Superb...I will have them back whenever I need another home repair service! They are very competent, timely, and trustworthy.

This is either the 9th or 10th time we've used Vinny and Brandon; and for virtually every trade or type project you can imagine. And we can say in all sincerity, they are truly an incredible team. They are extremely organized, knowledgeable,professional; and a real pleasure to work with. In our wildest dreams, we never thought we would have access to a team as incredible as they are. Being the ninth or 10th time we've used them, should speak volumes to anyone on just how talented and valuable they are. And as a bonus, they have a great sense of humor, which seems harder and harder to find these days. They are, in our opinion, the absolute best!!!

It went great! Beyond our wildest expectations. Vinny's attention to detail and terrific explanation of the reasons for doing things a certain way were both assuring and quite informative. He remove the existing deck and hauled away. At Vinny's suggestion, he applied an elastomeric sealer to the entire roof area to provide an extra protection for the integrity of the roof. He installed upgraded sleepers compared to the undersized sleepers that had been previously installed. He and his son Brandon then installed new top grade PT decking. When finished, we couldn't believe her eyes. Everything was perfectly aligned and in place and their attention to detail was evident in the result. Frankly, our new deck looked like fine finished furniture. Vinny and Brandon are an amazing team! They practice the "old school" craftsmanship that seems to be missing in so many jobs these days. Plus the really nice folks to do business with!

It went terrifically. And frankly, I couldn't ask for any one better than Vinny. He and his son showed up as scheduled and identified immediately the reasons for difficulty. He thoroughly explained the situation on why the panels were not fitting as they were supposed to. He remedied the situation and we were delighted.

Fantastic!!! Vinny and Brandon are the absolute best at ID-ing the problems and then professionally correcting them. We provide them our varied list of items, and they supply the remedies. We have been doing this for many years now, and have never, ever been disappointed.

We always accumulate numerous items on a to do list, and then always contact Vinny and Brandon to do their magic in getting our home back in tip top shape. One of the great things about this team as they are qualified and knowledgeable in virtually every trade you can think of. So rather than call the electrician, and the plumber, and the painter, and carpenter and the handyman; we have the luxury of calling just this team to handle all the items on our list. They do a fantastic job and everything we asked them to do. Everything they do is professionally and expertly done. Having used these 2 gentlemen for numerous numerous times, we are always confident and have never been disappointed in the work they do for us!!

Although a roofing company came out and said they repaired the area of the roof that leaked after they made a full roof replacement, I called Vinny to verify their work/claim because I used Vinny's company several times in the past to make repairs on a rental home and I really trust his work-ethic and judgement. After coming out to the house, he verified that the repair made by the roofing company should solve the issue. He also determined that no other repairs were necessary. Although this may not seem like a big job, having someone like Vinny who is so knowledgeable in all aspects of home repair, as well as having great integrity, his advice and confirmation really gave me piece of mind. I will continue to rely on Vinny with my home repair needs.

Outstanding. I was in a bind because the repairs needed to be completed before closing on my refinance. Vinny was able to fit me into his schedule on short notice. He and Brandon showed up when promised, made the repairs, and cleaned up their worksite. Honestly, you have to know where to look to see that there were repairs made. They are that good. They are the real deal.

It went great, any problem that came up he had a solution and problem solved, saving me a headache.

When Vinny promptly returned my call (which I did not expect since he had so many positive ratings - I figured he'd be extremely busy, which he is!), he first tried to help me fix the problem over the phone, and then showed up to give me an estimate a few hours later when that didn't work. In short, he fixed the problem which no one else would even touch within a few minutes of his arrival, gave me detailed useful advice, and honored his initial quote that this was just a free estimate. Best handyman service ever, highly recommend!

Vinny and his son are timely, and efficient. I will not hesitate to hire them again. A day or so befoew the recent hurricanes came through are part of florida I called Vinny's and asked if he could assist in hanging up our storm shutters. Even though he was booked ahead several weeks, He and his son worked us into his schedule and charged a very reasonable rate.

Awesome!! Vinny is very honest and reliable!!!! This is the fifth time we've hired him to take care of projects around our house.

First of all, I cannot emphasize enough what a pleasure it is to do business with Vinny's Home Repair Unlimited. Vinny and I'm guessing little Vinny are both awesome people! We have used them in the past (and were quite satisfied with their work and response time) and from this day forward will only be using them for all of our house needs!!! Here is what happened... I was released from work at 2:00PM on Wednesday due to the weather. I can home and we began to install the hurricane shutters that came with our home (first time in 8 years using them). Of course we did not have the proper tools, so armed with a flathead screwdriver, off we go. I'm sure it would have gone a lot easier, but a few years ago we had our house painted and they painted over all the screws. Well with the heat and time, many were not cooperating and gave us a hard time. After managing to finish 5 out of the 9 windows we stopped and went to dinner. Once we arrived back home, we completed two more in the dark. Tired, frustrated, and at just plain over it, I logged into Angie's List and sent Vinny an e-mail at 12:18AM asking if he installed shutters. We had 2 more windows and 2 doors to finish. I woke up this morning to an e-mail reply from Vinny (he sent it at 12:50AM) saying that he just arrived home around 11:15PM from doing jobs and his morning was booked but to call him around 10:00AM and he would see if he could fit us in. Well, panicked, we got up at 7:30AM and finished one more window and started to pull the screws out of the back french door. Those screws were the worst by far. Irritated and just over it, I called Vinny, even though it was only 9:30AM and left a message. Within 15 minutes he returned our call and within an hour the two of them were at our house getting to work on the remaining shutters. They had the job done in 1, 2, 3! I can't thank them enough for fitting us in at the last minute and taking a load off our shoulders. His rates are very reasonable and they are good people! When asked when he was going to stop working due to the storm his reply was " when the jobs are done, my phone keeps ringing with people needed help"! That my friends shows what kind of character this man is made up of. Vinny, you have earned our business for life and we truly appreciate the both of you! I wish there was a rating higher than an A. Vinny and his son were so great and responsive that we also had them come back the next week and do some minor plumbing repairs in our bathroom for us. So glad we read the reviews and called Vinny. It's great to find someone with such good work ethics and trustworthiness. Would definitely use him again!

Vinny's was very responsive. Followed up when he said he would and was on time. The projects were all completed and look great.

As usual, Vinny and his son did a great job across the board. They really care about the quality of their work, and always try to do the best job.

We met with Vinny and reviewed with him, all the items that were on our list. He went to each item asked questions, explained many things to us, and offered alternatives when applicable. We were extremely impressed with Vinny's knowledge of virtually every aspect of construction. Later, he gave us a price which we thought was reasonable, and scheduled a time for him to do the work. Vinny and his son Brandon came on the prescribed dates.We were amazed at how efficiently they worked through the list. We reviewed all items and were extremely pleased at the outcome of each and every item on the list. It goes without saying, we would recommend Vinny without any reservation whatsoever!!

I was able to wait so I told him to put me on the schedule. Vinny followed up a week out to see if I still wanted to be on the schedule. Vinny called on the morning of the appointment to let me know when he would be coming over. They arrived promptly, reviewed the situation, and offered two options. I opted to have the wood from the overhang that separated replaced. They got the overhang back to square and used materials that will not rot. The area that they worked was spotless when they called me out to look at their work. I asked Vinny to look at a couple of other projects that I had in mind. He took the time to assess the issues, discuss his approach, and provide estimates. Great job by people who take pride in their work.

He's personality, on time, gives you a quote before the work is done. You know what to expect, his work is absolutely explicit.

Very well. Vinny was very responsive to my initial call, and to all others. He was prompt in coming out to inspect the wood balcony railing, and due to the extent of decay, suggested rebuilding the railing instead of repairing it, with a much more robust and safer design. I agreed with his assessment, his price seemed quite reasonable for the work involved, and I scheduled the work to be performed. Unfortunately, due solely to a change in my person situation, I had to call him to cancel the work, for which I must apologize, but I would not hesitate to call him again.

Vinny's work is excellent. He is honest, extremely neat and a total pleasure to work with.

I called Vinny in April of this year (2016) because I was having a large number of family members staying with my husband and me for a week at the end of May. I was afraid that I had waited too late to get all of the work that I wanted done before my family arrived. Vinny returned my call promptly and assured me he would be able to get the job done in time. One of the MANY things that I appreciate about Vinny is that he is always quick to return my calls. He listened to what I wanted and knew what was possible and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work that they did. He was at our house the next day after our initial call to survey the situation and bid the job. It was easy to see that Vinny knew what he was talking about based on his experience and expertise. Vinny and his son, Brandon, were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, easy to work with and be around. They both worked very hard and cleaned up each day before leaving. Because our house is older, the toilet that we had purchased would not work in the space where it needed to be placed. Fortunately, Vinny used to be a plumber and knew exactly which toilet would work in that spot. I had meant to write this review sooner, but due to a steady stream of visitors (expected and unexpected) as well as some health issues I am just now getting it done. I just can't say enough good things about Vinny and Brandon. They are wonderful! I will definitely hire them again when the need arises!
