I called because of all the great reviews, they were right!

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very well. I have used him before and he always does a good job. I asked him if he would also pressure wash a bit of the entry for me, and he did that without any extra cost. I would use him again, and I would recommend him to anybody who needs any kind of pressure washing. I used him because it was an outside job, and I wasn't going to be here at that particular time, when he got started, so he got started without me.

It was fantastic; they were so good and they did a fantastic job. They did the roof and they pressure cleaned the whole exterior of the house for us because we were so pleased with them. They were courteous, clever, and nice. We paid extra because we asked them to pressure the whole exterior. They also cleaned the fence around our property and the driveway. They were efficient, they were polite, they were right on time, and they did a fantastic job. I would recommend them highly, and I also told them that we will call them again so we are going to use them again.

They were good. I liked them. It was a good deal and they did a good job! It was better than pressure washing I got before. My pool enclosure is pretty big so I gave them a little bit extra beyond the big deal amount. They had nice equipment.

They moved my orchids out of the way, sprayed off my deck furniture, waterfall rocks. They pressure cleaned the pool deck and screen, shutters--the entire area. They were very thorough. They were on time and had impressive equipment--very friendly and professional, and knowledgeable. I would gladly recommend them to my friends. I plan to call Jeff Jacobs again when I need more pressure cleaning done.

Amazing. Great job by Mr. Jacobs. Like another poster had mentioned ours had been "let go" for awhile. The white aluminum frame really showed the mildew. Mr. Jacobs came and looked at the job at hand and said "no problem!". It looks fantastic. I will use his services again for the pool lanai and also my husband wants to do some work on our driveway next.

I purchased this deal through Angie's list. I called the company and left a message. This was on a Friday. Jeff got back to me straight away and we arranged for the work to be done on Monday. They arrived on time and did a better than expected job. I was concerned that nothing would be able to clean my pool enclosure. It was covered in algae and grime. A little over 1500sq feet and they had it looking sparkling white in less than 2 hours.

I can't say enough about Jeff and his work. As you might expect from a retired Army First Sergeant, he was right on time, and with his partner, another former soldier and senior non-commissioned officer, went right to work. We live southeast of the airport, so it was a trek for them to get here from Melbourne, but right on time they were. This two man crew was like a mobile beehive - always in action, relentlessly, until the job was complete (and since we have a good-sized house, it took most of the day. They were clear on the requirements that my wife had agreed to with them, performed them all to a fault, and were cheerful throughout the entire day - no mean feat as hot and humid as it was the day they were here. We had another small crew doing some construction work on the southwest corner of the house, and Jeff worked with and around them - no delays, no excuses. I can't say enough about what a great experience this was. This is service the way it used to be: prompt, friendly, competent, and thorough. We will use JPC again without question, and recommend JPC without reservation or qualification. There are plenty of guys running around with pressure washers in the back of their pickups - they're not in anything close to the same league. Sure, you'll save a few bucks, but you'll be money ahead with the better value that Jeff and JPC will give you.

I purchased a Big Deal for $129 for 1,500 Sq. Ft. of Pool Enclosure Deep Cleaning. Excellent in all respects. I would have taken all day and he did it in 1 3/4 hours. No more dirt and no more mildew. He was very nice and professional.

I called Jeff Jacobs yesterday, and he called back to say he could be here this morning between 8:30 and 9:00. He was here at 8:45 ready to go. He and his team worked for almost 3 1/2 hours, and everything looks great! They were punctual, personable, reliable and very professional. And, even though I suspect it was a harder job than they had anticipated (we had put it off for way too long thinking my husband would be able to do it himself), the end price was exactly as quoted over the phone. I am impressed!

He came and gave me an estimate within 10 minutes of calling - no kidding! Came the next week with his helper and did the whole job in 2 and a half hours. Fabulous work- my best friend almost drove past our house the next day when she came over to visit - she said it looked so different, she didn't recognize the house! It sparkles now. This is a real review and I honestly can't believe how much better my house looks.

Jacob's Pressure Cleaning didn't bother to return my phone call.

He did a very good job. Price was pretty good and he was excellent. This guy did the pool deck, driveway, sidewalks, drain in the street and garage. He was very nice and professional.

When I got home from work and saw the results I was amazed. I don't think the driveway and sidewalks have looked that good since we moved into the house 15 years ago. When I called for a quote, the owner was responsive, courteous and very professional. He showed up when requested and did an excellent job. I felt the cost was competitive considering the area that needed to be cleaned.

Excellent in all repsects. Was punctual, polite, and did a great job at the quoted price. Will definatelyy use this company again.

Everything went well. He came on time and he explains things. He took the time that he needed and the price was reasonable. It was the deal and it had to be reasonable.

The Big Deal purchase was very good. He was on time and he didn't leave any mess. I did not have any troubles communicating with him and he even gave me a call back. I was very happy with their job.

I would give him all A's. He came on time, he cleaned up after himself, everything looked great. When I called the next day and told him that one part didn't come out too good, he came back out and re did the work for me. He sent me a break down of what everything costs, he quotes you a price and sticks to it.

I thought the cost was a little high but there was a lot to do. We were not home when the service was done. When we returned home later that day we could tell that the sidewalk and front looked much better. It wasn't until we went in the back that we had a bit of a shock. The screen house was good but the mess that was left was unacceptable. The pool was filled with chuncks of dirt, mold and debris. It was not covered before work was started. The sliding glass doors were filthy with chuncks of dirt that had splattered up. The patio floor itself was filled with the same and had to be swept . Needless to say, our pool man, who has been with us for 11 years was mortified that anyone would be so careless with anything. It is costing us extra ( actual billing is not in yet ) to have the pool shocked and treated for the next few weeks to restore it to its original state.
