Omega Community Management is the worst HOA that I have ever unfortunately encountered! They will give you a fine for just about anything. I have received now 5 letters like these. One was for that I forgot my garbage can in front of my garage overnight. One was for weeds between my trees, one was for dirty (supposedly) driveway and sidewalk. In this case, they were going to charge me $50/day until this was cleaned. Even when I had it cleaned immediately, I still had to pay a fine. Others around here, do these same things and I don't think that they get penalized. Of course they don't even make it easy to pay your fine. You can't do it over the phone, they don't take credit cards, they don't even take cash. You have to pay by check. I sold my house so that I will never have to deal with these people again. Beware if you have to deal with this HOA. If I could give them negative 5 stars, I certainly would.
