Pop-A-Lock

Made appointment 6/27/2018 for 6/28/2018. Given widow of two(2) hours. Took afternoon off from work to wait for service person. Called dispatch office 30 mins before close of window. They confirmed appoint and said would have service person call me. One hour later no call. Called dispatch again. Said person running behind. Asked why didn’t call me and say so or give me an estimate of arrival? Dispatch said that would make sense. Will call them again. 30 minutes after second call .....no return call from anyone. I lost 4 hours worth of work at $225 an hour to wait for a NO SHOW locksmith from POP-A-LOCK. Use someone else and don’t waste your time or potential money and these waste products of a business.

It went really well. Tommy was really great and showed me the process of what it takes to make a lost key. I initially thought the price was too high until I saw what goes into it.

It went well. The locksmith arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. It was a simple lock so took very little time from start to completion.

They ended coming out twice to try and fix my ignition. Ultimately they did not want to come out to my location to work on it, despite having a warranty. Instead of completing the job, they said they would rather refund my money. Basically they left my car in worse shape than it was before, to which I have to take in and get fixed by somebody else.

It was a difficult task for the employee, he took a while, he never complained, he diligently worked on extracting the key until more than an hour had passed. He completed the job and we were satisfied

The office was very pleasant in setting up the appointment, service was within 2 hours, and the worker was highly competent and polite. If all business transactions were like this, life would be easy and Angie's List wouldn't be necessary!

Called and promptly came out and fixed.

I was very happy with them. I got them through my auto roadside service. The service was prompt. They got here very quickly and they started my battery and he also gave me some advice about what I needed to do with my car. The battery was bad. The cost was taken care of through Hyundai. They were courteous, prompt, helpful and professional.

I have recommended them to a lot of people. Their price is a little high, but they are quick and thorough. They were efficient. They came out on a holiday. The only thing that they could improve is their price. They had someone come out in the middle of the night and find me.

He came out right away and informed me that he could not work on the particular kind of lock. Even though he could not do the service, I appreciated his honesty. He was very thorough, gave me some great suggestions, and I would consider calling them again.

GEICO's 800-number operator told me someone would be there within an hour. 70 minutes later my cell phone rang and the driver of the Pop A Lock van asked where I was; he wasn't very friendly but he showed up and changed the tire carefully and efficiently and told me about getting a new tire and where to do that (I'm new in town) so I gave him a five dollar tip. And I'm just guessing about how much this cost because my GEICO insurance will pay it directly.
