We had a bunch of home repairs which needed to be done. We found Vinnys Home Repair Unlimited. He showed up to do price estimate during the weekend, which is really convenient for us. He is punctual. The job was done professionally and the cost was reasonable. We hired the him three times. He never let us down.

Vinny and Brandon did a fabulous job on both closets. Vinny is very honest and will tell you what he can and cannot do. If you have a job that that requires other talents, he will tell you and recommend someone who he has worked with and is as reliable as he is. Vinny goes beyond just fixing and does additional repairs you may not have thought of. I highly recommend him to do those jobs you can't do yourself. Vinnie and his son Brandon provided excellent service! I couldn't have asked for better service. They cleaned up area as they completed each task. Vinny of Home Repairs installed new Kohler kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. He even scrubbed the old mineral deposit buildup off the sink - explained what he was doing - not an easy job crunching up under a sink. He was the tidiest/neatest/cleaner-upper ever. Brandon even changed the smoke batteries in my ridiculously high ceilings. Extremely reasonable price-wise and , yes I would certainly hire again

Vinny said he wasn't the best man for the job but gave us the name of someone he said would be just right, and that he had worked with him before.

Vinny did the tile work needed and then proceeded to grout & caulk other areas I had not even noticed. I thought the entire shower turned out spectacularly and all was cleaned up perfectly. The front door was grouted at bottom and because I mentioned it did not close properly even after I had a new door handle/lock installed, Vinny proceeded with his knowledge of all things in this known world to drill screws invisibly into frame and it now closes without stiff scraping on frame & door. A handyman to treasure !

Went very well. All work done and they suggested things that were not necessary to save money. Very, very nice to work with. Suggested a new paint color for office which was perfect. New paint for office was included in price. Replaced 3 door knobs. Noticed loose ceiling fan and repaired that.

Excellent work. During the initial appointment, Vinny documented my requests and measured the space. He followed up with an estimate and scheduled the appointment to construct the shelves. He and his son were punctual and professional. Their work is top notch. These are not typical shelves just installed on the wall. He climbed into the attic crawl space and anchored the shelves through the ceiling w/wire cable. They are extremely sturdy and strong. I highly recommend this company for any home projects you may have.

Vinny gave a thorough assessment of the leak and the source. He opened the wall to the exposed water pipe leak and replaced with a new pipe and fittings. He treated and neutralized all areas with mold killer. He repaired wall with new dry wall, texture, and paint to match. Also, sanded and painted any trim around the area. In addition, while assessing the source of the leak, he went ahead and cleaned all gutters and resealed vent pipe with tar. Vinny was professional from beginning to end. I would definitely hire him again.

Vinny & his son Brandon were punctual, friendly, honest and hard working. He will talk to you about the scope of work and give you an accurate time frame and cost. They do thorough and quality work. Vinny explained everything along the way, and made solid recommendations for how to make things better. Great experience. I'm already starting a list for the next time I need a pro handyman. This is the second time I hired Vinny and his son, Brandon. They arrived on-time and were ready to work the minute they entered the house. Once again the work was done efficiently and professionally. They even re-hung a heavy mirror that I wanted hung higher than I originally thought without complaint. I have more work to be done, so they are the ones I will call in the near future!

It took several weeks for them to get to the work but they had forewarned that this would be the case since they were very busy. Very friendly and easy to work with. Did very good job on everything.

We recently bought a home with five pocket doors in various stages of disrepair. We asked Vinny's Home Repair to provide a quote on repairing our doors, but Vinny convinced us that we could save a significant amount of money if we replaced our pocket doors with standard doors instead of repairing them. We are so glad that he persuaded us to take that route as we are completely satisfied with our newly installed doors. Vinny and his son did an outstanding job on all counts. Not only did they replace our doors, but they replaced the trim on our front door and our air conditioning unit door in the hallway in order to match the trim on the newly installed doors. Vinny went above and beyond the call of duty when he originally special ordered doors and brought them to our home to install when he discovered that the existing door frame-outs could accommodate standard sized doors. Vinny took the special order doors back and bought standard sized doors the next day. The doors and trim are beautiful - I highly recommend Vinny's Home Repair as they are one professional, hard-working team.

Vinny answered my call immediately and even though he had a full schedule for the next couple of weeks, after hearing my dilemma he fit me in after another job finished early. He and his son Brandon arrived promptly and got right to work. Vinny and his son Brandon were professional and personable. Vinny is very knowledgeable and his experience shows in his explanation of the problem and how best to fix it. I was very impressed and look forward to working with them in the near future. Vinny and his son, Brandon, spent the better part of 4 days helping us get a house ready to sell. They have done work for us over that past 5 years at other houses and we truly believe that their company name says it all - home repair unlimited. They know how to do everything and they do it welll! After reaching agreement on the work that needed to be done, I was perfectly comfortable handing Vinny the key to the house and then just checking in with him daily to see how things were going. He kept me up to date on progress, arrived as planned and if anything impacted their schedule, he would let me know. The house was always left clean at the end of the day. In summary, I would say that they are knowledgeable, competent, honest, dependable, tidy, and just all-around nice people. This combination of qualities is a rarity these days.

I've had experience with a lot of people and companies doing work at our house in Florida. My best experience was with Vinny and his son. They were very experienced and capable. They could do pretty much anything in the house, and with great quality and professionalism.

Vinny and his son came on short notice when I discovered the leak and damage. I was only in town for a few days and he was kind enough to fit me in while I was there. He spent a full day locating the apparent source of the leak and the damage behind the wall, which was extensive. He repaired the apparent source of the leak and cleaned out much of the damage. He said that he needed to get some materials to repair the wall and baseboard damage and that he also wanted to do some other things to be sure that the leak had been completely stopped before doing the repairs. We agreed to do that when I got back into town. When I got back I called and he and his son returned promptly. When he ran water tests he discovered further leaks. The first leak he had repaired had stopped most of the water leakage, but there was another leak in a different area. He fully explained every step he was taking and made sure I understood what he was doing. When he was satisfied that all of the leaks had been located and repaired, he fixed the wall and baseboard and painted both perfectly so that one would never know there had been any work done there. Throughout this matter, he was prompt and professional, I could not have been more satisfied with his performance and his work.
