 + -1 moreI was blown away with this company. I have a huge pool with a big lanai over it. I asked them to come out and clean the lanai because it was getting a little grimey. They came in and did everything for me! They even trimmed a palm tree in my yard. They cleaned the inside and outside of the lanai, as well as the complete screen. They really knew what they were doing. I had asked him not touch the deck because it had jsut been painted, but he was able to clean it with a very fine spray, not chipping the paint at all. They had all the equiptment they needed, and were very professional.

 + 0 moreJeff made my deck look like new....It is 12 years old and from the Palm Bay elements that wreck havoc on all things outside I was happy with the outcome. He even power washed my plastic lawn chairs which was a nice surprise. Jeff called later that day to see if I was happy with the outcome since I was not home when the service was performed. Yes I was Happy.

 + -1 moreHe got here late in the afternoon (but had scheduled only for afternoon) so it was OK. He carefully cleaned all surfaces and then added a weak acid on rust spots. It took less than an hour and I am very happy with the results. His price was best of 3 providers that I called.
Description of Work: He pressure washed my driveway, a walkway with adjacent edging and a walkway/patio made of pavers.

 + 0 moreThis is the second time that I have used JPC. First time was about 3 years ago for cleaning the driveway. This time was for the roof cleaning. Both jobs were outstanding and I was completely satisfied. He is always right on time. You don't have to wait and wonder if he is coming as he arrives at the scheduled time. All in all outstanding service at a reasonable price.

 + -1 moreThey were scheduled to come at noon and got done with their previous job and came earlier which was not an issue for me. The roof came out nice and so did the house. They were not here long (about an hour) and got everything done. The only thing was that he preferred a check. I was prepared to pay by credit card.

 + -1 moreEverything came out better than expected. The driveway looks great and the soffits came out better than I anticipated. He took the time to get rid of all the mud dauber nests too. Little extras were done as well, without asking, such as cleaning the concrete pad with the pool equipment. The cleanup after the job was good too, no left over puddles of sludge or spray. Thanks for the great job Jeff.

 + -1 moreThey arrived on time and were very professional. We had a lot of foliage around the house and were concerned about the chemicals used, but they assured us it would not harm and that they would cover the plants. However, we noticed a few days after they left that three plants at the corner of our house which were healthy before we had the cleaning done were dying and are now needing to be replaced. The grass at the drain spouts also has died. They brought only two tarps to cover the foliage which apparently were not adequate. To be honest if we had known this beforehand, we probably would not have had this done. Because of the problem with the plants, etc. I can only give this an overall rating of B and not A.

 + 1 moreJeff and Mark listened to my concerns and walked around the property with me before starting. I could see they were eager to get started but took the time to make certain they knew exactly what I wanted done. They are very personable, punctual and efficient! I'm very happy with the job and unreservedly would recommend JCP again.
Description of Work: Pressure washed flat / slanted 2000 sq. ft, white. rubberized, 20 yr. old roof. I was concerned about the harshness of the cleaning and Jeff reassured me he'd treat the roof with care to avoid any issues. It turned out great. He and his partner Mark also did the large driveway and patio as well as the whole house. (Both had been fairly recently painted and didn't require too much work but they took extra care not to remove the hand painted concrete work which I appreciated greatly.) They spent over 3 hrs.on the job working as a well oiled team lugging industrial hoses all around the house and on the roof. They are definitely professionals with professional, industrial type equipment - not just a handyman with a hose type operation - and it shows.
