Vinnie Home Repair Unlimited again did an outstanding job with the renovation of our Patio and Den. We had Shiplap installed on the walls and Cedar ceilings. Wow what a difference. His company was punctual, professional, courteous, trustworthy and after each day the areas were cleaned, making our lives much easier. We have used Vinnie several times in the past for crown molding, base board and door replacements. Each time was a pleasure to work with and will definitely use his company in the future. A Big Thank You to Vinny for his timeliness and ability to fit our job into his schedule. I contacted Vinny to complete a half done kitchen renovation. Not only did he do impeccable work on the plumbing, electrical and cabinets/baseboards, etc; he even designed and built a custom cabinet to house two wine coolers. Vinny’s work is second to none and he and Brandon are enjoyable to work with. I’ve already scheduled a few more home improvements with him. Would highly recommend him for any project!

Vinny and his son Brandon were excellent. They were very professional, arrived when they said they would, and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. The job was very difficult as it involved the surgical removal of the wood structure under a bay window while insuring that no damage was done to the bay window. Also needed was drywall replacement, insulation replacement, baseboard replacement and joint compound/plaster work to match the existing walls. After the project was done, they cleaned up the area completely. All work was done to the highest standard. In fact, the bay window support structure is now better and stronger than the original. I highly recommend Vinny and his son Brandon, and would not hesitate to hire them again.

I hired Vinnys Home repair Unlimited to fix pluming, install a fan and bathroom vent as well change entryway light. Vinny is very knowledgeable and helped me select the right bathroom vent. I would hire them again.

Once again, Vinny and Brandon did an exceptional job on the improvement/repair services that was requested. There were 2 jobs requested of them this time and they were 1) Installation of a new Kitchen Faucet and 2) Repairing of External Doors (x2) that had become misaligned. For the first job, they removed the old kitchen faucet and cleaned up the area where the new faucet was to be installed. After that they installed the new kitchen faucet, they ensured that all of the features of the faucet worked. What I appreciated the most from job #1 is that they made sure to explain the maintenance tools associated with the kitchen faucet to me and how to use them. For job #2 they solved both of my misaligned/sagging door issues. Each door required a different solution, but they were able to repair both doors quite well. Now the cool air from the inside of my house won’t be escaping as easily. After the conclusion of both jobs they made sure the areas they worked was cleaned. Vinny and Brandon are very courteous as well as being true professionals. I will definitely be requesting their services again in the near future.

Very professional, also displayed aspects of a teacher. Door replacement went quite smoothly. He found a problem with ants and recommended a 3rd party service that would have access while the opening was exposed. Recommendation was also very responsive and it enabled the project to be completed without delay. Had a minor problem with one of the repairs, I called and reported the problem, he was very responsive and came a day later. Found the source of the problem, repaired quickly and it reinforced his goal for high quality service and satsfied customers. He achieved both ojbectives!

First and foremost, I want to thank Vinny and his team for going above and beyond what I originally asked for, and taking on even extra projects that weren't even included in our original conversation. Vinny and his crew completed a huge kitchen island install (ended up being 6ft x 4.25ft for reference, not including countertops) using cabinets I had purchased on the cheap, and made them look absolutely STUNNING. i'm talking designer-level looking to the point of where my flooring guys and my next door neighbors have already complimented how beautiful they looked. Even moreso, they also (as another part of this project) took the old existing kitchen island (a little 45in x 24in cabinet), SAFELY removed the previous granite counter top, and reinstalled it along the side of the wall to make our kitchen even larger. The attention to detail, care for our belongings, and love of their craft was apparent. Their electrical work was excellent as well, installing a new dimmer switch for our over-island lights, an extra outlet inside the island for a new wine fridge, and also moved an existing outlet higher to be above the existing cabinetry. Last but not least, they also last-minute completed a full installation of 3x brand new digital deadbolt locks on our doors and rekeyed the whole house. We recently moved into a new home and Vinny and his team made the process super easy. I would 100% hire (and probably will hire!) Vinny and his team again for any of my home needs. He is absolutely stellar, super prompt, and cleans up his workspace and leaves it better than he found it. I could go on and on, but if anyone needs top-tier work these are your guys! From my first call to Vinny to the very end of the remodel (which was quite extensive), Vinny was on top of the job. He returned my calls in a timely manner, I knew who was going to be in my house on a daily basis and Vinny and Brandon were there to oversee all the work being performed. I had a vision and Vinny and Brandon made it a reality. As with many remodels, my simple kitchen remodel ended up encompassing quite a bit more than planned. Vinny was understanding, accommodating and got the job done. I have quite a bit of experience with home remodeling so I knew what to expect during the process, Vinny and Brandon did not disappoint. All steps were explained, all work was performed to my satisfaction and if there were issues, which there were a few, Vinny made it right. AMAZING job! Vinny and Brandon removed a rotten door and frame and totally replaced it with a hurricane door with glass. They are very concerned with the quality of the finish work -- they paid attention to every detail!! We HIGHLY recommend!

Went well. Showed up on time, put attic decking. Shored up along joists in attic, cut panels around roof framing very well and worked around wires so they would not get pinched. Half inch thick plywood. I know it was a pin to work in the attic in FL weather, but they did an excellent job.They squared away the damaged ceiling, spackled some of the ceiling tape in very nicely. They keep a clean campsite. I would recommend them to others.

Great! I had a large list of inspection items I wanted to take care of for a house I plan to sell. Vinny gave a very thorough estimate, unlike the other company I had give me an estimate. He didn’t forget anything. He got to me earlier than I thought he would. He kept me updated as to where they were with all the items and what was going on.
