I contacted Jeff, who quickly responded (within hours) , Gave me the estimate the next day, and options for scheduling. The house had no water or electric but Jeff made it happen. Jeff is a stand up guy! Excellent communications throughout the process and performed the job as he stated and exactly what he said he would.

Price was great, and the finished product was too. Would definitely use again.

I called to set up an appointment. They performed the exact same services last year. Pressure washing my sidewalks, entry way, curbs, pool deck and screens. The man who answered said he would call me back later that day. Still waiting.... I never heard back from him! In these hard economic times, it amazes me that they can turn down a huge project! I ended up using a different company. Will never use Jacob's again.

Jeff called us right bac and set up an appointment for the same week and showed up with two other guys and went right to work. They did an amazing job, it has never looked better. We will be using them on a regular basis to maintain our lanai and pool area. This was the best deal we have ever had, money well spent. Recommend this company to anyone looking for professional power washing!

I called them and they were here in about an hour and a half to do en estimate. He gave estimate and was able to do the work now. They did a great job and were fast and neat. House looks great and I will definitely be calling them the next time I need a cleanup.

When I called for an appointment Jeff took my call while he was at a convention in Tennessee. This impressed me. On the day of the appointment we were having a thunderstorm. The worst had passed but there was still some thunder and rain. Guess who rings the doorbell...Jeff. This man had a job to do and he was going to do it. Jeff and his two associates proceeded to clean my house, driveway and sidewalk and they did a great job. The house hadn't looked that good in years. The next day my pest control man came to service my yard and he commented that I had my house painted. Jeff was friendly, professional and knew his business. I was very happy with the cost. I will use Jacobs Pressure Cleaning again.

The company called within a day or two of my purchase, the two-man crew showed on time, and the work was done well. Ultimately, I had no problems.

I called Tuesday Afternoon around 4PM and had to leave a voice-mail. Within 20 minutes my phone call was returned. I began inquiring about pricing and appointment availability. Also since I had never hired or dealt with pressure washing of any kind, they were very wonderful and nice about answering all of my questions and explaining the entire process of what they do from start to finish. They were able to give me an accurate and fair estimate instantly. At the conclusion of our conversation, I was so convinced that this was the company for me that I made an appointment for service the next morning. They showed up on Wednesday promptly at 9AM with a 3 man crew and began work immediately. Two hours later they transformed my dingy, stained, and old looking pool area into a rejuvenated tropical heaven. They even went about and beyond by cleaning out our home gutters and inground pool drainage system. My husband and I are so thankful for their attention to detail and excellent service/product that we can't wait to host a social event at our house to show it off. Before Jacobs Pressure Cleaning we were looking into remodeling and rarely used our pool area, but now it's our favorite area of our home! We can't wait to work with them in the future,so we can see what other amazing jaw dropping transformations they have to offer.

I requested the work be done this morning since I was available and they accommodated my schedule. They were perfectly on time. There were three men and they worked hard and fast. They cleaned the roof, house, driveway, sidewalks and patio furniture. My sidewalks are gleaming. It took them 2 hours total and I am totally satisfied!

I call for a estimate after looking on Angie's list, they came out quickly. The price was right and the work was good. I will use them again for sure

They were very responsive - came the same day I inquired. Came prepared to work and on time. Did an exceptional job on all the areas. I had to leave midway and when I returned all was finished and cleaned up. I appreciate that they reset up my patio furniture and plants for me! I will definitely call again. Driveway, patio and walks look new again....and they've never looked so good.

Jeff should up on time was professional and did a thorough job. JCP came fully prepared work was competed in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend JCP to anyone needing a pressure washing service.

Super nice and easy to work with. Communicated both by phone and email. Received prompt response and he was able to complete the work within a couple days. Plan to have him come back for any future needs and recommend him to friends and family. Originally planned to get estimates from a couple of places but based on time and reviews here I went with him. Don't regret it..

They were prompt, polite, and we'll staffed (3 workers) and had the appropriate gear for the job. They also cleaned the screen enclosure although I had not asked them to do so. Price was reasonable and I would not hesitate to call on them again! They also clean gutters!

My house hadn't been cleaned for at least 14 years. Not only was it dirty but on one entire wall there was a buildup of minerals from the sprinkler system. There was also mold on some of the walls. It was a mess! It took them a little over 3 hours but with perseverance and a lot of elbow grease I now have a clean house. Not only did they clean my house but they also trimmed some palm fronds! They went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough. They are also a couple of the nicest people I've ever met. I will definitely hire them again!

A very professional team of three headed by Jeff arrived as scheduled and went right to work. They had all the right equipment necessary to pressure clean the house, driveway, patio, outdoor furniture, gutters and soffit. They moved what needed to be moved and put it back when finished. My old house, driveway and patio look like new and I would recommend Jacobs Pressure Cleaning to anyone who needs that type of work done. A fair price and excellent work.
