Description of Work: It was an absolute pleasure to work with Vinny. Not only did he do an outstanding job on a largeish drywall repair, he also helped come up with some creative solutions to fix a horribly miss-matched tile job (previous owners). He gave honest advice on what should be fixed on a rental property and where I was getting over zealous. This is a man who goes above and beyond with customer support (not to mention quality work). He is my go to handy man!

There is no sense in putting in more improvements when there will be no additional monetary return. Repairing the tile tub area was the most cost effective approach and creating a design with contrasting tiles was the best way to repair the wall when you can not match the existing tiles. Description of Work: Painted a front metal door, repaired a screen door lock, repaired crack in ceiling and other miscellaneous repairs, sealed a concrete patio foundation. Description of Work: Vinny was GREAT. Replaced kitchen sink which took some work the one that was their was not installed right, installed 3 ceiling fans and had to build out a door to install a retractable screen door on the inside of the house. We were very happy with Vinny and his son Brandon will be using then again.

The new installation of sink and disposal was a challenge but we were able to get it in and the way it is supposed to be done. Making the special trim pieces for the horizontal roll out screen is one of the thing we specialize in. If we can't buy it we make it. Description of Work: We were extremely pleased with Vinny's work. He arrived on time with his son, who was polite and helped Vinny perform the work. We originally asked him to come hang two fans and a chandelier. We also asked him to put the chandelier on a dimmer. Upon arrival, Vinny determined he would need to hang boxes where the fans would go, as the old ones had been removed. He went to Home Depot to get the additional items we needed. After an hour or so, my husband and I left to run a couple of errands, but before we left, I mentioned to Vinny that if he had time, we'd also like him to replace 4 interior door handles upstairs - a project we could have done ourselves, but hadn't found the time to do for the last couple of months. When we returned about an hour later, Vinny had all of the fixtures hung, they had replaced the door handles, and had even fixed a faulty door hinge in one of the rooms - something he noticed on his own! Vinny's son even asked to borrow my vacuum cleaner to vacuum the dust which resulted from fixing the door. We were extremely happy with Vinny's work, and we felt completely comfortable having him in our home. Vinny went above and beyond, his price was fair, and we will be calling him again in the future!
