If you are looking for a painter you can trust then you will find it in R.C. Painting. We used R.C. several years ago to paint the exterior of our Viera home. He and his staff did such a fantastic job that, when we moved in 2016, there was no doubt of who we would employ to paint the interior of our new home. Having a paint crew on the inside of your home is a different experience than having the outside painted. But with Rich and Jordan we can honestly say it was a pleasure. We felt completely comfortable while they worked and they went above and beyond just painting. If Rich discovered something that required a repair, he not only let my husband know about it but assisted him with the task, or took the task on himself. The attention to detail is unparalleled. If a room was completed and did not stand up to Rich’s meticulous standards he would go back and re-do areas until they were absolutely right. We never had to point out a flaw and when the job was done it was flawless. Even our dog became attached to these guys. In a word R.C. Painting is simply the “Best” and we will definitely use them again for any future painting (or flooring) needs.

Where do I begin? I have a rental house in Merritt Island and I live out of state. I was coordinating a lot of repairs across state lines, which is never an easy task, and oftentimes very risky. I hired Richard to paint the exterior of my rental house. The job grew and grew from there because Richard is a multi-talented man. While Richard was at my home to give me an estimate on exterior painting, he was able to see through the sliding glass doors the horrific shape of my Florida room floor that had previously been painted and had not held up at all, chipped paint all over, and it looked horrible. He explained about his epoxy system he used. I had been leaning toward tiling the floor, but after listening to him explain his process I decided to let him do my floor. I am so glad I did. It is absolutely beautiful! I would definitely recommend this flooring option. I also had two sheds which were in dire need of help. Rotting doors and peeling paint. Richard actually built a new door for one of my sheds and painted both of them. His carpentry skills were great and the sheds look so much better. The master shower in my house was -- to say the least -- gross. Richard actually tore out the whole shower and built a new one. Again, absolutely beautiful! He also did various other interior painting. Living out of state I can tell you it is very difficult to find people you can trust, and I have been burned several times. From my first phone conversation with Richard I knew that I need look no further for estimates. He exuded honesty and concern, and when it was all said and done, he did not disappoint. I felt like I was dealing with a big brother who had my best interests at heart. He sent pictures every day of the before and after work and kept me abreast of the work as it was progressing. He really is a fantastic person who does excellent work and can actually be trusted! Very rare to find all those qualities in a contractor. As for price, the only reason I am rating him a B is because he, himself, told me he is not the cheapest. And I can understand why. It's true, you get what you pay for. I'm so glad I found him on Angie's List, and I am pleased beyond words with all the wonderful work he did!

Our pool deck is 11 years old and had a lot of surface that was chipped and that needed to be scraped, repaired, and then painted. His quote was detailed and explained the procedure perfectly. He was always on time and always made sure at the end of each day, we were happy with the progress. My husband and I are 100% satisfied with Richard's work. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done perfectly. Our pool deck looks brand new! I would highly recommend this company!

Rich came out and told me what had to be done, and gave me a detailed proposal. He completed the work as per proposal, and the house looks great.

Fantastic job and very professional. RC Painting was prompt to come out and inspect our home and go over all details of the job we wanted done. They answered questions, provided great suggestions and took time to look and discuss all issues and concerns we had. They were also very prompt to return their bid and follow up on it or any questions that we had. Their proposal for the job was not only a good price, it was detailed to what we discussed during the inspection. When we accepted their proposal they were quick to respond and provide scheduling of the job and showed up promptly everyday once the project commenced. They also completed the job in the timeframe that they anticipated, all the while doing quality workmanship. We could not be happier with the completed job. They took great care to pay attention to detail and it definitely showed in the end product. They walked the property with us when the job was complete to make sure that we were pleased with the work, and stressed that should we find anything we are unhappy with, to contact them right away and they would be happy to provide customer satisfaction. Excellent, Richard and Jason did a great job. The floor was sealed and then painted. Richard is very knowledgeable about paint and paint products. He went out of his way to find the proper products to apply to the porch floor to have a lasting finish. I recommend them to everyone needing paint work.

Their work was below average, Very poor job of repairing our bedroom ceiling drywall crack and had runs throughout our home. Just very poor workmanship.

Beyond my expectations! Rich (Owner) and Jordan did a phenomenal job! They worked non-stop for 2 and half days making sure that I was happy with how everything looked every step of the way! Truly refreshing to have a contractor show up on time every day and do exactly what they said they would do from the onset. Not only would I recommend them to anyone, I will be calling Rich again for my future work!

Richard and his assistant were prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. They took a great pride in their work, and the results reflected this. The house is beautiful; our front door looks brand new (it was UGLY). Richard went above and beyond our expectations from the initial stages of estimating, scheduling and selecting paint, to the actual work: power-washing, caulking, protecting non-painted surfaces, priming, painting walls, trim, and door... and cleaning up every day. We highly recommend him!

I could not be more pleased with the work done by RC Painting. Rich is very pleasant, easy to work with and has a very good work ethic. His assistant, Jordan, is very conscientious and strives to please. Together, they make a very good team. Rich and I worked out a start date and he was at our place bright and early the day we agreed upon. Rich does very thorough work. They pressure wash the entire job (to include the driveways and walkways). They patch any settling cracks. They prime the surface and then paint the exterior. At the end of the job, Rich will walk around with you and handle outstanding areas to your satisfaction. During the job, exterior lighting was damaged and Rich replaced it at no cost. Further, one outstanding item could not be done at the end of the job because of dampness. Rich came back when he said he would (when dry) and took care of it. The job was completed in the time agreed upon. In the end, the exterior paint job with the clean driveway and walkway really popped. We have received many compliments on the paint job to date. I would definitely use RC Painting again for any paint job and would highly recommend Rich and Jordan of RC Painting to anyone considering interior or exterior painting to be done.

Richard and his crew were fantastic. They more than exceeded my expectations. They were quick (got the whole thing done in 5 days). They were super friendly and more than willing to do whatever was necessary to make sure I was happy. And they put the whole house back together so I didn't have to lift a finger! Richard was friendly and very professional. He met us at Sherwin Williams and helped us choose our colors. We had painted the exterior of our house ourselves the last time it was done. After seeing what Richard did, we realized what a poor job we had done. The house looks new and beautiful! It is obvious just by looking that Richard does quality work with quality products. I was very impressed by all the extra things he did. From replacing rusty screws and repairing a gutter to fixing concrete that had crumbled away. I'm sure there are many more repairs he made that we don't know about. We are extremely happy we chose RC Painting to paint our house. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Excellent experience using RC Painting for my exterior home repainting project. Rich came out to do an estimate and described in great detail how the work would be accomplished. He provided suggestions on what he could do to repaint the floor on my patio which other paint company estimators did not offer. I accepted his estimate which was reasonable based on all of the estimates I received and I hired RC painting to do the work. Rich and team arrived on the start date originally forecasted and completed the work as described during the estimating process. Rich and team were consistently friendly and professional. The work site was cleaned up each day. I received positive comments from neighbors observing the repainting progress. Completely satisfied with the results and will definitely hire RC Painting again for any future painting needs.

Absolutely great. Pressure washed, sealed cracks, did a waterproof coating. He was able to provide advice on colors as we were choosing them, and we're very happy with the results. Love the colors. The quality is exceptional. It looks and feels like a new house. Showed up on time every day, and answered any of our questions along the way. Very personable. I'll definitely use them again.

Once again Rich Cerone at RC Painting and Decorative Coatings displayed the professionalism and attention to detail that is his trademark. This is my second job performed by RC Painting and there will be more. Rich and his assistant are always punctual, courteous, trustworthy and all around great people. They clean up daily before departure as well as keeping the work site tidy all day during the course of the work. They are always most respectful to my wife and I and I'm sure to all of their customers on every job. I can't say enough good things about RC Painting. I strongly endorse them and recommend them to everyone who wants the very best from their painting and decorative coating contractor. You won't regret contacting RC Painting.

This was the only contractor that we called. It was obvious from the first phone call that he knew exactly what we wanted and that he could provide the service. We set up a date for Richard (company owner) to visit our home to fully explain the process and give us an estimate. He was right on time! The estimate was less than we expected. He showed us several samples of the epoxy coating with chips, one more lovely than the other. It was so hard to choose. We finally decided on beige, tan, white, and black chips. We then scheduled the date of January 4 for the work to begin. Again, Richard was right on time. The floor coating was more difficult to remove than he thought it would be. No problem...........he and his assistant, Jordan, worked diligently until the job was done. And there was almost no mess. He has a vacuum system that sucks up almost all of the dust....WOW!!! The next day they applied the first coating. Takes 24 hours to dry. Third day the chips and second coat went down. Another 24 hours to dry. Then the fourth day the final coat was applied. I must tell you that I know I have the most beautiful garage floor in town!!! This floor is impervious to even oil stains, so it will retain its beauty for many, many years. And Richard & Jordan were a pleasure to work with, both extremely friendly and very professional. I highly recommend RC Painting & Decorative Coatings. If I were to ever do this again, I wouldn't even consider anyone else. They are the best!!! And this can be done inside your home too. It would make a wonderful patio floor, or maybe even a playroom floor.
