Canceled appointment for quote and proposal the morning of appointment for personal emergency and never got back to reschedule.

After measuring the area to be worked on, the person told me that the quote would take about three days. It's been a week and no word from them. Unprofessional customer service.

Once we scheduled a date it was completed in two days. Ryan, our project supervisor, blocked off the entrance to our driveway after completion so the cement could set for a couple of days. We are very pleased with our driveway. Thank you J Campbell Decorative Concrete Resurfacing Inc.!

It could not have gone any better. I was extremely satisfied with the owners and their workers. They are hard working and very responsive. The job was a very difficult one and it was completed on time and very well done.

First of all Mike and Kelly are very fine people. They stand behind there product and workmanship completely. We initially had some difficulty with the patio as the product Mike used was new to him and did not turn out as advertised. (He no longer uses this product) After many attempts to correct the inferior concrete product, Mike inspected the finished job and judged it as unacceptable. He then removed the original product he installed and completely re-did the entire project at no additional cost to us. This type of responsible business practice is rare to find in this day and age. Mike and Kelly both made it a point to be sure we were happy with our patio at great extra expense to themselves.

It was a 5 day process. Went very well. They did a great job. All my neighbors love my driveway.

Mike, Kelley and their team were professional, friendly and courteous throughout the project. They answered our questions fully and promptly. The pool deck and patio look 100 times better now!!

They did a great job- they showed up on time, Mike made some great suggestions regarding style and color, and made adjustments when needed (initially, it was too light and he added more stain to darken up the appearance and add contrast). The deck now looks like a very expensive flagstone surface, and the overall appearance of our patio/pool area is greatly improved- we are getting a great deal of enjoyment out of it. They did the job in April, and I waited until now (Jan) to write this as I wanted to see how well it held up- and it's still looking great. I'd recommend J. Campbell to anyone who is thinking about re-doing a pool deck at a fair price (we interviewed 5 different companies and felt most comfortable with J. Campbell). The only reason I didn't give them a perfect score was the workers were a bit messy- we picking up cigarette butts from the backyard afterwards and they poked a hole in a screen- but that was very minor stuff and is long gone, and the work was first rate- that's what really counts and we're very happy with the end result.

They did a phenomenal job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them and I'd be happy to use them again.

I thought it went well until about a month after completion, a crack developed in the new concrete portion of the driveway.

If they had just followed up with touch up it would have been fine.

Hard to get a hold of,very busy company. Work was excellent and workers were very nice and hard workers. Would recommend to others and I would use them again.

Went well especially with unpredictable weather, however they adapted and made it happen. I'm happy with the finish and would recommend them. Thanks!

Highly Recommend J Campbell Decorative Concrete Resurfacing, Inc, We had them pour a 27x20 patio and then stamp our old patio and new. It looks amazing!!! Mike is supper customer focused. I loved his communication and he took my wife’s vision and made it reality. The crew worked fast and was friendly.

Intitially the response was very good. Someone came out right away and discussed the work with me. He said he would write it up and get back to me with the estimate. I never heard from him again. I tried calling several times after the initial visit and did not receive a return call.

Very satisfied with the results. An amazing transformation of an old and broken concrete driveway. The travertine pavers around the pool greatly enhance the the outdoor living area.

They never responded to my messages left about doing the work. Tried several times but machine was full not excepting messages.

I would like to preface this review with a 5* assessment of Mike. He was great..... got the job done, and was always available, that is, until the final check cleared. His workers were ok, with the exception of the piles of beer bottles on the side of our house....... Aside from a few areas that needed to be fixed, he was always willing to help. Once the final check cleared, that's another story. One week after job was completed I realized they had run over a sprinkler and that the brick walkway he put in was falling apart. After more than a month someone finally came out but only knew about the sprinkler to be fixed. He didn't even fix that correctly. The worker put in a different type of sprinkler head and said he knew nothing about bricks that were to be fixed.. Now we have a section of our front walk that is falling apart and he will no longer respond to texts, answer phone, or respond to voicemails. There are also weeds growing out of half the walkway two weeks after put down. This should not be occurring if proper sand was laid . I hate to leave a negative review, and feel I have given him more than enough chances to make things right. Word to the wise, do not expect service after final payment. Its a sad reality with this company.

Mike and his crew were punctual and professional every step of the way. They came and worked for a total of 5 days. Everyone of his workers were polite and courteous and could communicate effectively. They worked efficiently and knew what they were doing. Before the job was started Mike provided a detailed estimate describing every phase of the job. He required 1/3 down to start, 1/3 part way through, and 1/3 at the end. It took me almost a month to get my HOA to approve the job, and I told Mike it would. He had no problem and was familiar with the process. All his licenses checked out, too. When they went to remove the waterfall, he found it had a concrete center, and it took additional time and tools to remove. He told me this and that there would be no additional charge! He said this is his problem, not mine, it would be handled, and it was. One of his fine workers, Darryl, found a drainage problem which he easily remedied, too. Mike is a craftsman and strives for perfection. He noticed that the diamond pattern we requested for the driveway would not look proper on the rectangular walkway and described a rectangular outline design to which we agreed. It came out beautifully. Mike's company has been in business many years and it shows by the way he conducts business, from start to finish. You will be very happy if you hire J Campbell Decorative Concrete, Inc.

It was a very challenging project because of the proximity to the ocean and dealing with sea spray and heavy winds. We are very pleased with the final project!
