A Quality Plant

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the beautiful Palm Tree and Service with the installation. Nate was extremely pleasant with his thorough knowledge and direction for the care of our new Palm Tree! This crew did an excellent job in placement and clean-up of planting this beautiful tree. I would recommend A QUALITY PLANTS the "go to" for all your Nursery Needs.

A quality came to our house and planted these palm tress which the pony tail died just over 1 month and they said they will replace it. It took them a month to replace it as they gave us excuses why they could not come out but finally did about a month later. Now almost 2 months later one of the Christmas palms started to die as it had 3 legs and 2 of them just fell off and we told them and they said the same thing they will replace it. another month went by and we called plus text the person who put them in and the owner which either one responded back! Finally we went to the nursery and one of the workers called the person who put them in and his reply was he was in Orlando doing a job and wont be back till the next day so we left and went across the street and parked. Minutes later the truck pulled in and there was the guys who were suppose to be in Orlando all day so they lied to us!! We went and spoke to another person and the guy who planted the trees for us and he said he will be at our house the next day so we picked out a replacement tree but the wanted to charge us extra for the same tree he said we could have as a replacement so we picked out a smaller tree. The next morning we called them up and again no response so I call from my phone which they do not know my # and they answered. The gut said he did not know who I was and he did not know anything about the replacement tree! We took picture of the tree before and we sent it to his phone the other day and when they finally got there after many excuses the person who put the trees in before was real rude and did not want to speak to us. But he did say the tree is dead and it must be our dirt was bad well I have a green back yard with many plants and trees growing nicely!! After all this we still have 2 more palm trees that are ok and growing for now hope they stay that way because I am sure there will be another excuse why they died. I would not send even my worse enemy to this a quality plants company for the life of me and If you are going to buy any of there tress or what ever they are selling well "GOOD LUCK" !!!!

Went online shopping for palm trees. Selected two from this website; got a confirmation email; replied to it asking from where they were to be shipped and arrival date and method of payment since the order form did not ask for it; heard nothing back; googled them again and called. Some incompetent guy answered the phone, mumbled something about not being able to control the online ordering service; said he's a wholesaler and that they'd have to be picked up. Why doesn't the website say this and stop wasting potential customer's time? This organization is unbelievably incompetent.
