From start to finish this job was done w/ the greatest amount of efficiency, professionalism, & integrity. The owner came out same day I contacted him & provided a very fair quote, then revised it promptly as we added a few changes. Within 2 wks time our job was completed. The screen enclosure makes up the fourth wall of a covered second story balcony. The old enclosure was thirty years old, the finish was starting to flake, and one of the pickets was missing. I originally inquired whether the enclosure was repairable, but after Jorge inspected the enclosure and pointed out the corrosion, demonstrating how the posts were no longer secured to the floor due to the corrosion, and that the streaking in the screening material was due to the fiberglass breaking down, I decided to replace the enclosure. After a few days, I was emailed the necessary drawings for submission to my community's HOA. At the same time, I was working with another company to install an accordion hurricane shutter over the front door. After they told me that I could keep a screen door, I asked Jorge to replace the screen door and within a few hours, was emailed a new contract and drawings. The screen door is completely custom, as the original one had pickets along its lower half that I wanted in the new one. Due to the accordion hurricane shutter over the front door, I wanted the top half of the screen door to be removable so that I could easily operate the shutters from inside my home. The new screen door is fabulous and with one minor exception (the screen in the top half is slightly recessed instead of being flush with the screen in the bottom half), the new door looks like the old one. The screen door took longer than the enclosure since Jorge had never done anything like that before, but I was very pleased with the outcome and he never once told me that it couldn't be done. The installation of both went very smoothly; the installer kept everything tidy during the installation and cleaned up afterward. Everyone that I spoke with was courteous and professional and my calls were returned within 24 hours.

Excellent experience with this contractor. High quality workmanship & engineering; smooth installation & permitting process. We interviewed several contractors before selecting Acreage. From the start the owner, Jorge, showed that he cares about delivering a quality product and he proved that right through to the end of our project. They showed up when promised, the crew was pleasant to deal with, they kept a clean work area and they finished on the schedule promised despite some weather related challenges.

The owner, George, came out at the scheduled time to give us an estimate of the work we requested to be done. George was fair with his price and made a suggestion reference how to make the new framed-in screening, on our back patio, look even better. The installation was also done at the scheduled time and the finished product looks great. George was very courteous during my dealings with him and I highly recommend Acreage Aluminum for any screening job.

Pete did a GREAT job. He was on time, cleaned up and removed all old and bad parts. This company will be my GO TO for Screen repairs. I WOULD Recommend them to ANY one who needs screen repair.

We obtained estimates from a hand full of screen/aluminum companies to install a custom made screen enclosure with an insulated roof. Acreage Aluminum was one of the companies we selected from Angie?s list. Acreage Aluminum owner, Jorge was reliable, professional and very knowledgeable when he came out to measure for the first initial estimate and also thereafter. All the other estimates we received had prices that varied from one extreme to another. Jorge?s estimate was very reasonable and affordable for us. We were also interested in some upgrades which he quickly obtained the prices for and again was reasonable and affordable for us to do. After Jorge had obtained the permit he and his engineer came out to take the final measurements. When they told us they would be there, they were. We never had to worry about them not showing up. Jorge and his crew were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. It took two (2) full days to complete the enclosure and the third day was scheduled for a couple of hours to complete the final touch ups. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Acreage Aluminum to anyone. We wish there were more contractors out there like Jorge. He is a good honest guy that takes pride in his work and services his company provides.

Great company and a company that I would recommend and use again. Prompt reply for estimate and came in exactly on the estimate. Realistic scheduling about date work would be done. Did not do or try to suggest more work than was necessary. Work was well done and very neatly and quickly. Could not be more pleased.

They were very nice and did the work promised initially. Then they provided an estimate to fix another screen panel and replace gutters. We had a question about the price, we emailed him. We did not hear from him for a few weeks. We emailed him again and told him to go ahead with the work according to his estimate. Again, we did not hear back for a week or two. We finally received a one sentence email from him: Sorry, We are unable to honor this gutter and downspout estimate.

I was VERY happy with Acreage Aluminum. I had called over a dozen contractors who either didn't answer, didn't call back or didn't show up. Jorge was on time every time. The work was done promptly despite some weather issues, and I am delighted with the results. I called him back to add a dog door, and he was again prompt and reasonable. Thank you!

His installer came on a Monday and worked all day dismantling the front entrance enclosure and doing some of the rescreening on back patio. He returned the next morning at 8 am to put in the entire front entrance enclosure and then to finish up the back. I had a small bathroom screen that needed to be rescreened and he did that for me too! He was very polite and worked diligently until everything was finished perfectly. I was extremely pleased with their work!

Jorge provided an excellent job from start to finish using only top quality materials at a reasonable price. We are very pleased with the outcome and would provide only the highest recommendation.

They also brought to our attention an area that needed roof repair. The area had started to wood rot and they were Honest in making us aware of the problem instead of covering it up. They helped save us future major repairs.

You have to get a permit from the building department, you have to comply with the permit and you have to do it in a static manner and skillfully and he did that all for a very reasonable price 'cause I shopped around. He did a great job on that. I called him back and told him that the cat ripped a hole in one of the screens in the front porch and I need to have him replace that and look at the screen in the lanai and tell me what I need to do and so I had him replace more screens. He did an excellent work. He was on time. He's skillful. The pricing was very competitive. It's good value.
