This was the third time we needed some AC repair in 4 years. Weirich came recommended from a family member and did not disappoint. On the first 2 visits they were prompt, professional, honest, and ended up not charging us at all, or charging less than we thought. This time it was time for a full AC replacement (ugh). they did offer us cheaper options to fixt our 12 year old unit, but we opted for replacement. I call them on a Thursday and got the answering service as they were not open yet. let me information and was told they would open at 8:30. at 8:30 i received a call form them telling me that Ricky would be out between 10 and 12 that day. At 11:00 Ricky showed up and gave us the bad news. After opting for a replacement, he started the process. the next day (Friday) Stan showed up ad (15 with the unit (just over 24 hours from the initial call) BY 2PM we were cooling again. HE would have been done sooner, but he had to stop for a Florida down pour. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. they are full of integrity, honesty, technical know-how and generally care about their customers. Give them a call. you will see for yourself

They were on time and professional. The city inspector was impressed with their work. Passed inspection with no issues. Pricing was in the proper range for the equipment chosen.
Description of Work: We had a new heat pump and air exchanger installed.
