I went on to Home Adviser looking for a carpet cleaner on Tuesday and I had to have the carpets cleaned on Thursday the same week. JFore Carpet Cleaning was available to complete the job at that time. I had contacted a few other carpet cleaners and JFore was the only one who called me back. With my busy schedule as a Realtor I had to have an exact date and time. Joe called and texted which was great. Joe arrived on time and was very professional, polite and efficient. He moved the furniture without any problem. He was quick and the rugs were nice and clean when he left. He asked if I wanted them deodorized and was glad I did as it left the carpets smelling very fresh with a nice light citrus scent. ! I will use JFore Carpet Cleaning again and refer him to clients. My house smelled bad after the carpet dried.

Outstanding work. Carpets look new. Took out some tough spots. Considered replacing carpeting, but after JFore cleaned them they look good as new. Saved us a considerable amount of money.

Prompt, professional, polite. They did a great job on my carpets. Only drawback is that unlike other cleaners I’ve used, they didn’t move furniture. All in all, though good job at a reasonable price.

He was extremely nice and on time but he was not very experienced. The grout was still black when he was done and he advised me that was because the past owner never took care of it. When he left I used my own machine and cleaning solution and the grout came out white I tried to contact him to advise him and ask for a refund and got no response.
