About us

Hi! I’m Edgar. Thank you for inviting me into your home. I want to take a moment to give you a little background information about myself. I was born and raised in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, and moved to Brevard County, FL, 21 years ago. I am a proud parent to the most amazing twins, Caleb and Camila. They just turned 9 years old. I’m a huge foodie, I could literally spend my paycheck on food, haha! One of my favorite hobbies is cooking, and one of my classic dishes is my chocolate crème brûlée. It’s the best in Brevard County, at least according to my kids. I also love anything related to cars and racing. Drag racing, NASCAR, Formula One, Indy Car, you name it, and I will watch it. Growing up, I used to drag race in my hometown. My dream car is a Ferrari 458 Italia. I want to thank you for inviting our company to give you an estimate for your roofing project. Edgar and his crew were Terrific! They completed new asphalt shingle roofs on three separate dwellings for me. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I will be hiring them again to do two more roofs in 2025.
Description of Work: Three new asphalt shingle roofs following hurricane damage.

I am happy to provide this review for Local Roofing Experts. We had countless roofers inspect and provide a quote to replace our roof. The building is older with a flat roof that does not retain sitting water following storms, however, every roofer claimed the roof would need to be built up and sloped to meet current codes (adding about $10,000 to the price). Local Roofing Experts took into account the fact that water did not sit on roof and provided a fair price to simply remove and replace the existing roof. Saved us money and they were prompt and professional in all correspondence. I highly recommend working with them.

Edgar was very knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. When it was time to install my roof everything was done on time and they finished the job when promised. Their work was amazing and their clean up after the job was complete was excellent. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them over and over again to anyone needing an excellent roofing company.
