Purchasing a new home and needed to get a survey done, I called on Wednesday and he was available at the end of the week and submitted promptly to our title company. He responded very quickly to my messages and would highly recommend for further surveying.

I called John Walker at 6:30 PM on Oct. 15, He went out to my house in W.Melbourne from Rockledge the very next morning and did the survey. He just called me at 7:00 PM AZ time and told me he was emailing me the survey and would send me a bill in a few days. I guessed at the charge because I was in such a hurry I forgot to ask him. I will update as soon as I receive the bill. I called another surveyer just before I called John Walker and of course because I called late they were closed but they did not have a machine to take a message and return my call which is typical in today's business world and the reason we need Angie's List. I noticed that John was still answering his phone at 6:30 PM and on the job early the next morning. I wish all business people were one half as great as John Walker. I was really stressed when I called him and he took care of business better than anyone I have seen lately and the stress level is a big 0 today. This guy is good. Call him, you will not regret it.

I called late in the afternoon (after 5P) on Tuesday, July 2. John Walker answered the phone and offered to come out the following day to do the survey. The survey was done on July 3rd. We received 4 certified copies of the survey within a week. What amazed me was the detail shown on the survey. We have several small brick pads around the house including a short small path leading to our neighbor's house. Our fence line straddles our neighbor's lot line and the survey shows exactly where the fence is on our side and on theirs. Finally, before I wrote this review, I called and left a message for the surveyor to confirm the dates of service for me so the review would be correct. Again, I called late and here it is after 6pm and he just returned my call!

He came and did the survey. I did not really meet him but he was very responsive and seemed to do a good job. I was happy with the work.
