A couple of my screens got ripped as a result of Hurrican Sandy and needed replacing. I called this company to get an estimate and thought the job might be too small to attract interest. Jorge Martinez was very prompt to return my calls, very punctual when asked to give an estimate, and very professional when doing the actual work. The work was done perfectly and when the time comes to rescreen 100%, I will be calling Jorge again.

I called about 4 screen companies to give me an estimate for rescreening our porch and a few other items I had on my list. Well two of them wouldn't come out, saying that the job wasn't worth it to them. One of the two who came out didn't write down all the information he needed. He ended up called me back for me to take measurements. I don't think so. That gave me the impression that if he goofed on the job, he would prob blame me for the mistake. Then Jorge came out from Acreage Aluminum, he was great! So professional! He got his ladder out, went on the roof, looked at everything that was on my list. When he came out to do the work, he did it all in half a day. He cleaned up the mess they made. I was really impressed with the whole experience.

I saw Acreage Aluminum (Jorge Martinez) highly recommended here, so I gave him a call. Jorge was very prompt to return my calls, very punctual, and very professional. he came and gave me an estimate with a couple of days and came back to complete the work about a week later. Jorge replaced 2 large panels on the top of my patio that were damaged from TS Isaac. Jorge is very friendly and great to work with. The work appears to be excellent. He didn't try to upsell anything - and my patio could probably stand to have 50% of the screens to be replaced - they are getting worn, but I can't afford that - he only replaced the major damage I asked for. He even did the work in far less than perfect weather (Hurricane Sandy was really making it windy and difficult to work on a ladder). I would highly recommend him.

Extremely satisfied. George responded to phone calls and came out immediately to offer an estimate. Price was extremely affordable. Work was completed in 2 days in the sweltering Florida summer sun. George and his coworker were courteous, approachable and informative. George even came out several weeks later (one day after calling) to replace another screen section that was damaged by a storm. He went to our house to see the screens, called me with an estimate, and we agreed upon a date to do the work. He also emailed me with the cost.

From the beginning Jorge came thru with a solid and timely quote. it took me a few months to get back to him as we were finishing up other work in the house. Jorge picked up where he left off and came thru to install patio area in one day by 5:00 pm everything looked great and have been enjoying patio area ever since.

Jorge from Acreage Aluminum was great to work with. He communicated promptly and CLEARLY. He came out the next day, provided a detail quote and diagram of my pool screen, pricing out each panel that I directed him to work on. He also gave me a general overview of my structure condition. it was an honest assessment, he was not rooting for extra work. I also asked him if his crew could clean the gutter area abutting the screen, he gave me a good price and we agreed to that too. That was huge for me cause I hate getting on the roof.Scheduling the work was tricky because of the South Florida weather but Jorge communicated at just the right level of detail and frequency and the job got done with great results. They swept my pool area and cleaned up nicely; other than new screen panels, you couldnt tell anyone was there.This was a small job and I always worry that the contractor will not put forth the appropriate effort---not so with these guys, they worked it like it was a $2,500 job, giving maximum attention to me.I will definitely call them the next time I need screen repair.

In the end Jorge was still under budget and made recommendations for future repair/upgrades as our screening enclosure was built during the Hurricane code upgrades and could use additional supports/braces and upgraded tie downs. Overall an excellent service provider. He's been in the business over 20 years and runs it like a family business.

Jorge was very prompt, polite, and professional. His estimate was fair and I am very happy with his service and would recommend him and use him again.

I called Jorge based on the reviews from Angie's List and had two other companies that I had planned to call as well. Jorge came out immediately, quoted me a price far below what I had anticipated, was professional and could do the job quickly. What more could you ask for? I didn't even bother to call the other two companies. I asked Jorge if my enclosure needed to be replaced and he said that although he does that as well, I did not need it at this time. He did recommend putting new hardware on both of the screen doors. My patio is fairly large and I do have hurricane shutters so they had to work around the flashing next to the roof, the gutters, as well as the shutters. I am extremely satisfied and now will call Jorge when I need screens repaired and/or work done on the enclosure itself. I have already recommended him to one of the neighbors and will continue to do so. Thank you Angie's list for once again finding me a great service professional.

They did exactly what we wanted and they did it quickly and professionally. It actually did not pass inspection the first time because we got some rain and they were very prompt with coming back and fixing whatever issues we need. A great company, great to deal with and great product.

Jorge was very responsive to my request for a quote to do the work and equally prompt and quick to perform the work. All work was completed as promised and to my satisfaction and they did a great job of cleanup when work was finished. I would highly recommend Jorge/Acreage Aluminum, the prices are fair and the quality of work is good. I will definitely use them in the future. In fact I have already requested a quote for additional work.
