about it. We actually wouldn't even contact anyone else but Knox to do the kind of work they do. They are great to deal with.

The estimate allowed us to go with an established contractor in the area who has done a lot of jobs in our development. Owner worked with us to get the job done since we were on a tight schedule. Crew was good - showed up on time, friendly and cleaned up after the installation.

Went exactly as stated

They were very good and professional. They showed up on time, gave me a wonderful detailed written estimate. Everything on it made sense to me. It was a reasonable estimate. He did not leave anything out and was complete. They gave me the impression they would do the job properly. Also the guy that did the window film highly recommend them. He said he saw their work in Sun City Center and they all loved the worked that they do.

Workers showed up early. Courteous, friendly, answered our questions with great knowledge. Cleaned up house and yard thoroughly.

Requested a quote in April. They weren' the cheapest price, but they had a decent review here. I called to schedule and was told it would be about 3-4 weeks out. I was a little disappointed on the wait, but I knew this was also a good sign of a thriving business. I gave them the approval, and received a contract in the mail. Was then told I woudl get a call the day before the job. I didn't like that as I wanted to be home for the work, and needed to give my employer at least a week's notice for a planned day off. They seemed surpised when I told them this on the phone and stated I didn't need to be there. However, I insisted and managed to get a week's advance notice. Two workers arrived around 7:30am and after a walkthough with me, began working immediately. They were professional and notified me each time they went for a break. The job was done by 1:00 and they cleaned up well. I was impressed with the materials used, quality and installation of the work performed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for similar services. The final price was the quoted price, however, payment by credit card is an extra 2.29%. On my total, this wasn't a big deal and worth getting the card reward points. Beware on larger amounts as this could be significant.
