Greg is Fantastic!!!! He's extremely responsive and very congenial. His cost for services is 15% less than the competition. I was also very impressed with the more modern pool cleaning equipment than what my previous pool cleaner utilized. I hope he steals the market in this area. I've recommended him to of my neighbors. I would hire him again....10 times over.

The pool has never looked so clean. Very professional and friendly and goes above and beyond to make it right. Even contacted us a day before the hurricane to come add chemicals before the hurricane hit. Very pleased!

He called on Sunday and said he had so many calls, that he would come by today and see what he could do. He came by and completely cleared out the pool and made sure the chemicals in the pool were correct. His price was reasonable and he did not take advantage of the situation. Now that's service!

This is a great company. Always very responsive. A huge positive to me is that the owner always answers the phone or calls you right back the same day! The service was always great. After struggling with our pool for about a year we finally decided to call a professional. We called three companies one never called back. The other stated it would take two weeks to get to me and call me when they had a opening and we never heard back. Then when I called Rubber Duckee's he came out to our house the same week and cleaned the pool the same day. I recommend this company to everyone I know that has a pool.

The gentleman came to our home and was here 45mins to an hour. He was extremely thorough. We are new to pool ownership. He was very patient and explained everything very clearly. He took his time doing his job as well as making sure we understood what he did and his recommendations. I HIGHLY recommend this gentleman and his company. We will be using them in the future. Pool companies are a dime a dozen around here. This company provides good quality service and sometimes that's pretty hard to find.

Gregory was prompt in responding to my telephone call. He set a date and time to come out and look at the pool to give us a price on the cost of his service for the short amount of time we would be away. He kept the pool looking great and answered several questions related to our our continuing the upkeep of the pool, by ourselves, even though it would not get him more business from us. However, he was the first person we thought of when we wanted someone to watch our pool when we go away this year. Just finished a telephone call to Gregory and he will be maintaining our pool this coming summer when we go away. Wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

He was very timely, very professional and topnotch. I found them on the Angie's List. He brings all the supplies, all the chemicals and he did all the measuring and balancing of that stuff. I was really happy with what I've seen so far. He's very comparable and very competitive.

We have been with them for 6 years. They were just quick, when our pool area resprayed, they gave us a free pool cleaning and they did a nice job.

I contacted Rubber Duckee's to inquire if they worked on free standing hot tubs, as I inherited on with the purchase of my new home. Rubber Duckee contacted me back within the hour. Unfortunately they do not work on free standing hot tubs, but recommened a company that does. I was very impressed with the speed in which they responded to my question and also with taking the extra step to recommend another company.

They come every week to clean my pool, and they do a great job.

Details listed above. He provided pool service to maintain our pool while we were out of town. He also offered to fix our pool sweep which he was unable to do. We found out that the people who refinished our pool did something to the place where it was supposed to attach to the pool and they told us that it was better to used the skimmer. We were told by Greg that it didn't give us enough pressure to maintain the pool sweep working properly. We thanked him for telling us what was causing the problem.

I called Greg at Rubber Duckie after seeing his reviews on Angies List, because my previous pool company let my pool go green multiple times, and I like to swim and am fairly particular about the pool. Greg has been very professional and has done a great job, and the price is very competitive, I would highly recommend. The pool hasn't gone green since.

After living in the area for 5 years and not being satisfied with ANY of the pool cleaning companies(4) we found Rubber Duckee's on Angieslist. Prior to Rubber Duckee's taking over, our pool was growing algae and constantly a problem. The pool service at the time blamed it on everything from our pool pump not being big enough to our solar system. We called Gregory, who responded immediately, and our pool has been clean and clear ever since. Gregory's price is very reasonable and he comes every week, rain or shine, xmas eve or new years's eve!!!

Greg was very nice and helpful. He first came out and washed out my old filter really well. He gave me tips for better maintaining my entire pool system. He answered all my questions and then made some recommendations. He came back out and replaced my old filter (at a better price than I would have gotten elsewhere), the air line and a couple of O-rings. I told him I could not put him on contract for pool service because I didn't have the money and he did not push me on it at all. Just gave me some good advice for maintaining it on my own. He is a very nice, helpful, man and I will contact him again in the future should I need pool maintenance.

Rubber Duckee is great! I have been using their service since November last year for my pool and for the properties I manage. (I am a Realtor.) The owner, Greg Galbreath, handles my pools personally. I know that not all pool services companies are created equal. Greg is very attentive to both the chemicals needed and also the filter. Our filter sometimes requires more attention with three large dogs that use our pool often and he is certain to keep it in check. Most important, he once identified a malfunctioning pool pump at one of my managed properties and recommended a pump specialist to check it out. Even though the repair was a few hundred to the other company, it could have escalated into a much more costly repair if it wasn't identified by Greg so quickly. I consider this above and beyond service which I why I entrust him with my property management accounts. Finally, he does green-outs! Not something the majority need to worry about but if you are in my line of business, we see these all too often with foreclosures. He does them affordably and effectively. I highly recommend Rubber Duckee to anyone with a pool.

I started pool service with Rubber Duckee in May 2013 when my husband, who normally cleans the pool, became ill and was unable to keep it up. Greg, the owner, has been very responsive and does an excellent work. He came to look at and do an initial cleaning within an hour of my first inquiry. He also followed up a few days later due to amount of algae that had built up in the pool and has been continuing weekly (about 3 weeks now). Although my pool is not screened in and I have many trees & shrubs around my yard, the pool now looks great. I cannot be more pleased & wish I had started this service long ago. Incidentally, I did call two other services prior to Rubber Duckee - one never showed up, the other cancelled after agreeing to start. I can only say I'm happy with the way it turned out.

It is an ongoing service and I could not be more pleased with the level of service and professionalism!

We have used Rubber Duckee going on 4 years. Craig bought the business in 2012. He is doing a great job. He spends the time to do the job right. Our pool is always crystal clear.
