I wanted to thank Zach and Joe for helping me out in this situation. I was afraid I was going to lose my alarm system due to having a landline. That was a copper landline that is no longer going to be able to be used. I needed to go digital. I want to thank them for all of their help and understanding in my situation. I highly recommend Alpha alarm system to anybody looking for a qualified company, and they are very helpful prompt when they come out for their services .

I appreciated the honest approach. The technician could have sold me an entirely new DVR when that was not the issue. He replaced a minor component instead and saved me a lot of money in the process. Very professional. They will definitely get my business in the future. I highly recommend them.
