Description of Work: Our A/C was not cooling. Even though I called after hours, Bart walked me through some quick checks on the phone to assess the problem and schedule an appointment the next evening to come out and fix the issue. (The next day appointment was because the unit was frozen at the time I called.) Bart was on time, personable and resolved the issue for us. We would definitely call him again for any A/C service or repairs.

Description of Work: Our A/C stopped working so we placed a call in to Bart on a Sunday. Over the phone, Bart diagnosed the issue and walked us through the fix. A few minutes later the A/C was up and running again. Bart could have easily made money off of a service call but he's a good, fair businessman. We will definitely call him the next time.

Extremely honest gentleman.
Description of Work: Bart called us back within 10 minutes after we left a message on a hot July night. He was at our house as promised the next morning and fixed the A/C within an hour. Repair was reasonable. I insisted on purchasing a maintenance plan - he didn't even try to sell one.

Description of Work: I purchased a"big deal" on here for $49. for AC system check. Our issue was house was too cold and we suspected faulty thermostats. Tech arrived and had no interest in thermostats and instead proceeded to check gas in our 2 systems. He immediately said both were low and we probably needed new systems ! They were only 5 years old and house was too cold. He then used a wand to try and find leaks but was unsuccessful and then said he would put gas in each for $500 rather than regular price of $700 and add "leak stop" to one unit. I watched closely and neither system was very low on gas and only took very short time to add a little gas. He left telling me we needed a new coil for one air handler ...only $1100 more. Before he departed I asked again about thermostats and he replied I should get someone else to check or get new ones at home depot and install myself.

As always, we strive for perfection. Apparently between myself and my technician, there was some miscommunication involved. Unfortunately right now he's in the Marine Reserve and out in California for 2 weeks doing his yearly training and I am unable to speak with him about this issue. But that doesn't matter. This is my company, and I will make this right. Per our conversation, I will stop by free of charge and reassess the issue. Also, I will provide two new thermostats at no cost and will find a way to earn your trust. All my customers are valuable to me, every one of them.
