Damaged exterior trim/moulding with ladder. He filled it in with some filler. He pointed it out to me and promised up and down that they would get someone to replace the moulding in a couple days. I believed him and paid him full amount since I already had check written and prepared, even though he said I could withhold $500. Now it has been 2 weeks, left 2 messages, no reply. All I wanted to tell him was that he did not need to replace it. I think if filler was sanded down and painted to trim color it would be fine. I do not take kindly to my phone messages being ignored after a major project. Just suppose it was a problem with the gutter itself? After they get paid, you can forget he will help you if there are any issues that come up. Two days after I posted the review Todd called me and scheduled to fix the problem because he had seen the poor rating I left. I wasn't sure if he called because he saw my review or if he was getting back to me from my original call. He said he had been busy and hadn't had the time to call me. He advised me they would get the problem fixed so he hired someone to come and they fixed problem. The gutters look good and they work well.

Todd Rupp, owner of the company, drove quite a distance to my home and accessed my situation. It was determined that the work I needed done was out of the scope of his companies work. He was very helpful, directed me in the right direction, and offered suggestion to solve my problem. He had a wonderful attitude and I would have had him do the job if he could have. Thank you Todd!! Awesome service experience from start to finish. I can not believe the nightmare I had with getting basic quotes from companies, or just a call back. I must have contacted 12 different companies and only receives 3 calls back within 72 hours of the 3 companies 2 were able to provide quotes for service in under 24 hours. Ambrosio's Exterior Solutions Inc was no hassle quick installation, removed old gutters, installed new ones with house color matching down spots, quick and fast and hauled away the old gutters. They even worked around my extremely tight schedule, they also refused payment until the job was complete and I was happy.

Excellent service. Incredible honesty and integrity. Todd ( the owner) answered my call right away. Most of the other companies take days to return a call. After a roofer destroyed all of my 7" gutters and downspouts, i needed to replace them. Todd asked why I needed 7" and i told him the other companies told me I did. The other gutters I had used before were 7". He said he doubted that I needed gutters that big but he would come and take a look. Before he came, i researched the difference and Todd was correct. My house did not require 7" gutters! He came that afternoon and said we did not need 7" and that most likely I had been taken advantage of due to my ignorance. 7" gutters are twice as much money.! Because I live on a very expensive street, people try to take advantage of me because they assume I am "rich". Todd spent a great deal of time going over my needs, answering my numerous questions and trying to save me as much money as possible . He actually talked me out of some gutters in places that i had them before and said they were probably unnecessary. He told me to observe during rain and he could always come back if need be. His crew (two young incredibly polite, hardworking guys) were extremely efficient, nice and did a fabulous job. I called a few days later to say that a gutter guard had come loose. He sent the guy the next day and he apologized and fixed it. It is so refreshing to meet an honest contractor who is responsive, punctual and competent. Integrity is so rare and so appreciated. The other two companies I called for estimates (A-1 and Ark) were double the price. The Ark guy was annoyed with my questions and did not seem to care if i gave him my business . The A-1 guy wanted $1000.00 to haul away my gutters. Todd did it for free! Don't even think of using anyone else.

We wanted 5" gutters and they don't install that size - we're having trouble finding anyone who does. But Todd was great, very personable, professional, and he spent a lot of time with us showing us materials and sharing information. Super nice guy and he sincerely wanted us to be happy and get exactly what we wanted on our house. We did get an estimate from him and if we can't find anyone to install the 5" gutter we want, we'll definitely call Ambrosio's for the job.

I submitted a request for quote on Angie's List. A week later they replied to call them to schedule an estimate. I called 3 times. I left a voice mail message the first time, which was the day after I got their message. The last time I called, their voice mail box was full. They never called back I sent them a message on Angie's List to forget contacting me, that they obviously did't need my business and I don't want to hire someone who is so slow about responding. I told them that they should do a much better job about contacting prospective customers promptly. Even if they are swamped with too much business, they should at least call to say that much. Very discourteous!

It took a little bit of time to have the work completed partially because of the rainy weather. It was worth the wait, The gutters a large, heavy duty and match my house exactly. The workers showed up on time and worked efficiently and cleaned up properly after the job was done. I'm very pleased with the final outcome. I will be having them back to add gutters to the front of the house later this summer.

This is an outstanding company. The business owner responded promptly to give me an estimate. The price was very fair, he explained the options available, and we agreed on a scope of work. He also had all insurance docs (General Liability/Auto Liability and Worker's Comp emailed to me the same day as the quote was given. After accepting his quote, I called a few days later to change the scope of work. He quickly updated the price to accommodate the requested changes. He had previously explained that he had several jobs lined up ahead of me and that he would need a couple of weeks to start my project. Before the promise date, he contacted me to tell me that some of the copper fittings were not in stock at his supplier and he would need a couple more days to start the work. True to his word, his crew showed up exactly as promised and immediately got to work. The two young men on this crew were hardworking, very respectful of people and property, and paid attention to details. They reviewed the entire scope of work with me before beginning, worked very safely and displayed real craftsmanship. Before leaving, they asked me to inspect and approve their work and then carefully cleaned up all the work areas before leaving. I can usually find something to criticize on home improvement work but this was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.

I made a mistake last year when I redid my landscaping - I applied brand new mulch (replacing rock) without having gutters installed. I saw the much and my money wash away in the Florida rain not long after. This year, I learned my lesson. I would fix up my landscape and apply the necessary weed barrier, then apply new mulch. The difference this year? Having gutters installed! I found the 50ft of gutters/downspouts for $300 Big Deal on this site, and looked at the reviews for Ambrosio's. I also compared this deal to others from different gutter services, but was really sold on the reviews for Ambrosios. I purchased the deal, then filled out the form for when I can be contacted. Two short days later, I had an appointment to receive an estimate from Todd. First, when Todd called to follow up on my appointment request, you can sense he is a good, genuine guy. That started the process off on the right foot! When he came out for the estimate, I was impressed by his knowledge and passion. He even told me something to the effect of 'you will be excited and really happy when you see them installed.' I blew that off a bit, thinking "who can get excited about gutters?" To get to the point, he provided his professional advice on the install, based off our discussions. If I was iffy on something, he'd explain the pros and cons, then went with whatever I decided. He doesn't try to oversell anything just to get more money out of you - like I said, a good and genuine guy. On a section in the back, I had an 8ft section of old 4in gutters that he recommended I remove. I wavered at first, but figured it best since I'm doing everything else, and because the 4in gutters really get overwhelmed by the amount of rain during the wet season. We were able to find a color in the palette that matched my house painting scheme. The estimate was for 1250, minus the 300 I paid for the Big Deal, so it came out to 950 for the balance. Everything is written on an official estimate, and there is a 5yr warranty on the workmanship (if I recall correctly). Todd stated they are about 2-3 weeks out for installation, and that he would call as soon as they had an opening. I waited just under 2 wks (I believe) before receiving a call, asking if he could come out the next day. We agreed, and the next day I had new gutters by the time I arrived home from work. While I didn't believe him earlier, he was right - I was impressed with how great the gutters look. I never thought I'd be impressed with gutters, but they are some darn good looking gutters! I noticed a two minor variations from what we discussed. He told me not to worry and that it would be taken care of the following day. I arrive home from work today, and sure enough, everything was perfect. No longer will I watch my mulch wash away from my flower beds! Please, do yourself a favor and go with Ambrosio's Exterior Solutions. They do a fantastic job, and you are giving money to people who take pride in their work and really want to make the customer satisfied. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

From the initial phone conversation to the completion of the job, Todd and his crew were excellent. Price was good, they made sure I understood what they were doing. They cleaned up so good after they were done, the only way I knew they had been here is that I have beautiful new gutters. I would highly recommend. Judi Waterman

Todd and his team were great!! He returned calls promptly and performed the installation of gutters and downspouts right on time and they did a great job with the cleanup. He was very curtious and professional. I would definately recommend this company.

I made four calls for estimates on this gutter job. Two independent contractors and two big box stores. Todd from Ambrosio's and the big orange store called the next day. Big orange gave me an estimate of $2830 without any leaf guard. And $5346 with a stamped aluminum leaf guard. Ambrosio's quote was $1020 without leaf guard. And $1460 with a mesh screen guard. Big orange did have an impressive warranty, but I chose Ambrosio's for the job. A few days later they were here to do the work. The workers were very professional and friendly. They completed the job in about four hours. We had heavy rain showers the next morning and the gutters worked as advertised. My front porch is no longer under water, and I can walk out my side door without getting a shower. I am having a second garage built soon and I plan on having Ambrosio's back to do the gutters on that as well.

I think they were more responsive the first time they came out. The service was good, but I had some issues with the scheduling.

Work was delayed from initial contact but I was not in a hurry so that didn't matter. Two workmen showed up, discussed the scope of work with me, made several good suggestions, set to work and were done within an hour. No mess, no fuss and work was more than satisfactory.

Installer was professional and on time. He completed the job within the time given. The price was far less then competitors. I would recommend their services and will use them again.

Scott the owner came out and provided the estimate. He was knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. John and George who came out and did the work were a pleasure to deal with. Great communication and quality of workmanship. Highly recommended.

Todd was fantastic--he did the initial estimate, and communicated well on the phone with me. Very courteous and knowledgeable. The crew was on time, worked quickly, and respected my property. Everything was left nearly perfectly clean, and no damage to my freshly painted fascia. My only complaint is they did not haul away the old gutters--I had pulled them down a week earlier to paint, and the plan was they would take them when they hung the new ones. It was not a big problem. I left the gutters by the street and someone (probably a scrap dealer) took them the next morning. Overall a great experience, and I'm going to use them again when we replace the rear gutters. Go with these guys, and you won't regret it, especially if you get the big deal pricing.

They came out to measure and give the quote within a week. It took about 6 weeks to mutually agree upon a time to install the gutters. Maybe this is the busy time of the year. I must have called 6 times until I was finally able to get an appointment. They seemed unable to commit to a time for me and kept on saying "maybe tuesday or wednesday." I think they are involved in commercial projects as well and that keeps them busy. The company sent out two younger guys who did a fantastic job. They were very knowledgable and helpful in determining where the downspouts should go. The gutter looks attractive and sturdy. They were able to accommodate the unusual downspouts that I requested as well. They cleaned up the mess entirely and worked until the job was done. Afterwords, the installer walked around the house with me to ensure that I was entirely happy with the work. I appreciated his desire that I get exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with the work, the quality of the materials (very attractive trim-looking gutter), installation, and definitely the price! I was able to do my entire house at about 60% the cost that my next door neighbor with an identical house did it (his gutters from Home depot don't even look as good!). I have recommended this company to friend who also struggled to get a hold of them. I do suggest that the company work to be more clear and organized in appointments if possible. However, their materials, workmanship , and price are unrivaled. I would use them again.

What made me decide to go and get a quote from them was that they were from Angie's List. I saw different reviews and he was rather close. He will probably do the work in June.

We bought the $249 for 50ft of gutters coupon from Angie's List and suggested several possible installation dates in the Angie's list message to the contractor. After hearing nothing from the contractor for a couple of weeks, I called them to arrange a meeting. After my phone call, Ambrosio did come out within a couple of days. They were very apologetic about the delay in contacting me. We agreed on the details of the installation and Ambrosio estimated the overage to the coupon (my job was more than 50ft), They only charged me $5/ft for the extra work which was a good deal. Then we discussed installation dates and they did explain that they had a 2-3 week backlog of work but that it would be closer to 2 weeks because this was a small job. I explained that in 2 weeks, we were going to Hawaii for 2 weeks. Ambrosio told me that they could do the job even if we were gone, they would simply bill me for the amount over the coupon. We returned from Hawaii, no gutters had been installed (now it's been 4 weeks since the estimate visit). I finally heard from Ambrosio approx. 3 weeks after we returned from Hawaii (almost 2 months from the estimate visit). They installed the gutters the next day. The gutter installation was perfect, a very neat job. The technician was very polite and professional. I was very happy with Ambrosio's work product. The only thing I downgraded them for was responsiveness and punctuality which Ambrosio was not very good at..

Todd and team were at my house as scheduled to review needs and provide initial estimate. I had several items I specifically wanted to point out and discuss. They were professional and thorough in reviewing all of the needs with me. Afterwards, there were a few mix ups with providing the estimate via email (may have been bad email), but ultimately talked through the job and quote and agreed to use them. They had a backlog of work, but as promised called me to setup an appointment 3 weeks from the time we talked. The job was done well and no surprises. Todd even cleaned out my pool gutters for me while he was working on the roof. It has not rained yet since the gutters were put on, but all looks good and he noted that if that the work was warranted and just to call him if there were any problems. I would use them again.

The owner Todd first came out assessed the job, let me choose the color and gave me a date for service. When they came out to do the gutters however, the machine that feeds the metal through broke and they had to leave before they even really got started. The young man George was very apologetic and professional explaining the problem, and promising to be back the following Monday. True to his word he showed on time, put the gutters up, and no problems. They look perfect, I am very impressed with them, and would recommend them to anyone looking for gutters.
