Chris returned my call within 20 minutes. I had a prior hvac guy come out 2 weeks prior and did not fix the AC. It would go on and turn off after 5 minutes. He cleaned out the line and the blower unit more fully than the prior where the former only cleared out the pipe. Chris also recommended adding White Vinegar to the line every week to avoid algae build up. Good guy. I definitely recommend!!

Griffith Cooling And Heating has been servicing this house since 2016. Also, I have 2 more properties that were served by your company. Up until the hurricane happened, I was satisfied with all of your work. After I got power in my house, I discovered that a mini split was not blowing the cold air where my 83-year-old mother was staying. The room was very muggy and hot. Some type of object ran into the unit and damaged the coil in the outside unit, so all freon licked out from the outside unit. I called your company and I got Dorothy. She set up a technician to come out. A technician came to my house the next day and told me I needed some type of coil and there was no ETA that could be obtained by your company. After a while, your phones started working in your office but there was no Internet yet, I was told by Whitney. So, almost 3 weeks after the hurricane, we still did not have air in that part of the house. I called your company again and Whitney told me it's a discontinued item and she has no idea when it can be found or found at all at this point. Then I asked for a new outside unit to buy, but I never got a definite answer from Whitney on the new unit to install. She was talking very fast and nervously constantly, interpreting my every word, and telling me the phones were ringing off the hook and she is very busy, and I had a hard time understanding what she was talking about. I just asked her to speak a little slower so I could understand her with a little joke (I can not think that fast, LOL ) I think Whitney did not take my remark that well. She hangs up the phone. It left me in the dark. Next day, I called another air conditioning company, and the technician came the same day. Within one hour of work, he welded the pipe that had a leak, it was ugly but it was fixed. I was so upset that the company I used for all my 3 houses' services and repairs, in addition to all the referrals to my friends. The next day, I called your office and Whitney answered the phone. I just asked her why your technician could not weld the pipe 2 weeks ago as the other technician did. She told me that your company does not do repairs, only change parts for safety reasons. I was not rude or upsetting her of any kind, but for some reason, she was not nice at all and told me she could not help me at this point and hung up the phone. ( The reason for my last call was that I was going to ask if you guys could get me a new outside unit). A few days later Dorothy called me to tell me that I should take my business somewhere else. Matt, I don't have to work with your company. There are many others, but you should know what happens when we all really depend on your service at the time when we need you the most.
Description of Work: 2 weeks after Hurricane Ian. This place was totally lost at the point when we need them the most. At least not to show their miserable attitude when customers at the other end of the phone does not deserve their rudeness.
