+ -1 moreHe was prompt, professional, and presented his information & LICENSE before he gave me the bid and a detailed explanation of what he would do and why. This repair was done with EXCELLENT workmanship. (Even matching the wood flooring).
Description of Work: Replaced damaged wood flooring by patio slider door. Installed a gutter with down spout to correct the rain water runoff problem. Adjusted rollers and cleaned the track so the sliders now work right.

+ -1 moreTerry was prompt, polite, & professional. Provided me his business card and LICENSE NUMBER before he began the estimate. He took the time to explain why I had this problem, then gave me his recommendations to fix it RIGHT once and for all!
Description of Work: Replaced water damaged wood floor by patio slider window. Installed a gutter and down spout to divert water run off from collecting around patio slider. Adjusted the roolers on the slider, cleaned and lubricated the track. This is working PERFECT now!

+ 2 moreGreat! Everything we needed fixed Terry was able to do. From restructuring our shower entrance to installing designer screen doors at our front entrance, Terry was up to the challenge. He would arrive at the designated start time and wouldn't leave until the job was finished. It is wonderful to have found an honest carpenter who charges fair prices! I would always hire him and recommend him to anyone who needs work performed.
