Oscar, at DELCO came to the home promptly in order to measure the rooms. I asked for an estimate for labor and materials. Oscar told us that we had to go to the Daltile Showroom in West Palm Beach to pick out the type of tile that we wanted. We did that the next day and emailed that the salesperson at the showroom had all the necessary info. We were hoping to get the job done in a short period of time, since we had to return to NJ to finish packing and move. But that is where it all started to go wrong. Do not expect to get phone calls. You are better off texting or emailing with the owner. When we finally got the estimate for the labor we were already back in NJ. Then I had to ask for the cost of the materials, which took another week. Finally I asked for him to reconsider his labor costs, which were very high and he came down $400 and subtracted $120 for me to remove the old carpet and tack strips, but he was still at $2000 just for the labor and the materials were at $900. The pricing on the materials were good. Finally we ended up at Price Flooring, where we paid more for the tile but the labor for the same job was $1235, with the total price coming in at $2600 and scheduled in 3 days which was to our satisfaction. Another reason we ended going with Price Flooring was the fact that they were a store front which would be in business for some time and would back up their guarantee.

Two foe the price of one!!!!Delco Construction did a fantastic remodeling job in my house, from a boring looking almond kitchen to a open gourmet space completely different one, they replace the Corion counter tops for a level one granite counter tops that match the new glass backsplash and even the door knobs match perfectly, the new double bowl kitchen sink and faucet are a poem just to look at and the extra cabinet space that he created was very useful to display my nice glassware. The bathrooms with new vanities and sink bowls look like the ones you see in the decoration magazines.Oscar, the owner had a great idea using all the space in the laundry room by installing a custom metal rod to hang clothes, the closets are amazing with all the shelves, drawers and items that I wanted, it was like hiring an Interior Decorator and a General Contractor for the price of one. His crew were polite, respectful, clean and always on time, they even finish the job before schedule, I will recommend them any day.

A water pipe broke and we had water damage. Delco presented a detailed proposal on how to perform the remodeling work with suggestions such as "replace all suspect pipes". Delco performed the work exactly as they proposed. The workers were very neat and professional always trying to please. I was highly satisfied and would recommend them to others.
