K&L most certainly deserves every 5 star rating it receives. I would give them a 10 if I could. Kevin & Kevin were the absolute best I have seen in Florida. Their attention to even the smallest detail was something to behold. They made sure there was little or no disruption to our home while doing the French door installation. I was thoroughly impressed with the plastic wall they created in the home in order to keep construction dust from entering the living area. Watching Kevin/Kevin do their work was as if I was watching a custom builder doing this job. No detail was left out. All measurements were precise. All framing was exact to the nth degree. All doors and trim fit like a glove. All caulking/painting was done to perfection. All door hardware matched the current hardware. This job was done to perfection. They would check and recheck everything before moving on to the next stage of the project. As I said, Kevin and Kevin were perfectionists. They take great pride in their work and want to make sure the customer is extremely satisfied with their work. Before I forget, I need to mention that they came to the job site each day at the time they said they would. That is a rarity in Florida. I would hire K&L again in a heartbeat. We had two doors replaced. One door was a bi-fold pantry door that we had replaced with a regular interior door, and another door we replaced with a sliding barn door. K & L construction did an outstanding job on both doors. The quality of work, attention to detail, and overall customer service was excellent. I will definitely use this company again in the future, and would highly recommend them for anyone considering this type of work.

We had an exterior door installed where a window currently sat. Kevin and his crew were awesome. They came in and got down to business. They were very professional and the quality of their work is top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend.

I am honestly putting all 5 stars for Kevin because of the quality of work performed and he is very easy to work with. I did not know Kevin prior to contacting Home Advisor. I feel blessed that an awesome contractor contacted me via Home Advisor. Kevin replaced a entry door from garage to interior of the house that was desperately needed for replacement. He also fixed drywall on a couple of the interior walls of the house. Very professionally done and Kevin cleans up after himself. Kevin is a true professional and performs awesome quality work! I am saving his phone number for possible future projects. I recommend K and L construction services for any home projects!

Pocket door was installed perfectly by K & L Construction and the job was completed in the time Kevin specified when he did the cost estimate. He and his coworker were both courteous and professional, and they were very particular about covering floors and furniture to protect them from construction debris. Most important, the pocket door they installed works well and looks as if it has always been there. Of all the contractors we have used in the 2 years we have owned this condo (kitchen cabinets replaced, bedroom carpets installed, windows replaced and bathrooms upgraded), K & L was by far the best.

I am so happy i found K&L !! I had someone else come in to install 3 interior doors and it was a disaster! Nothing was done and what did get done was wrong. I called K&L on a Friday having a deadline of Monday night to have these doors installed and he was here the following Monday morning. His work was prompt and very timely. My doors look great I couldn t be happier with the professionalism.
