Extremely pleased! From the beginning Eric Brooks and Ryan Ashcraft were personable, thorough, and consistent! They worked closely with the insurance company and stayed the distance until everything was worked out to everyone's satisfaction. Ours was a difficult two-story roof that needed a lot of repair. Nonetheless, the work was done quickly and professionally and the roof looks wonderful.

I had a good experience with RenewPro. They came out, inspected my roof that I thought was a simple repair and suggested I contact my insurance company because it was in need of replacement. I did, the insurance company agreed. I had never filed a homeowners insurance claim before but RenewPro helped me through the process, even though my insurance company switched hands twice during that process. They were transparent about everything they did and why the did it. My only gripe is for the soffit and fascia repair and replacement they had contracted another company they work with but they came out while the other company was here to check on things, which I appreciated. Thank you Larry for helping me through the process.

I called early afternoon on Thursday, June 7th. The woman to whom I spoke promised someone would call back within 2 hours. That proves to be true when Buddy called. He wasn't sure he could get out that day but promised to call Friday. Late in the afternoon I got a call from his partner, Joe Dan, asking if it was okay to come out. He did and spent about a half-hour inspecting the area of the leak both inside and out. After looking and prodding extensively at the shingles he determined that there is no apparent damage and that we should continue to monitor the situation and call if anything else shows up. That is perfectly satisfactory advice, as we have seen no more leaking despite receiving a lot of rain in the last couple of weeks, including some days of 2 inches or more. There was no charge for Joe Dan's time. I appreciate the prompt and friendly service and will certainly call RenewPro first when I inevitably need a new roof, or if this one starts acting up again.

Renew Pro was ESSENTIAL in getting my insurance company to adequately compensate me for damage done by Hurricane Irma. I would never have gotten all of the money due me if it weren't for Renew Pro. I did have to go through several reps at Renew Pro before the job was completed. One was at my request because I didn't feel comfortable with the person assigned, others were due to company turnover. Each rep was more determined to make sure the insurance company did right by me. I am satisfied with the service I received and would not hesitate to use Renew Pro should the situation arise again. They have assisted in a full replacement of my roof, gutters as well as some interior work (ceilings, insulation, and exterior door).

Great!. My 90 year old mother had damage to her home due to Hurricane Irma. We were very lucky to have ReNew Pro, Inc. and in particular DAVE CAPPS answer our call for help. Dave met with us first to review the damage, then met with the insurance adjuster to make sure all the damage was covered in the adjuster's report. He dealt directly with our Homeowner's insurance company which made the entire process go smoothly. The entire roof needed to be replaced. Gutters and screens needed replacement. A shattered glass panel needed replacement and a window had to be re-secured. Some painting was needed in the interior ceiling due to water damage. Dave was in constant contact with us. Each day debris was picked up during the roofing process. Dave oversaw not only the roof but all the other repairs from the initial permit application until everything was done and inspected by the City of Melbourne. Very pleased with the entire process.

We just got the insurance money so we are meeting them on a Sunday and will sign the papers, pick out our roof and see about financing the balance of our deductible. I will give my final review when the job is complete but I have no doubt it will be nothing short of perfect. Ryan came on time and very courteous. Professional. Assessed repair and installed tile. Highly recommend. Renewpro only company willing to do a small job after hurricane Irma. They invest in customers. I had tried calling 6 companies but all declined or no call back. They have my business from now on as Irma won't be he last hurricane. Great company

They were on time and did everything they could to get everything approved by my insurance company, even came out with the insurance adjuster. I probably wouldn't have gotten the claim approved if it had not been for them. They also cleaned up after the job and left nothing behind.

Sherri Carson handled our needs with an outstanding response time and she and Nick and their team worked together flawlessly to ensure our home was repaired in the most effective amount of time. They went to bat for me when my insurance was giving me a hard time about getting payments. They showed up on time. They reassured me throughout the whole repair and they made sure everything was taken care of, all I needed to do was call.

He does great work. Very sufficient. They did a real clean job. They do not leave the big dumpster over night. An excellent company to go with.
