+ -1 moreWe purchased a house in june 2013 where the realtor told us a new roof was put on by hi-n-dri roofing in february. We then had JVR roofing(who by the way is an EXCELLENT roofing company) come out to make a facia repair. JVR roofing stopped their work to show me that Hi-N-DRI did not replace rotten plywood and 2x4s under the new roof that they were required by LAW to do. So I called Hi-n-Dri and talked to the owner but he refused to come out and do the work he was required by law to do. I have photos of the rotted wood they put a brand new roof over that I would post if I could Also of note is in some places where he did replace the rotted plywood he put particle board in its place) I would never have this roofer do anything for me!!! His work is sooo bad!!!

+ -1 moreKeith's estimate was slightly higher than the other estimate we received.. however he was prompt at returning phone calls and willing to work within the restricted time-line I had. The other roofer was not. Keith took off the tiles and under-layment, and found not only rotten decking but also some of the joists had been damaged by the long-term leak. He and an assistant worked several hours and removed all rotten wood, repaired joists, put on new decking, under-layment, and clay tiles. No further leaking after several hard rains. I was very happy with Keith's work and especially with his responsiveness.

Description of Work: After 6 different roofers gave me 6 different versions of what was wrong, I joined Angie's List in desperation. Found Keith, read the reviews, called him. Immediate response, went out and looked at the damage, gave me an itemized quote. I then asked him to look at all the other "supposed" problems the other guys found. He said none of it was true or necessary. Came out and fixed the problem over 3 days, when I got there was no trace that he had been there. He left me with a complete written summary of the things he had done. Now I can sell the house with a clean conscience!

Description of Work: “I would recommend Keith. He had good suggestions as to what needed to be done in our situation—we had an upstairs deck that leaked onto a patio below. Keith removed all the rotten deck and replaced it with----. His estimate was fair and he and his crew completed the job in a professional and timely manner.” “After receiving 3 estimates to replace my leaking roof, I selected Hi-N-Dri Roofing not only because his bid was lower but also because he recommended installing a tapered system over the flat part of the roof. This system provided a way for water to run off the roof quickly instead of puddling on it. Keith also replaced 6 skylights and installed a ridge vent in one area of the roof that needed ventilation. His workers were courteous, hard working, and cleaned up after the job. Keith supervised the job, kept it on schedule, and kept me abreast of what lumber needed to be replaced.
