Good overall experience. Nice and professional and appeared to do a good job. Only consideration is price jumped once came to house and looked at house. Maybe this was due to poor communication both parties during initial phone call.

These 2 guys were awesome! On top of doing a first rate job- the grout looks amazing- They had to haul their equipment up to the 3rd floor since the elevator was down! The grout in the condo that we just bought had never been cleaned and looked like it- just black! When Joe and his assistant were done, you could clearly see that it was terra cotta colored- Excellent! And they were done in about an hour and a half! If asked, I would recommend them highly! Guy came with a portable unit, did a horrible job and left it worse than when he came, charged 300.00 hopefully they return 125.00 that they promised, I am not holding my breath!

They did very good job. The issue I had, was I received a quote for my tiled rooms and 3 other rooms. When they arrive to do the job the price went way up. So I reduced the job and I still had to pay more than I was quoted. I needed it done and took the day off of work, so I let them do the job otherwise I would have told them to leave.

Provided quick quote. Arrived when scheduled and did thorough professional job. Very happy with results and will use again.

Contacted me quickly, arrived promptly, completed job quickly, fair price. The carpet took 24 hrs to dry rather than the 2 hrs quoted which was only negative.
