Planning an extensive landscaping re-do of our backyard, pulled in and excited to see what they had. We were prepared to purchase on the spot and load in the truck. Met with a sarcastic employee who wanted to know if we had insurance on our truck....he knows who he is. We were parked in a legitimate spot and while he had a professional Landscaping truck pulling out, he could have asked nicely if we could move. BTW, the truck driver made the turn fine. After he pulled out, the employee never apologized or asked us if we needed any help, just stomped off. We got back in our truck and took our $1000.00 budget to another place. Customer Service starts with courtesy and a smile. This guy lost the business.

Never returned phone calls and missed every commitment to provide a quote and schedule for landscape work. I heard every excuse in the book. Gave them every opportunity to provide and quote with too way to many excuses.... Do not waste your time

We were supposed to have an appointment for a representative to come by the house and look at our landscape. We ended up having a family emergency and had to cancel, which we called the day prior to reschedule. The date that we rescheduled came and nobody showed up. I called the company and was given the excuse that they were in an insurance meeting. I gave the man my name and phone number and never received a call after that. I was told by another friend that the same thing happened to her. I was looking forward to working with them but will gladly take my money elsewhere since they obviously don't need it.

The company promises professional landscape services, but uses work for hire employees who are not trained.

I parked and was greeted shortly thereafter by an employee who offered to help me find some plants. I subsequently saw their rock displays and asked for some quotes. I emailed them some pictures and exact measurements and they adjusted the quotes since I had guessed in the store. They offered to do everything, but allowed me to pick and choose what I wanted to add to the total cost of my project. I did all the prep work (took up old mulch and pavers) and they brought in the rock and weed barrier and went straight to work. They laid the weed barrier, hauled the rock and raked it out smooth, cleaned off my pavers and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very happy with their work. It was a little over a half day job. They were on time. I will use them again.
