Monica from Total Shredding contacted me the morning of the appointment. She had cancellations that morning and asked if they could come earlier. I said yes and we schedule to new time. They were on time and I showed them the documents to be shredded. They got started immediately and were finished very quickly. They had a camera on the side of the truck so I could watch the shredding until it was completed. Another great plus for this company is they will come to residence to shred where many of the larger companies will only come to commercial locations. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to individuals or businesses who need shredding.

I had booked their service through Angie's List. They responded promptly and we scheduled an appointment. They showed up on time, shredded the documents (about 10 boxes) and let me watch via a close circuit camera the actual shredding of the sensitive documents. It only took a few minutes. I am very impressed with their promptness, neatness, price and service times and dates available. I have plans to use them again in the near future.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, THE TRUCK IS VERY NICE, STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT. I LIKED THAT THEY SHRED ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS RIGHT ON SITE. SOME COMPANIES TAKE THE DOCUMENTS WITH THEM AND DO IT OFF SITE. THIS COMPANY IS GREAT.

This was our first experience with a document shredding service but it was so easy and quick. The service was very professional and we highly recommend them. We moved into a new house and after 4 months we still had these bags piled up needing to be disposed of. No one wanted to deal with them....then this Angie's List Special Deal came along, it was like an answer to a prayer.

Very satisfied with the service. The Total Shredding truck showed up at the appointed time and proceeded to shred the files. We actually had obtained some competing pricing for the job and Ms. Monica came in at approximately half of this budget. We think they're leaving money on the table :) Wonderful service - highly recommended!

All went well! They showed up on time. You could watch via camera on the side of the truck your paperwork being shredded. The owner operators were very pleasant and punctual. All went smooth. Highly Recommend!

Easy to schedule online and was actually a few minutes early to our appointment time. Shredded close to 100 lbs of confidential paperwork within 15 minutes in my driveway. The vehicle is outfitted with a camera above the hopper so that you have a bird's eye view of your document's destruction. Quick and easy! I have recommended them to friends and co-workers!

The prices were very competitive and I would definitely call them again for shredding services. She was also willing to take books and school supplies and donate them to the appropriate resources which was a huge help.

They called the day before to advise me of the time window for arrival. They called again the day of the appointment and told me exactly when they would be here. Monica showed up with the shredding truck and one helper, they took all the boxes of papers from the garage and shredded them while I watched. They even had a TV so I could see into the bin and see the shredded paper. Extremely friendly and helpful, the service exceeded expectations.

Total Shredding came out to my home yesterday and shredded close to 200 pounds of personal documents. The owner, Monica Lewis, was there with the truck and her assitant. I picked this service because she shredded the documents right here at my home which made me feel secure. What I also liked about this company is that they will recycle the paper at a local faciltiy. Monica was professional and early for the appointment! This service saved me a lot of time in front of my small shredder at home. They were GREAT!

We arranged a time to meet their truck, they worked quickly, you don't even have to remove staples, but no plastic bags! All was completed in about 15 minutes. I paid, received a receipt, and went home. Quick and easy. Will do it again.
