+ -1 moreCarl was the 1st to call out of 10 Angies list contacts and 1 of only 4 that responded. Since this was a long distance transaction (I live in CT) I was apprehensive. He undoubtedly has a great deal of experience dealing with snow birds for their various home repairs. I was completely comfortable working with him over the phone. He knows what he is doing and he knows how to conduct business. Before and after pictures, copies of materials receipts and a time log accompanied his emailed invoice. In the end he charged a reasonable price for a job that most others wouldn't even call back on. - definitely worth a bonus!!!
Description of Work: .Recently my house sustained exterior wall damage allowing water intrusion. Carl reinforced and patched the hole using appropriate materials.

+ -1 moreCarl came when he said he would. He was very professional. He changed out two toilets, and repaired our patio roof. We will definitely be using him again!! It only took him about 4 hours or so to do everything.
