Everything went very well. I would not hesitate to retain the services of Holmes Cooling and Heating whenever the need might arise. I recommend this company to anyone who wants excellent service at a reasonable price. Now I feel confident that I'm not going to get ripped off. He's willing to work with his customers on reasonable cost and pricing terms/options. I believe I have found a lifetime A/C service provider.

Bart did everything in a few hours. So far everything is running great!

He is knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. I didn't see that the inspection was only for one unit. He mentioned that on arrival. However he did the other one for free while he is already here. The readings seems to on par. He is good at sharing the information and gave me all the things that need to watch out as part of regular maintenance.

Bart is first class. I've been dealing with air conditioning companies for decades, and he is the only one who did not try to sell me a maintenance contract. Instead, he said my equipment was in fine condition and I did not need a maintenance contract. He also showed me a few simple steps that I can do myself to keep my equipment running without problems. Bart is an honest expert. What more can anyone want in an air-conditioning service company? When it comes time to replace my unit, I will certainly call on Bart to do the job.

Haven't had an inspection or tune up to my A/C system in many years. Bart Holmes came to my residence on date / time agreed and went over entire system in detail, taking his time with me. Explained various options on how to keep my older system running and was truly an educator on the entire system. Did not try to sell me a new system, but did explain the costs and options involved if / when the time comes. Showed my how to use my wet / dry vac to clean out the drain line. I feel his price was fair and honest. Will be using him in the near future to have him clean by coils in the air handler system.

Mr Holmes was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked all of the AC components and cleaned out the drain line.

Our vents are not metal, our vents our tube so they can't go in to the vents themselves. They checked them out and then they cleaned the vents that are on the ceiling to make sure they were all clean. They were on time. They explained everything. They checked and replaced the filters and all that. They were just professional. The work turned out well.

Excellent and thorough job. Bark explained all the positives and negatives of the system of the ac system. He is very knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again for future ac/heating problems.

Bart immediately diagnosed the problem as a leak in the coil and was able to pinpoint the problem and fix it in a timely, cost effective and highly professional manner. It required an air blower to clean it out which meant more time but it didn't cost any more. I felt like he wasn't in a big hurry and took the time required to do it right. In addition to the service, I got good advice on how to extend the life of my AC. He did not make the appointment time due to an issue with a prior service call but he called promptly to let me know. I would definitely recommend Holmes.

I called Bart Holmes because our house that we recently moved into had air conditioning which froze us in the lounge while we roasted in the bedroom - Mr Holmes called us right back after receiving our call and attended the house within a few hours, he did a very thorough inspection of the existing A/C and told us that we needed to update the duct system which was not sufficient for the A/C unit we had, he also advised that we should install vents between rooms to prevent back pressure when closing doors. Bart then told us how to do this work ourselves in order to save money, giving us very good advice. We had a firm quote the next day for both the duct work and the additional venting if we wanted him to do it. He did all the work at a great price and very promptly. Our A/C is now fantastic, every room is cooling at the same rate which has cut down how often we have to have the air on AND the whole system is now so much quieter it's unbelievable. All in all he did a fantastic job.
