I have learned that this pest is extremely difficult to eliminate. The only sure way is to trap & that is a very expensive service. They were not successful in eliminating the moles in spite repeated treatments. I wouldn't call anyone in the future to get rid of moles, but rather let nature take its course & let them exhaust the area for their food source, mole crickets. I would call them for other pests since they were willing to spend a great deal of time & effort before throwing in the towel. I have used them with other pests in the past succefully.

The price was a little less than double what I paid for another provider and that was just for the one time. If they had to come back it would have been more money. The estimate was really quick but the actual work would have been within a couple of days and the other provider just came and did it all in one time. He was very professional.

Description of Work: I had a wasp issue and Alley Cat came out on a Saturday to help solve the issue. Lisa, the owner, was extremely responsive and immediately got a technician out. Once the initial issue was resolved, they also put me in touch with a licensed contractor (RSC Construction) who dropped what he was doing to come out and place exclusion screens to prevent any issues in the future. Alley Cat was very helpful to me when I first took back over my townhouse from my previous tenants as it had been trashed. They were able to provide extermination services that solved a variety of issues to include a significant German cockroach issue along with silverfish. I have used several pest control companies in the past with less than optimal results. To be honest, I have never worked with a company so professional and with such a solid work ethic. They are exceptional!

They came in and did a complete inspection, looking for trouble spots and explained all of their services completely. The owner, Lisa, was very responsive on the pre-visit, answering all of my questions and was very complete. Justin, the technician was excellent! He was very thorough and had alot of attention to detail in looking over the townhouse and inspecting for trouble spots. Once he did the pest control initial service, bugs gone!! I have signed up for their bi-monthly service and will certainly use them again.
Description of Work: They provided pest control for my rental townhouse which had an obvious issue of roaches and ants due to previous tenants.
