Grandview did an excellent job of remodeling our kitchen. We had visited two other kitchen remodelers before stopping by Grandview. At the first remodeler, the staff never helped us even though we looked around the showroom for 15 minutes. At the second, the staff was very helpful and generated a quick ballpark estimate of what our remodel would cost, but it turned out to be too pricey relative to the value of our home. When we walked into the Grandview showroom, we were immediately greeted by Joel, who talked to us about our needs and wants for the project. He started creating a plan which met our desires and was within our budget. He and his sister Susana (it is a family business) then visited our home to take measurements and look at what exactly we currently had and came up with additional suggestions for the project. Grandview then sent their electrician/plumber James (yes, he’s licensed in both trades) to review placement of lighting, electrical devices, outlets and switches and answer any questions we had. He was very helpful and based on his experience made suggestions on some lighting options we were unsure about. After a few more visits to the showroom to iron out details and select colors and components we signed the contract. The entire project was handled professionally from initial concepts and estimates to final plans and renderings through removal of old cabinets, counters, etc. and installation of new cabinets, counters, backsplashes, lighting, plumbing and reinstallation of our recently purchased appliances. Joel and Susana were always available to us during the entire project to answer questions, and they immediately took care of the few issues that arose. They were always professional and pleasure to talk with. The few glitches in the process (two cabinets that arrived damaged, incorrect drawer fronts supplied by the manufacturer and a shelf unit that fell off the delivery truck lift gate) were taken care of as quickly as the supply chain allowed (this is a time of major supply chain disruptions) and of course without cost to us. None of these issues were Grandview’s fault. Their installers, Randy and Steve, were absolutely superb and quickly took care of the few minor installation issues that popped up to our complete satisfaction. I later found out that Grandview had also remodeled my cousin’s kitchen, and she was also as impressed by their professionalism and quality of work as my wife and I were.

I cannot state enough how happy we are with Susana and Grandview Kitchens. They helped us put together a kitchen in a very small space and somehow made it look large. Susan was on top of the design and coordinating all the workers and it was done without a glitch. Of course, we knew we would have to wait for cabinets due to our times, but that was not anything that could be avoided. I would not hesitate to hire Grandview Kitchens again. Anyone who is looking to re-do their kitchen should definitely contact this company. 20 out of a scale of 10!!

Grandview is an appropriately named store if you need a new kitchen. My new kitchen is now Grand and the View is gorgeous! From the time we walked into Grandview with only questions and curiosity, Susana and her team gave us VIP treatment. From the design phase all the way through completion, I never had a concern or worry about timing, materials, installation, subcontractors or any other detail associated with the project. Ours was not just a simple cabinet replacement job. We needed a complete overhaul! Susana walked us through the entire design process with skill and expertise. The job included having mirrors removed (a lot of them!) a wall removed, soffit removed, ceiling replaced, complete cabinet removal and installation, island installation, granite countertop installation floor tiles, new backsplash and more. We needed Susana's expert GC and his plumber, tile expert, counter installation company and electrician. Each step of the way was extraordinarily smooth. We were consulted on every detail. The team worked swiftly and with the care and precision you could only dream of for people working in your home. Best of all, the project came in ON BUDGET and was completed AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! I cannot say enough good things about Grandview Kitchens! If you're even considering a kitchen project of any size or scale, call Susana. You will not regret it! Recently completed my kitchen, flooring and bathroom renovation. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Susana and the entire Grandview team are a pleasure to work with. Excellent! I was pleased from beginning to end. The cabinet installers, electricians, plumbers, fabricators were all very qualified and easy to work with. Susanna addressed any issues that came up immediately. She too was a delight to work with. I would highly recommend this family business.

Everything went perfect with the minor exception of one of the kitchen cabinets panel came the wrong color from the factory, it was a couple shades off. However, Suzanna made sure they sent us a new one and also made sure that all other trades and/or deliveries were there early to buy back that time and compensate for minor delay till the right panel arrived. Suzanna was involved all the way to the end of the project and I'm extremely happy with her professionalism and dedication to put a smile on my face! definitely will use Grandview Kitchens again!

Went very well the design was to die for and the installers are top shelf craftsman they even did my two bathrooms over while they were here and did interior alterations ahead of time so I could put in a very large kitchen I priced the design and specs with other kitchen places and thought Home Depot would beat them on price but this company was the same price and offered so much more minus all the issues and regulations and low service of a Home Depot

I had a kitchen renovated in another house so I know no job is without some issues but this job had just a few. Suzana, the owner of Granview kitchens, along with her mother Maria, were a pleasure to work with. It takes a lot of patience and they had that from beginning to end. We loved the idea that we did not have to hire our own carpenter and electrician which is what we had to do the last time around. Randy, their carpenter, is fabulous and the kitchen was left spotless every day that he worked. The plumber and electrician were very good too. We did have a few issues which were corrected. The one blip we ran into was the quartz countertop came in looking nothing like we thought it would be from the small sample we chose from so make sure you check the slab, whether it is granite or quartz, before it is cut . Grandview replaced the slab with no additional cost. The installation of the quartz tops were installed beautifully as was the backsplash. The finished kitchen is beautiful and we are very pleased with the results.

We were very very pleased with the end result of the project and the owner, Susana was very pleasant & very helpful. She kept appointments on time, she always return my calls & emails promptly, she always keeps the work moving as per schedule, the pricing was very reasonable

We were very pleased with our new kitchen. The the cabinets are top quality and the work was performed well and on time. Grandview is a well run company.

All contractors sent in were very good, however the project manager at Grandview was less than what I expected. I was the one making the calls to most of the contractors to schedule their next visit. In addition, there wasn't sufficient communication with the counter installation company so the counter that arrived was too small and had to be redone.

Good morning? my name is Frank, a proud customer/client of an amazing company I discovered, namely Grandview Kitchens. In the event you may be considering having your kitchen redesigned and/or restructured, kindly allow me to take the time to share my experience with you, as it has been a most fruitful and exciting endeavor. This past week of November 22-25, 2015 marks the finalization of having our kitchen restructured and redesigned by Grandview Kitchens, Inc., located at 10477 Southern Blvd., Royal Palm Beach Florida. My residence is located in West Palm Beach FL. The entire job executed from inception to completion was beyond exceptional to say the least. The entire process included full demolition of the existing kitchen (cabinets, counter tops, disconnecting and reconnecting plumbing and entirely re-fabricating with highest quality wood cabinetry, amazingly beautiful quartz counter tops, and redesigning and installing additional cabinets where desired and requested. For starters, six weeks prior to kitchen reconstruction, as we entered Grandview?s showroom for the first time, we were greeted by Susana Fernandes, Grandview?s CEO, Sales Person and Representative, who was quite accommodating when discussing the protocol of how Grandview Kitchens operated regarding the demolition and installation of a newly designed kitchen, not to mention her knowledge of the high quality materials, and the extensive choices and styles invested in and utilized by Grandview. Throughout not only the initial interview, but also throughout the entire kitchen re-construction process we received top priority regarding each and every stage of development. ?We Were Informed!? Susanna, always proved to be fully reachable and knowledgeable with the entire process, accommodating us with answers to questions, process and progress expectations, time contingencies, and payment schedules. We always knew what was happening as each stage ended and the next stage of progress was beginning. The artistry and craftsmanship executed by all technicians went above and beyond my expectations. Randy, the carpenter was brilliant and virtuously worked almost from sunrise to sunset until his sector of the job was masterfully completed. Randy was meticulous in every detail. He was on time, punctual, and kept us abreast of his schedule maneuverings. The kitchen was gutted, and all new cabinets were installed within 3 days with only one additional half day for minor tuning. He also met our requests and design recommendations. Additionally, he made his own recommendations as per his field of expertise. By the way, our kitchen is quite large measuring approx. 12? x 18? with 12? ceilings. The gentleman providing the counter top delivery and installation?? Amazing!!! The gentleman responsible for installing the back splash?? Seamless!!! Another exquisite job painstakingly accomplished. Alex the plumber??? well, one couldn?t meet and nicer, more knowledgeable guy, who did an exceptional job. I made sure I got his business card before he left. Honestly, the only time I felt a legitimate concern was when Grandview required a 2/3rd deposit up front of the entire cost to initiate the job. We were informed that this payment was for the purchase order and delivery of the cabinets. Although, it has never been a part of my business ethics, or to do business in such a manner as to pay so much up front; due to my enthusiasm as well as my positive impression of the company, people and it?s representatives, I decided to bite the bullet, override my own initial conscience and take a chance? Oh, and not to mention that the 3 other companies I interviewed prior to Grandview, required substantially more up front; one of which requested ?full payment? up front. Oh my goodness? what?s with that??? Long story short, Grandview proved in every respect to be honest, trustworthy and a pleasure with which to work. As time moved on I developed full confidence, trust and peace of mind towards the people I was dealing with. (Oopse, ? with which I was dealing.), sorry! (never use a preposition to end a sentence ?with? !!!) Grandview informed us that the entire job would take approximately 3 weeks. The job commenced on time and was finished in less than 2 ½ weeks. Anyway, on a side note, Prior to contracting with Grandview Kitchens, we reviewed 3 other well-known companies in the industry that all maintained sound reputations however after meeting with several representatives of these companies, we decided to continue our search based upon several variables. First was cost, second was the time factor of beginning and finalizing the job, thirdly was the cost of payment up front to initiate the job at hand, and interestingly enough, while interviewing the people of these other companies, they somehow reflected a disinterest one way or another whether or not they contracted the job with us. Not Good! Grandview always accommodated us and always made us feel welcomed. BRAVO, Grandview. I couldn?t be happier.

After leaving the sales center/showroom and being greeted so wonderfully by Maria, my wife and I decided this would be our "One-Stop" shop... We are in the process of remodeling our entire Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room, Dining Room, Media Room and Foyer along with two bathrooms, as they were recently damaged by a major flood in our house. Both my wife and I were excited to meet with Susana on the scheduled and confirmed date of July 24th at 8am... Well Friday, July 24th came and we anxiously awaited Susana, 8:15 am, 8:30 am, 8:45 am and finally at 9: 00 am we decided we needed to head to our respective jobs as we've obviously been stood up by Susana... After arriving at my office, I decided I would call Grandview myself to find out if by chance there was a scheduling misunderstanding, I placed my call at around 9:45 am. To my surprise, Susana picked up the phone and when I identified myself to her she stated: "Oh yeah, you were my 8am appointment that I didn't make, well "Something" happened this morning and I didn't make it, so "IF" you want, I can reschedule you for another day... I've been in Management for over 15 years and have on very few occasions been faced with such a blatant disregard and lack of respect for other peoples time... Never did she apologize or even attempt to call either myself or my wife.. Well isn't it "Something" that you just lost the opportunity to land a job that is worth in excess of $60,000.00. What a shame because both of us really liked the material we selected and most important enjoyed the warm service we received initially from Maria... I guess it goes without saying, that I will never use or recommend this establishment to anyone.

The overall process went well and the installation was smooth.

Kirk was a joy to work with. He listened to our requirements and incorporated our ideas into the kitchen layout. He was very flexible in incorporating pieces from another supplier and because of that, we ended up with a custom kitchen at stock pricing! Everyone who sees our kitchen makes comments about how nice it?looks and we are thrilled with its practical layout. I would highly recommend that anyone shopping at any of the large chain building supply stores also give Grandview an opportunity to quote on your project. We did and we saved a significant amount of money. We are very pleased with the results.

Grandview was recommended by our contractor. Designer Kirk came to our house and played a major part in the redesign. He knew exactly what cabinets would fit into the space involved. He and his partner Maria helped us select gorgeous complementary marble and tile backsplash. The marble fit perfectly and our storage capacity was greatly increased. The price is not quoted because this was part of a major renovation, and payment was made via our general contractor.
