Very straight forward, did exactly as he said he would and actually went above that, painting panels of screen enclosure and sanding french doors before painting them. House looks like new. Highly recommend Lon. Good price and excellent quality and performance. I'm sure you will be happy with his work.
Description of Work: Pressure washing to remove mold/algae/stains. Applied water proof coating. Sealed windows and openings. Painted soffit, house and screen enclosure.

Description of Work: Exterior house paint. Prepared house for painting using bleach and pressure washing to remove mold and mildew, trenched around house, applied sealer to waterproof entire house, filled cracks with elastomeric patch compound, caulked around windows and doors where needed, spray painted soffit, fascia and doors, rolled body of house, two coats of paint . Pressure washed sidewalks, driveway and pool patio, no charge.
