+ -1 moreHad ants galore. They were all over the house. Called Massey and my regular person came out right away. Did not get them the first time, came out again and again. They came out until all was gone. Very happy. Took a while but at least I can cook Without them carrying my food away. They are super nice! And got the job done to satisfaction! No hassles when you call six times in two weeks! They came out every time until it was taken care of!
Description of Work: Sprays every three months for bugs.

Description of Work: Had my irrigation system done. As I was having new sod put in the yard, I did not use it right away. After the new sod was put in, I was away when the sprinkler first went on in the back. It never went off & it cost $500 for the water that month as it ran a few days w/o being noticed. I called Massey to have the problem fixed but was told they would not as I did not purchase a service contract for it. This was in spite of the face that it was the first time it was used. It cost me over $200 to have someone else fix the problem. Massey did however adjust the sprinkler head they put in that was shooting directly into the interior of my lanai.

+ -1 moreI've contracted them about three months ago and I've been very satisfied with their service. I've used lots of others in the past and it seems like they are more attentive. I have better results. It is hard to know how it will all play out because of the short time but I am pleased so far.

+ -1 moreInspector arrived in a very timely manner and did an inspection, found evidence of a problem, found source of problem, explained the problem and its solution and cost and scheduled a technician to fix the problem. A few days later the technician arrived on time, sealed all entry locations and set traps. He returned a couple of days later to inspect the traps and will return on a regular schedule to make sure the problem has been corrected.
Description of Work: Sent an Inspector very quickly - I called at 9:30 am and the Inspector arrived before noon.

Description of Work: AWESOME service! I've tried True-green, Scott's, and others - nobody comes close! They cost a little more, but they're worth EVERY penny. Money was tight around Christmas and I told my technician and they cut my price in half for next two treatments and never said a negative word about it. They TRUELY understand customer service!

Description of Work: Used Massey for approx 1 year on two properties,started out great and very happy. Then we had problems with weeds at one of my homes. We asked to meet with them. they met with the tenant instead of us, never called. Then on our other homePersonal residence. We had lawn and shrub service. The tech mixed up our schedule with a neighbors, I caught the mix up and he asked if he could stay on his schedule, in other words treat my shrubs twice., and pay twice. I said no and cancelled that portion of my service. Apprx 1 week later all of my Blue Plumbago were dead from over fertilization. (Glad I did not let him do my shrubs twice). Management takes there time getting back to you. We got tired of calling in, and we are not typical complainers. They have some management issues right now. I'm sure they could be good again, if you try them just pay attention to what they are doing and who's name is on your invoice.

Description of Work: This company used to be called Middleton. They have since been bought by Massey. They are pretty good still.
