It was a rough summer, and now that the kids are back in school it was time for a full, deep clean of the carpets, tile, and upholstery throughout my home. Danny's crew arrived on time and were extremely thorough and professional. Stains on the carpet in my kids' bedrooms and their playroom were NASTY -- and I really didn't think much could be done. Now, they look nearly new. The same can be said about the playroom couch. Both were treated with a fabric protector, which the technician explained will help protect against future messes. Tile in my bathrooms and kitchen now SPARKLE; I had no idea that grout could get that dirty. Overall, I could not be more pleased -- and I will make this a semi-annual event. It is so much easier than having to clean it myself -- and the results are so much better when done by a professional. Definitely consider calling to schedule something before the holiday season starts (or after it ends!).

Danny and his crew were great. I called them in a panic -- Christine, who took my call, was very calming and reassuring. She even walked me through the process of finding the main water valve and shutting it off. Danny (the owner) was at my house with his crew within an hour of me calling (it may have even been quicker). I really appreciated that Danny introduced me to the guys who were going to be doing the clean up. The guys were very careful as they were working -- making sure that all of my personal items/furniture was safe and secure -- and they were thorough; taking all kinds of pictures and technical readings which really helped me with my insurance company. Christine followed up the next day to make sure I was ok and she called again later in the week to see when it would be OK for the guys to come back to check on progress with "drying" the place out. We scheduled appointments -- and Service Master crew members were always right on time. I was very happy with the remodelling work that was done -- it looks great and you can't tell there was any water damage at all. I plan on scheduling additional appointments with Service Master -- I want my carpets cleaned before Thanksgiving!

Very efficient operation. Workmen extremely nice, prompt, professional. Owner responsive to phone calls, queries and concerns. Owner came out at our request to check odor before carpet installed.
