They don't even deserve one star. Worst customer service in the business. Purchased something along with installation costs that I cancelled the same day. When i went in for a refund, they charged me a 10% restocking fee on INSTALLATION along with a rock that was still on the lot. They complained that they had to weigh it for me which costs a 10% fee. That should be there job to weigh a rock!! It felt like i was bothering them. Charging a restocking fee for delivery and installation should be illegal!! Rudest people in the business!! There are so many better options to purchase quality landscaping services. I wasted $50 to never EVER give them the $3000 landscaping budget allotted for my project. They didn't care about my business.

They never showed up for scheduled estimate, after I had to come by twice and call once to even schedule. When I called to see where the person was, they said she was not coming. When I tried to tell them my poor experience, they hung up.

They do decent work if you can get them to show up. Had them do some work for us previously and liked how it came out. They are quite poor with communications. After contracting them to do the work, called them multiple times to get estimate on when they would complete the work and couldn't get an answer. Then all of a sudden they show up and do the work. The job was done well. Called them again to have them do similar work in another part of the yard. Scheduled appointments with them twice to have property surveyed for an estimate. They didn't show both times. I explained to them that I was taking time off from work to meet with them and that didn't seem to make any difference. Second time I was stood up, I called the office to see if/when the estimator was going to show up and was told he was gone for the day and would call back. He never called. I'm done with Landscape Depot. I called another contractor. He showed up when he said he would and will be my go to guy from now on.

Never received notice they had arrived. Never received call back, any communication at all initiated by them. Not even by mail. When I called them, was put on hold, and never heard from them after I finally hung up. Appeared to me they were taking advantage of my age (85yo) and playing games with me. It's now 4 months since original order when I was told would be delivered the next week.
