Vinny is wonderful. Honest, helpful, creative and a perfectionist. What a find for us. My neighbors were all impressed with his work and two neighbors have already contracted with him for services. As an added bonus: he and his son Brandon are really nice people. We are beyond pleased with his work.

Vinny is by far one of the most reliable and capable repairmen I have used in my 28 years living here in Florida. We are moving locally and had several jobs that needed to be completed prior to the sale of our house. Vinny came with his well mannered and hard working son and they assessed the jobs to be done, gave us an expedient and fair estimate, and completed the work in a timely manner. There was an additional issue with our shower and Vinny came by the next day to look at it and repair it. I can't say enough about how happy we are with him, his son and the job he completed. We have hired Vinny to complete some projects on our new home and again his estimates and ideas for improvement were fair and helpful. He is a pleasure to work with.

I called Vinny to get an estimate for work to be done in my house. He answered the phone and we set up a time for him to come out and look at the jobs that needed to be done. He called a couple of days later with an estimate for the work and we set a time for him to come and do the work. He arrived on time and brought his very capable helper (his son). They got to work immediately. Vinny had to go into the attic to replace the brace which held the previous fan and light. His son helped him install the fan and light. The vanity installation was tricky to say the least. But Vinny handled it like it was just a regular installation. The wall tapered away from the vanity on one side and the small filler piece needed to be cut on an angle to fit against the wall and the vanity. He cut it so perfectly that it did not even need to be caulked. For the vanity, I wanted a recessed kick plate installed with the materials I had on hand. Once again he cut the wood perfectly, screwed it on so the screws were hidden. The counter top, sink and faucet were installed perfectly. I could not be happier with the job he and his son did. I would highly recommend him for any work you may need done in your house.

Mr. Agenjo and his son arrived as promised and proceeded to reroute existing electric and cable TV cables through drywall (had to route around corner) in Master bedroom closet... this involved cutting out drywall and replacing two sections of drywall. He also had to remove baseboard in closet that was installed behind tile floor... he then re-grouted the floor to fill in the gaps left by baseboard removal. They worked quickly and with extreme professionalism. Mr. Agenjo took the time to explain and show me all the work being done and the whys and hows of each step. I would highly recommend Mr. Agenjo for any repairs the one might have. I intend to use Mr. Agenjo on two future projects in the near future

We wanted to renovate an outdated balcony on a rental property. Vinny took all the measures and came up with ideas how to slightly change it. He did all the work by himself. The result is very good. The balcony looks great. Vinny has done great quality work. We will use him again.

It appears his repairs were successful.

I've had an excellent experience with Vinny and his son Brandon. He fixed a broken door jam, and a loose door lock. He did a great and meticulous job, and was very reasonable for what he charged ($300.00 for a job that took nearly five hours). Would highly recommend him.

Vinny is a very pleasant man to work with. He arrived on time and started right to work right away. He is very efficient and a perfectionist when it come to details. He is very knowledgeable and offered suggestions to make a repair better. I have used him again since buying his services through a Deal, and his work this time was also excellent.

I think Vinny could competently easily have done everything I needed (and still believe that) ... He is a good person to talk through things with. I am now "under the gun" to get the same list completed & don't even feel comfortable discussing it with him again. Maybe he was/is reluctant because I didn't originally go thru Angie's List. I don't want to "hammer him" but I was delayed and very disappointed.

This is the 2nd time we have called upon Vinny for help - this time at a rental property. He met me at the house the day following my call to review the scope of the work. He projected about a 2 week delay before he could get to our job but it was not an emergency and that was an acceptable timeframe for us. As it turns out, he was able to get to us sooner than his projection. Our shower handle/valve project had the potential to be really involved and expensive, but Vinny's approach to rebuilding the valve and willingness to work through the small opening in the shower wall instead of going through the adjacent kitchen wall to get to the plumbing saved us a considerable amount of money. He made an adjustment to our glass shower door which helped it close better, but due to its unaligned installation many years ago, the door will ultimately have to be replaced. (This was not a case of Vinny trying to generate more work for himself. He recommended that due to the nonstandard size of the door we consider hiring a specialist in shower doors.) Our kitchen plumbing issue was easily fixed and the hardware replaced on several of our kitchen cabinets. Then Vinny adjusted the alignment of the remaining cabinet doors so that they are straight when closed. Vinny did a great job for us again - keeping us well informed of his schedule, arrival times and any issues that came up in the process of completing the job. He is dependable, conscientious, competent and reasonably priced. What more could anyone ask for!

WOW. Vinny was an absolute "real" find on Angie's List. We recently purchased a home in the Melbourne/Viera area of Florida. I found Vinny on Angie's list and he and his work have been wonderful. I almost hate to recommend him because he might get too busy to help me out!!! Vinny has been to our newly purchased home a couple of times - each time I call him he responds in a very timely manner - he has really helped us bring our "money pit" up to our standards. First, he repaired and completely rebuilt our two lanai screen doors - I wanted to replace them, but he recommended a less expensive way - he rebuilt them and saved me a bunch of money - they are like new! Vinny explains everything while discussing the problem - he comes up with ways to fix the problem in the less expensive way possible. We are SO glad that Vinny is on our team - he makes everything possible. We are scheduling a 3/4 wall build inside, as well as numerous outside repairs in the near future...he is great!!

Vinnie did a great job with the repair work for about 500.00 for labor as agreed upon. He arrived on time, and he showed great attention to detail in doing the job with excellence. Vinny and son Brandon arrived on time and started installation. By the time I looked up to notice that I was sold a fan that didn't mount the way I wanted it mounted it was almost completely installed. Vinny just said to Brandon, lets take it down, he didn't want anything up there that I didn't like. They packed it back up and said to call when I got the fan that I wanted. I received the correct fan on Thursday, called Vinny and he was back on Saturday morning. He completed installation of all three fans quickly and efficiently and left everything totally clean. Both Vinny and Brandon are perfect gentlemen and very easy to talk to. They gave me tips and info that I didn't even ask for and all questions I had were well answered. The last thing he did was give me his card and told me he stood behind his work with a year long warranty on workmanship. I would recommend Vinny for any job you have, he is a true Professional in every sense of the word. Honest and trustworthy.

Very well. We had and issue with another contractor that did not complete the job he started. Vinny came out and completed the project on time and at a very reasonable price. He always showed up when he said and could not have been more professional. The best review I can give him is that we plan on using him in the future for additional projects.

The first of 2 projects that we have worked with Vinny on, we live in Colorado and our condo is in Cocoa Beach. I am so thankful to have found him. Vinny was amazing to work with. This was the second project we have worked with Vinny on. We live in Colorado and our condo is in Cocoa Beach, Communication and working with Vinny was amazing he is easily the best contractor that we've ever worked with. He went above and beyond to help us and his work was wonderful. He pays attention to detail and his prices are more than fair. He keeps in constant contact and send pictures throughout the project and after it's finished. We travelled to our condo and met with Vinny he helped us with advice on other projects and was always there when he said he would be. It was an absolute pleasure working with him.

the provider finished both jobs within an hour, doing the patio work in a steady rainfall. I have had 4 jobs performed by vinny and his son and have been extremely satisfied with not only the quality of their work,but their professionalism while doing it. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Very disappointed with this provider. The initial contact and visit was great. He responded quickly to a request for an estimate and we drove up to meet him to get a quote. Seemed very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and said he would get back to us within 48 hours with a detailed estimate for several repairs. Contacted after more than 48 hours and he told us he was very busy and we could use another provider if we wanted. Called him again to see if that meant he did not want the job and he said he could still do the work and would have an estimate ready in two days. Still nothing. Going to have to start all over with another provider.

Vinny is very professional, and knowledgable in all area of home repairs and improvements. The work he preformed was excellent, and he would gladly take time to explain what he was doing and to answer all questions I had. One of the hardest things to do when you move to a new area is find a good handy man; we have found one with Vinny.

Vinny was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous both to me and my new tenant. He gave detailed explanations of the repairs over the phone since I am a long distance landlord. Many other handyman may be good craftsman but just don't have very good communication skills. Some handyman I asked for estimates just gave me their labor and materials but didn't take the time to explain in detail what they were going to do to fix a bad water leak. Vinny was the only one who looked for the source of the problem and not just patch it with a band-aid. I had other estimates also for water damage to the deck of the A/C air handler. Vinny was the only one who said he would use marine quality plywood to keep the area from being water damaged again. He does the right repair the first time at a fair price. Due to his quality work and professional manner, I will definitely use him again for the additional repairs needed.
